About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Director of Digital Product Engineering to lead high-performing engineering, product, design, and technology delivery teams.

Lead technology delivery for the Finance and Risk function and maintain a strategic roadmap, align product, engineering, and business teams around releases.

Work with cross-functional leaders on strategy and vision through building, shipping, and maintaining our digital products.

This area is beginning a significant multi-year transformation, and the leader will be responsible for driving and executing technology and data transformation within this function.

This role leads teams responsible for technology capabilities in Controller, Finance and Planning Analytics, Sourcing and Procurement, Enterprise Risk Management, Audit, and Antifraud areas.

This is a cross-functional role where the engineering and product teams directly report into them.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders and enterprise technology partners to understand critical data and analytical challenges and opportunities.

Establish Finance and Risk Data platform by applying in-depth knowledge of data domains, cloud data and application technologies, architectural patterns, frameworks, and tooling to meet Finance and Risk business area's data and analytics needs.

Adept at building strong relationships across Finance and Risk business organizations and enterprise technology partners.

The key responsibility of this role is to lead the Finance Transformation initiative.

This modernization will facilitate the replacement of several vendor applications, including PeopleSoft, the expense management system, and various reporting platforms.

The new platform will be crucial for the future capabilities of the Controller's Office, as well as for Financial Planning, Actuarial Services, Enterprise Risk Management, and Audit functions.

What You'll Do Vision: Sets the long-term 5-year technology vision for Finance and Risk technology and data capabilities including vendor implementation and integrations across business.

This includes product and engineering vision, roadmap to sequence and achieve incremental impactful business outcomes over time.

Leadership: Leads the Finance and Risk technology and its implementation to deliver Finance and Risk technology and data/analytics platform to enable applications, data, analytics, and reporting needs across FRF business.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborates with the business to understand business drivers, strategy, and critical business outcomes for the Finance and Risk business.

Establishes business-aligned goals and leads the team to meet the objectives.

Ability to channel challenging teams, interpersonal conflicts, and cross-departmental political initiatives into opportunities.

Technical leadership: Provides hands-on technical leadership to drive the execution of the future state technology and data vision to delivery.

Demonstrates ability to dive deep into Finance and Risk data technology solutions, data systems architecture, and Data Governance tooling.

Talent and Development: Leads the talent strategy and development of the team.

Responsible for hiring, coaching, mentoring the group, and developing cross functional engineering leaders.

What You'll Bring to the Role Must have 15+ years of professional experience in Application development & programming across multiple languages, frameworks, Solution architecture, implementing large-scale distributed technology and data solutions (on-prem and cloud), and vendor implementations, customizations, integrations in financial services.

Business Acumen: Has a deep understanding of the Finance and Risk areas not limited to technology.

Must have experience in leading through multiple engineering teams and their respective leads.

Experience in ERP and EPM implementations and key industry platforms in this space (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, PeopleSoft etc.) Must have 5+ years of combined experience leading engineering and product teams.

Must have 5+ years of experience managing managers.

Must have a product-focused mindset and start-up spirit to execute and deliver business outcomes—experience with earning trust and growing business relationships.

Must have experience creating data strategy and dealing with challenges during its rollout to achieve business outcomes.

Significant production experience working with DataMesh, DataLake, Data warehousing, and cloud data technologies (Snowflake, Databricks etc.) in the financial services.

Strong understanding and hands-on experience with various architecture concepts, application design, cloud data and application technologies, CI/CD, Containerization, deployment technologies, API development, Microservices architecture, and BI Tools.

Experience with PowerBI or reporting tooling strategy is a plus Experience providing direct constructive feedback and conducting periodic performance reviews for the team.

Ability to learn and teach others and employs an organic approach to upskill broader organization.

Can influence technology or business leaders on impactful issues and decisions.

Responsibilities :
  • Receives maps and staking sheets for the full construction project and ensures project is built, with limited guidance from supervisors.
  • Communicates updates to the project team as required.
  • Manages daily and weekly project work based on deadlines, material and equipment availability, weather, and other factors.
  • Coordinates with supervisor to ensure continual supply of work and availability of materials.
  • Drafts and submits redlines upon completion of project.
  • Ensures locates are performed on time and prior to team and equipment arriving at the worksite.

    • Locates cable and fiber in response to customer requests and/or construction needs.
    • Performs cable fault acceptance tests on newly constructed facilities.
  • Actively trains, monitors, and coaches team members while sharing construction knowledge and experience. Performs quality control inspections and makes training recommendations. Ensures safety protocols are enforced.
  • Services, cleans, maintains, and repairs equipment.
  • Completes all related paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Provides assistance to field services technicians, as needed.

Qualifications : Required Qualifications

Responsibilities :
  • Receives maps and staking sheets for the full construction project and ensures project is built, with limited guidance from supervisors.
  • Communicates updates to the project team as required.
  • Manages daily and weekly project work based on deadlines, material and equipment availability, weather, and other factors.
  • Coordinates with supervisor to ensure continual supply of work and availability of materials.
  • Drafts and submits redlines upon completion of project.
  • Ensures locates are performed on time and prior to team and equipment arriving at the worksite.
  • Regularly engages municipalities, utility companies, suppliers, contractors, and property owners in order to smoothly coordinate project tasks and avoid disputes.
  • Reads construction plans and municipality permits, and determines approach for completing work.
  • Maintains all project documentation and records costs of project materials and material transfers.
  • Ensures DOT inspections are performed on equipment.
  • Works with project managers to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Performs general construction labor in various weather conditions while utilizing safety fundamentals.
    • Advanced operation of trenchers, backhoes, end loaders, plows, and other excavating equipment to construct and maintain outside plant cable facilities.
    • Advanced operation of all test equipment associated with outside plant facilities and construction duties.
    • Installs, troubleshoots, tests, splices, repairs, and maintains fiber optic facilities.
    • Identifies location of defective cable using various test equipment and repairs buried, aerial, underground, and/or customer cable.
    • Locates cable and fiber in response to customer requests and/or construction needs.
    • Performs cable fault acceptance tests on newly constructed facilities.
  • Actively trains, monitors, and coaches team members while sharing construction knowledge and experience. Performs quality control inspections and makes training recommendations. Ensures safety protocols are enforced.
  • Services, cleans, maintains, and repairs equipment.
  • Completes all related paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Provides assistance to field services technicians, as needed.

Qualifications : Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of construction equipment operation utilizing various underground and aerial construction equipment such as directional drills, trencher/plow/rock saw, backhoe, or bucket trucks -OR- current military service, or prior military service with honorable discharge.
  • 1+ years of experience leading construction projects as a crew foreperson or project manager.
  • Must follow the TDS attendance guidelines in order to meet TDS's business needs including but not limited to our obligations to our customers and to our customers' needs.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and remain eligible for DOT requirements.
Other Qualifications
  • Must have the ability to obtain a Class A CDL. A current CDL is preferred at hire, but TDS will train and certify eligible associates through its in-house CDL certification program after hire.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Coordinate all transportation for product delivery by reviewing shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records to determine shipping priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping schedules. This also includes post-shipment research to facilitate tracking requests, verify shipment dimensions/weights and proper description selection and any other issues that may arise.

Review carrier routings for agreement between mode of selected carrier and specific shipment dimensions and weight.

Review orders for possible product consolidation between Opcos.

Serve as primary contact for carriers, internal Customer Service Representatives and external customers regarding product delivery.

Oversee policies/procedures and documentation of the waiting to ship inventory. This includes the proper creation of shipping releases, bills of lading and shipment notifications required by customer selected 3PLs.

Act as the JDE expert on all day-to-day shipping related functions. Daily work in JDE and Microsoft office is required. This includes but is not limited to: Creation of BOLs, ship confirm transactions, reviewing or creating reports in MS Excel / Word, review of active sales orders, etc.

Understand USMC and international compliance regulations. Work with Corporate International and Traffic departments to create and ensure accuracy of export documentation.
Plan, assign and direct work of shipping employees to include loading, recording and posting customer orders; and dock sweeps.

The installation technician is responsible for performing a wide variety of installation duties on technology projects for our clients. This position is the key field position for the bulk of the actual work that gets done in our clients buildings. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Assist with managing projects, plans, provide and gather specifications, and execute assignments in a multidisciplinary engineering Commissioning role for large facility projects.
  • The commissioning experts adhere to a thorough quality management/QC process and procedures.
  • Participate in daily commissioning activity meetings which services include: Equipment pre-start-up and start-up procedures; Development of standard operating procedures (SOP's) and Methods of Procedures (MOPs); Comprehensive Commissioning documentation.
  • Prepare commissioning test procedures and reports with limited supervision as needed; Develop and maintain commissioning logs, equipment checklist, and other tools to track commissioning projects; Write comprehensive reports which include the following sections: recommendations for optimizing building operations, functional checklists, list of deficiencies, equipment operation and maintenance manuals.

The AV Installation and Support Services Technician is responsible for the installation, termination, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of low-voltage cabling systems, including voice, data, and video.

This level of technician will be responsible for performing tasks on clients' jobsites with no supervision. This position is responsible for the coordination with clients, contractors and subcontractors. Requires maintaining quality control on all field work. This position requires the highest level of technical and people skills along with great communication skills.



Decision Making Authority:



This position is often alone on the job sites and requires making good judgement about decisions that need to be made. In general, the service manager, project manager and supervisor are available to answer questions, but this position is very independent and will be looked upon to make many onsite decisions on behalf of the service manager and company. This position requires good diplomacy in working with our clients and other key stakeholders on the job sites.

*This position is onsite in Austin, TX (at The Domain), five days per week, with the option to work from home on Thursdays.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a similar field, or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of proven success in a sales role, ideally within staffing, HR tech, or SaaS industries.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Develop new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of fully qualified leads through a mix of high-volume outbound cold calling techniques, email outreach, and professional networking. Sustained track record of successfully booking meetings, qualifying leads, and managing opportunities through to a closed-won stage and go-live.
  • Sales: Strong experience in solutions selling and delivering engaging presentations/demos. Strong ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and through virtual interactions.
  • Account Mapping: Ability to document and navigate complex organizational structures to identify key stakeholders, understand organizational structures, and uncover cross-department opportunities.
  • Persona-Based Selling: Ability to pivot your messaging based on the specific goals and anxieties of different stakeholders.
  • Persuasive Pitching: Skilled at tailoring the Indeed Flex value proposition to sell intangible solutions, positioning value effectively to address client needs and challenges.

  • Pipeline Management: Diligent tracking of lead stages and activities to maintain accuracy and follow-through.
  • CRM/Sales Tools Proficiency: Accurate data entry and task management (preferably Salesforce) to maintain lead integrity and facilitate seamless handoffs to Account Executives. In addition, experience with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Zoominfo, HubSpot).

  • Full Sales Cycle Management (to Go-Live): Own the sales process from the first contact through to client go-live. This includes:
  • Conducting compelling presentations and demos of the Indeed Flex platform and its value proposition.
  • Working strategically with clients to understand correct deal values and align on optimal solutions.
  • Negotiating terms and ensuring the signature of agreements.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and the successful posting of the client's first shifts on the platform.
  • Client Handoff: Seamlessly transition newly live and established accounts to the Growth Account Executive team, providing comprehensive background and context to enable rapid revenue growth.
  • Market Insight: Develop a detailed understanding of our customer buyer personas and leverage that to identify key opportunities within the contingent workforce market, sharing industry best practices with prospective clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the B2B Marketing team to execute campaigns, provide feedback on marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), and collaborate with other sales teams to optimize opportunity management.
  • CRM Management: Accurately maintain and update client information and sales activities in our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Product Expertise: Understand the Indeed Flex proposition to a Subject Matter Expert level, confidently articulating its benefits and features.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment or remotely. This role routinely uses standard office equipment to complete daily responsibilities and duties. Travel

This position requires minimal travel, less than 25% of the time. Most travel is outside of the local area and will require overnight accommodations.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for the effective implementation of U.S. Government contract documents in construction activities to achieve quality and safety. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and execute the Quality Control Program on site
  • Inspect and perform testing coordination and control
  • Supervise workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure high productivity and high technical integrity
  • Formulate, document and maintain quality control standards and on-going quality control objectives
  • Manage and review the submittal register
  • Check material, design, shop and as-built drawings
  • May be required to manage a team of Quality Control Engineers
  • Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Operations Manager

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must have an active U.S. SECRET level security clearance 
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or Quality Control
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience implementing construction quality control programs for similar projects
  • Must be proficient in project management tools and software, such as, RMS, ProjNet, SharePoint, etc.
  • Completed USACE course entitled “Construction Quality Management for Contractors
  • Must be willing to work overseas

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • International construction industry experience interacting with various diverse culture
  • Experience operating as the Quality Control Manager on large valued projects over $100M
  • Professional Engineer Certification

Exposure to construction equipment and sharp tools, including power tools, and materials. Some exposure to toxic/caustic chemicals, potential electric shock, significant heights and high noise level, including high-pitched noises.  Some potential exposure to dust, fumes, smoke and airborne particles.
