Key member of the sales leadership team, Regional In-Home Sales Manager is the general manager of the in-home business unit servicing markets without Blinds To Go showrooms (BTG Partners Program). Directly managing and working closely with shop-at-home outside contractors, installers and collaborating with other senior managers, he/she will develop and implement systems and processes that support rapid growth of this business.
