About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise CRM Operations to lead the execution and evolution of CRM marketing across a portfolio of iconic brands.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end CRM campaign execution, managing a team of CRM professionals, and partnering cross-functionally to bring lifecycle marketing strategies to life.

What You’ll Do

As a Logistics Coordinator (Broker-in-Training), you will be immersed in learning the fundamentals of freight brokering from day one. This role is designed as a gateway to a successful career in logistics brokerage. You’ll start by supporting our experienced brokers and operations team in coordinating shipments and solving transportation challenges. Through hands-on mentorship and a structured training program, you will gradually take on more responsibility with the goal of growing into a full-fledged Logistics Broker managing your own customer and carrier accounts over time. • Documentation & Administration: Handle the paperwork and data entry for shipments. This includes creating load confirmations, verifying carrier credentials, updating load status in our system, and reviewing carrier invoices for accuracy.
• Problem Solving: Jump in to resolve transportation challenges as they arise – whether it’s rerouting a shipment, finding last-minute capacity, or resolving delivery discrepancies. You’ll work with your team to develop creative solutions that keep freight moving and customers happy.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your mentor and the broader team on daily operations and special projects. Contribute ideas to streamline processes, improve services, and drive innovation in line with our Logistics Innovation value.

To assure the highest possible quality performance and care is delivered to neonatal, pediatric, adult and geriatric patients according to their physical needs and limitations.

• Understand procedures performed in specials Lab
• Understands sterile technique and sterile field procedures.
• Ability to communicate with physicians and nursing personnel
• Have a sound understanding of all Radiation and other safety procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining appropriate license and continuing education.
• Ensures communication of schedule with supervisors in both base and receiving departments.
