Job Description: Provides direct and indirect patient care in the medical-surgical setting. Communicates with physicians/Nurse Manager/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
* Ability to adequately assess and reassess pain. Utilizes appropriate pain management techniques. Educates the patient and family regarding pain management
* Demonstrates knowledge of medications, including psychotropic drugs, and their correct administration based on the patient's age and clinical condition.
* Consults other departments, as appropriate, to provide for an interdisciplinary approach to the patient's needs
* Demonstrates the ability, under the direct supervision of an RN, to perform nursing assessments on all patients of all ages and reassessments as per policy.

What you'll do:
We focus on excellent customer service, and we take pride and phenomenal care in every order we fill for our customers β and their fuzzy family members. Fulfillment Specialists perform a wide range of warehouse functions, including:
- Labeling, replenishing, box making, loading/unloading trailers, moving stowed product to various locations using a Forklift, etc.
- Fulfilling and coordinating orders to ensure customer delivery process is efficient and accurate.
- Crafting accurate shipping documentation for domestic shipments.
- Safely and efficiently operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and material handling equipment to receive or transport product to storage and staging locations.
What you'll need:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Understand and adhere to our safety guidelines and procedures.
- Willing to be trained on PIT equipmentβe.g., Movexx/Amigo, Walkie Stacker, Double Walkie Rider, etc.
Physical job requirements:
