Full-time availability (30 hours/week β 25+ client visits with 5 hours administrative time including supervisory meetings).

Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location. Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote).

A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required

Clinical Talk Therapist (Synchronous - Tufts) - Remote
About the JobΒ
The Clinical Talk Therapist is an active member of the Corporationβs clinical team and is responsible for moving us toward a world class clinical experience. This role impacts multiple stakeholders, including Participants, Clinical Specialists, and the Health Care Industry at large. The Specialist delivers the best quality of care to the Participant to help them reach the agreed upon goals for an improved quality of life and wellbeing. The Specialist partners closely with the Operations team to improve experiences of processes of efficiency and ease of access, as well as with the Clinical team to improve the delivery of clinical care and support.
***Clinicians need to be licensed and living in the state of Massachusetts.***
Compensation: Up to $124,300, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesΒ
Productivity standards may vary by customer contract, however below are the general standards that will apply:
30 hours of direct counseling care per week
Concurrent note taking during sessions
Treatment plans and other documentation as required
Treatment team meetings with the customer, as applicable
Β Weekly Synchronous Health team meeting
Β Advocates for the Participant on decisions regarding meeting their clinical needs
Β Liaises closely with Customer Success activities and requests, which advocates for the customerβs needs being met
Β Brings successful models and techniques from other experiences and bodies of evidence to best support participants
Β Supports the development of materials for communication, outreach, and marketing of Synchronous Healthβs services to participants, clinicians, partners, and within the industry at large (i.e. conference presentations, attending networking events, active in professional organizations, etc.)
Β Serve as first point of contact for escalation for participants who are displeased with any aspect of their experience
Β Reports to Operations team as second point of escalation if participantsβ concerns are unresolved
Β Keep abreast of new developments in clinical care, including analog and digital techniques

RequirementsΒ
Licensed LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT and living (license must be able to practice without supervision) in the state of MA
Informed on state tele-health policies
Comfortable with technology and conducting sessions via tele-health
Capability to build therapeutic relationship in virtual platform
Polished, professional virtual presence
Strong ability to identify markers for appropriate level of care to meet patient needs
Experience with treating a variety of conditions and disorders as part of a comprehensive treatment plan with an interdisciplinary team
Ability to use technologies as part of practice for administrative and clinical support (i.e. scheduling, notes, chat, web-based or app-based interventions)
Must pass a background check
Ability to work remote, in a secure, private location (outpatient office or home office are acceptable; coffee shops are not acceptable)

Key ResponsibilitiesΒ

RequirementsΒ
Licensed LPCC, LMFT, & LCSW (license must be able to practice without supervision)
Experience working with children is preferred, not required, highly desirable.Β Β

Comfortable with technology and conducting sessions via telehealth
Capability to build a therapeutic relationship in a virtual platform
Polished, professional virtual presence
Strong ability to identify markers for the appropriate level of care to meet patient needs
Experience with treating a variety of conditions and disorders as part of a comprehensive treatment plan with an interdisciplinary team
Ability to use technologies as part of practice for administrative and clinical support (i.e. scheduling, notes, chat, web-based or app-based interventions)
Ability to work remotely, in a secure, private location (an outpatient office or home office is acceptable; coffee shops are not acceptable)

Thriveworks is currently seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners in Oklahoma

Compensation: Β This is a Fee for Service (W2) position, the range for this position is $61,000-$89,000 per year based on 15-20 clinical hours per week.Β
To maintain safety and best practices for our clinicians and patients via telemedicine, Thriveworks does not push or incentivize the use of stimulant medications; instead, we offer them as an option based on the clientβs specific symptoms and diagnosis, with prescribing decisions left to the discretion of the clinician. We do not currently treat substance use disorders, and make every effort to refer out to an in-person provider when symptoms arise that are too severe to be treated via telemedicine only.
Thriveworks Nurse Practitioners are expected to provide care to a diverse population of clients with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more. They work with a broad range of age groups, primarily adults and adolescents, with a future focus on expanding care across the lifespan.
Oklahoma Independent Practice & Β Prescriptive Authority Requirements: (NP must have either submitted or in the process of submitting the application for approval to be considered). We will require approval prior to seeing clients with Thriveworks.
Must be licensed in Oklahoma as an APRN-CNP, APRN-CNS, or APRN-CNM, in good standing with the Board.
Must have completed at least 6,240 clinical practice hours with prescriptive authority supervised by a physician. Clinical hours are defined in Board rules as hours performing services directly related to patient care and may also include certain clinical teaching in an accredited APRN program.
Must meet the pharmacotherapy education requirement: either 45 contact hours of Category B continuing education or 3 academic credit hours in pharmacotherapeutic management, obtained within the 3 years immediately preceding the application date (with a waiver pathway for recent APRN program graduates who submit evidence that prescribing preparation was integrated throughout the program).
Qualifications:
Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Board Certification required
Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority required in the state
Understanding of AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus

Concurrent note-taking during sessions
Treatment plans and other documentation as required
Treatment team meetings with the customer, as applicable
Weekly Synchronous Health team meeting
Attend Weekly Clinical Supervision Meeting
Advocates for the Participant in decisions regarding meeting their clinical needs
Liaises closely with Customer Success activities and requests, advocating for the customerβs needs to be met
Bring successful models and techniques from other experiences and bodies of evidence to best support participants
Supports the development of materials for communication, outreach, and marketing of Synchronous Healthβs services to participants, clinicians, partners, and within the industry at large (i.e., conference presentations, attending networking events, active in professional organizations, etc.)
Serve as the first point of contact for escalation for participants who are displeased with any aspect of their experience
Reports to the Operations team as the second point of escalation if participantsβ concerns are unresolved
Keep abreast of new developments in clinical care, including analog and digital techniques
Other duties as assigned
RequirementsΒ
Licensed MA LCSW or seeking LMHC (with one year of outpatient clinical experience)Β
Informed on state tele-health policies
Comfortable with technology and conducting sessions via tele-health
The capability to build a therapeutic relationship in a virtual platform
Polished, professional virtual presence
Strong ability to identify markers for an appropriate level of care to meet patient needs
Experience with treating a variety of conditions and disorders as part of a comprehensive treatment plan with an interdisciplinary team
Ability to use technologies as part of practice for administrative and clinical support (i.e., scheduling, notes, chat, web-based or app-based interventions)
Ability to work remotely, in a secure, private location (an outpatient office or home office is acceptable; coffee shops are not acceptable)
Access to a smartphone, a laptop, and an internet connection
Must pass a background check
Bilingual is a plus
