The Location Manager is a critical leader at the market. The Location Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations at his/her location(s). The Location Manager will be required to fully understand all aspects of his/her location(s), build positive relationships with the client and increase the efficiencies and business within their delivery operations. Relationship building with client, recruiting, and gaining 100% of client business in each location are utmost priorities.

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

• Focus on relationship with client in order to gain 100% of appliance delivery business
• Focus on Independent Contractor Partnerships (Profitability & Compliance)
• Achieve goals set forth by the client & Hub Group Final Mile
• Develop and hold your staff accountable (if applicable)
• Continuously recruit and retain Independent Contractors
• Manage claims and their processes (with FOC assistance)
• P&L Management (Controllables)
• Delivery Expense (Minimums / effective routing, support expense)
• Operating Expenses (Operation Supplies, Truck Use, Uniforms charge back, MC Support Travel, Uncollected Debt)
• Warehouse Expense (Contracted Labor, Inventory variances)
• Administrative Expense (Hourly, Contract Admin, Office Supplies, Recruitment, Travel & Meals)
• Achieve Location Margin goals
• Rental car vs mileage reimbursement
• Communicate effectively with the DIA, DIM and client staff
• Lead Daily Stand-ups (Short, Effective and informative meetings) – (Document and include feedback in recap)
• Weekly ride behinds in field with teams to ensure client satisfaction and training – (Document and include in recap)
• Showroom visits as needed in order to build/maintain relationship with client
• Maintain tote inventory and hold BP’s accountable (trade stock)
• Enforce and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for loadout / warehouse oversight of QC with getting teams off dock
• Actively route monitor teams from the road (see SOP for details)
• Hold Weekly Operations Meetings with the DIA to review aging invoices and any issues/goals – (Document and include in recap)
• Hold BP meetings as needed to review claims, settlements, compliance, etc.
• Participate in Client and internal conference calls
• Provide Weekly updates on your locations. Weekly recap should include:
• Your schedule for the week
• Summarized update of location(s)
• Standup recap
• Ride behind recap
• Aging invoices update (if applicable)
• Other duties as assigned

Role Summary

We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Costing Analyst, Women's Wholesale Apparel to join our Allocations & Costing team and play a key role in how we bring product to market each season.

What You'll Do:

• Own and maintain seasonal cost logs, analyzing costing components and cost history to support margin goals and business decisions
• Partner closely with design, fabric, and production teams to ensure cost log accuracy and timely communication with costing managers and factories
• Work across RLM & PLM to extract data, run weekly reports, and build pivot tables that help the team analyze capacity and track business performance
• Confirm costing is finalized ahead of ship windows by running and distributing weekly RLM reports
• Support factory outreach by coordinating and compiling key materials including tech packs and patterns
• Maintain PLM with up-to-date allocation data from managers

What You Bring:

• Experience in apparel and garment costing, product development, or production — wholesale background a strong plus
• Comfortable working with data and numbers; ability to analyze cost components and run reports with accuracy
• Strong understanding of raw materials and fabric costs; profit margins, and garment manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with PLM systems (Centric), RLM, or SAP experience highly preferred
• Strong proficiency in Excel; costing formulas
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across a fast-moving seasonal calendar
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and clear, proactive communication style
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 base salary, commensurate with experience

Job Summary: Under general supervision sets up, adjusts, and operates Sticky Note cutter equipment and packs the product for shipment or storage.

Essential Job Functions:

• Sets up machine and operates it according to Work Instructions and operator manual. Identifies when mechanical problems occur.
• Performs operator-level maintenance duties on all equipment (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) and maintains documentation of maintenance.
• Lifts up to 45-pound boxes frequently. Team lift at higher weights.
• Accurately reports and records daily production and scrap.
• Achieves make-ready and run times.
• Communicates to Supervisor and/or MFG Facilitator to address any work area concerns.
• Works rotating shifts and overtime as scheduled and/or required to meet business timelines.
• Follows all Safety and Quality protocols and adheres to ISO 9001; 14001, 6S standards and Lean processes.
• Maintains an effective working relationship and communication with fellow employees, including temporary associates, by adhering to Koozie Groups policies in all activities and through promoting Koozie Group's Vision and Values and Respect in the Workplace.
• Visually inspects product to complete required quality checks
• Reach, bend, twist, push, pull, grasp and stand for extended periods of time as well as freely move about the facility as needed for the position.
• Reads and follows all Job Traveler order directions.
• Reports time accurately.
• Supports teamwork and process improvements through active participation in meetings and helping team ideas work.

Additional Responsibilities:
