Gold & Diamond Source is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented experience Bench Jeweler to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a passion for craftsmanship, and the ability to perform high-quality jewelry repairs.


Responsibilities:

  • Refinish, polish, set, and restore jewelry to like-new condition
  • Solder, size up or down, rebuild, and chain & Clasp repair on jewelry pieces
  • Work with metals including 10k,14k,18k gold, platinum and silver
  • Polishing Rhodium Plating and Side stone settings
  • Maintain high quality and productivity standards
  • Follow all safety and quality control procedures


Qualifications:

  • 1- 3 years of experience as a Bench Jeweler
  • Preferably but not required skills in all aspects of diamond and gemstone setting, refinishing, soldering, sizing, rebuilding, laser welding, engraving and a variety of repair work
  • Experience working with 10k, 14k, 18k gold, platinum and silver
  • Preferably but not required skilled with Laser Welding
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performs all work according to MSHA and H&K Safety policies
Stages and organizes materials in the yard.
Keeps and updates inventory of materials and final products.
Inspects incoming materials and verifies invoices.
Inspects machines and equipment used during the workday.
Performs pre- and post-trip of equipment every day and fills out daily inspection sheets.
Performs routine maintenance on loader such as lubricating and cleaning
Keeps stockpiles properly bermed and maintained
Ensures product is blended correctly
Maintains haul roads that are smooth and safe
Maintains time and production records.
Cross trained in all areas of production including stacking, saw operations, guillotine operations and forklift operations.
Cross trained to assist with administrative duties when necessary.
Provides excellent customer service to all customers on site when needed.
Other duties as assigned

Job Purpose


The Senior Sourcing Analyst role for enterprise sourcing is responsible with providing strategic sourcing strategies, market price indexing, stakeholder management, bid package development, supplier selection, contract development, and implementation support of Enterprise Sourcing related subcategories within, but not limited to Marketing, Human Resources, Technology, Office Supplies, Travel, Finance, and Legal.


Minimum Eligibility Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree (preferred degree in business management, supply chain, engineering, finance or similar field)
  • The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience in Project Management, Sourcing, Procurement Operations, or Analytics/Reporting
  • Working knowledge of sourcing processes, procurement technology, supplier relationship management, and procurement catalog management

Essential job Functions


  • Lead annual spend management strategies of $30M+ while cultivating tactical, critical, and strategic incumbent or prospect suppliers in the marketplace who support our store-level, regional, national, or corporate HQ sourcing needs at Floor & Decor.
  • Exercise sourcing process awareness and critical supplier categorization analysis in leading the evaluation and down-selection of qualified suppliers, subcontractors, vendors, and service providers.
  • Perform periodic market trend analysis for specific subcategories, analyze supply base trends, and model industry shifts which may have a negative or positive material cost impact to Floor & Decor’s Business Unit P&Ls.

  • Manage subcategory and key supplier Post Contract Procure-to-Pay activity, which includes but is not limited to New Vendor Set Up, Inventory Strategies, and Purchasing Transaction Escalations.
  • Support enterprise-wide Spend Management, Supplier Development & Performance Score-carding, and Enterprise Risk initiatives while aiding in the development, stakeholder awareness, and rollout of the subcategory implementation.
