Job Summary and QualificationsUnder the general direction of the Unit Supervisor for the Labor & Delivery Unit the Registered Nurse is responsible for professional nursing care and related assistance to adolescent, adult, and neonatal patients admitted for antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care. The Registered Nurse utilizes the nursing process in ensuring safe and competent quality patient care. The Registered Nurse supports the medical care of patients under the direction of the Medical Staff pursuant to the mission and objectives of the hospital. The Registered Nurse provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient care team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. The Registered Nurse provides directions to Licensed Vocational Nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel in providing patient care. The Registered Nurse must be able to assess their own learning needs to enhance personal and professional development. The nurse will increase knowledge and skills related to patient care by attending workshops, formal classes, seminars and in-services. What qualification you will need:
- Graduation from an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing is preferred or must be currently enrolled
- Current RN license in Texas and/or current Compact License
- 1 year current L&D experience required
- Current BCLS Certification Required
- Current ACLS and NRP Certifications obtained with 180 days
- STABLE certification required as a onetime certification. A new hire who has not obtained it before will have 6 months to complete.

Performs instrument counts prior to each procedure and maintains an accurate count of sponges, needles, and instruments during the procedure.
Secures and prepares all supplies and instruments required for surgical intervention before procedures.
Ensures the preparation and maintenance of the sterile field in the OR.

Position Summary
The Labor and Employment Counsel will serve as the primary legal advisor on all employment and labor matters for Relay Resources. This role will lead employee and union relations strategy and compliance with federal and state employment laws. The role will partner with Relay Resources HR leadership to foster a disability-centric, inclusive, and legally compliant workplace. The Counsel will act as a trusted advisor to executives and managers on labor negotiations, grievance handling, workforce policies, and internal investigations of employee complaints.
Key Responsibilities
Labor Relations Leadership
- Serve as the lead strategist promoting collaborative labor relations and the lead negotiator for collective bargaining agreements.
- Manage union relationships with SEIU (Service Employees International Union) and LIUNA (Laborers’ International Union of North America), and ensure compliance with labor contracts.
- Advise on contract administration, grievance handling, and arbitration processes, including strategy, resolution, and prevention.
- Maintain effective relationships with union leadership and industry labor relations contacts, and monitor trends related to wages, hours, working conditions, and benefits.
- Ensure Relay Resources team leaders have the tools and training required to effectively create a disability-inclusive work environment, consistent with customer requirements and in compliance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
Employment Law Compliance
- Provide guidance and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment and labor laws (including but not limited to FMLA, FLSA, ADA, ADEA, NLRA, and related wage/hour, leave, anti-discrimination, recruitment, onboarding, workplace safety, and data privacy requirements).
- Draft and review employment policies, handbooks, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Personnel Management

Role Description
This is a fully remote attorney position in labor and employment law including directly conducting workplace investigations, and related legal areas. JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) (TS-C) is responsible for the creation and maintenance of the sterile field. The Technologist accurately and efficiently anticipates surgeon's needs intraoperatively by applying comprehensive knowledge of operative procedures, Equipment, anatomy and surgeons' preferences. The Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) (TS-C) works closely with all perioperative team members during the preoperative, intraoperative, and post-operative care of the surgical patient. The Certified Surgical Technologist will also be required to precept.

Position description
The Research Assistant will assist Professor Jesse Rothstein's academic and policy research. Rothstein is a labor economist with joint appointments in the Goldman School of Public Policy and the Department of Economics. He serves as faculty director of the Center for Studies in Higher Education and the California Policy Lab.
The Research Assistant will be involved in projects on a range of topics in labor economics, higher education, and public policy, potentially including work on intergenerational mobility, the social safety net, educational pathways and outcomes, determinants of wages and employment, and labor market and education policy.
Duties will include:
- Cleans and prepares data sets, primarily from government sources, for analysis, using Stata and R.
- Analyzes research data; summarizes information; implements statistical approaches for labor economics and higher education research projects, under direct supervision.
- Prepares graphs, tables, and other displays of the results of research and analysis.
- Assists with preparation of reports and analyses, including gathering references, copyediting, and confirming internal consistency.
- Reviews academic and applied research, and prepares research collections for PI review.
- Assists with design, documentation, and implementation of quantitative empirical research studies.
- Assists in coordination of research projects, including management of data access agreements, publication agreements, and other administrative aspects of the projects.
- Assists in proposal writing.

Trustpoint.One is proud to partner with a national law firm in their search for a Labor & Employment Litigation Paralegal to work with Firm attorneys, clients and professionals to support a wide range of litigation matters, including primarily those within the L&E practice group. This is a hybrid position in the firm’s Los Angeles office. The L&E Litigation Paralegal will typically perform billable tasks associated with case organization, discovery, trial preparation and trial/arbitration and will provide guidance for case support professionals and organizational support on all Firm matters. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assist with preparation of complex legal documents, discovery, analysis of wage and hour records and creation of damages analyses, deadline management, mid-level legal research activities, trial preparation, and other tasks related to the Labor & Employment practice area.
- Ensure case organizational protocols are followed.
- Partner with case teams and other colleagues to address client needs.
- Provide on-site trial support (including out of state trials).
- Conduct cite checks on both federal and state court filings, including substantive proofreading and editorial content review.
- Conduct calendaring and docketing legal analysis including maintaining an active and accurate secondary calendar for case teams.
- Conduct legal research on a broad variety of topics.
- Review and process subpoenas, including compilation of personnel data/records and communication with requesting parties as needed.
- Provide motion and deposition support including preparation of shell documents, deposition notices, subpoenas, and declarations. Will also manage transcript databases, exhibits, witness interviews, and filings.
- Assist with discovery including:
- Drafting shell written discovery and objections.
- Participation in document collection processes and subsequent document reviews.
- Production of privilege logs.
- Engage in fact development.
- Facilitate foreign language document translations.
- Coordinate and provide key support on appellate filings including preparation of appendices and management of final document submissions.
- Support trial lead by responding to direction and exhibiting ownership over deliverables prepared in support of overall trial objectives.
- Implement post-matter closing instructions including:
- Compliance with litigation holds.
- Compliance with document destruction policies.
- Compliance with protective order provisions.
- Preparation of cost bills (Bill of Costs) for recoverable fees and costs.
- Actively participate in firm-sponsored trainings and strive to apply learned principles in ongoing work.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Paralegal Certification (California Business and Professional Code Sect. 6450 compliant).
- 5+ years of experience as a paralegal handling labor and employment litigation cases from beginning to end.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe tools.
- Proficiency with typical legal support software:Westlaw, Lexis, Relativity, RingCentral, FileSite, iTimekeep, Case Notebook, or other similar billing and case management tools.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively to support workflows as appropriate.
- Ability to follow direction on requests from letterhead attorneys and then execute on assigned tasks.
- Strong reasoning skills to conduct effective research to support assigned matters.
- Ability to interpret complex substantive facts and themes as related to assigned work.
- Ability to be flexible in work direction, and on assignments.
- Ability to draft common litigation forms and edit legal documents.
- Strong cite-checking skills and the ability to produce accurate and timely results.
- Ability to be available, as needed, to work extended hours, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, good judgment, and attention to detail with a team-centric focus.
- Ability to quickly respond to constantly changing instructions, particularly when under pressure at trial, and understand substantive case facts and themes to effectively support trial team.
- Ability to be proactive and take initiative in seeking work and managing caseload, consistently produce high quality work product, regularly check for errors and make corrections when necessary, take ownership of projects and complete assignments within the prescribed timeframe.
- Fluency in a foreign language is preferred but not required.
Salary range: Starting at $80,000 and up, depending on experience.

Labor and Delivery RNs (L&D RNs) are responsible for monitoring patients throughout labor and serve as the primary point of contact for family members. L&D RNs monitor the baby’s heart rate and provide immediate care to the newborn. L&D RN job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform knowledge of phlebotomy, basic IV, and central lines
- Assess and record maternal vital signs throughout labor and post-partum stages
- Administer pain medication and other medicines as ordered
- Educate and support new mothers and families on infant care
