Hello! We are a caring family located in Jerome, Idaho, seeking a dedicated elder care provider to join our family.

We are in need of both respite temporary live-in and live-out arrangements.

For now this is a respite position where your role as a companion will be vital in providing warmth and support.

When we are out of town, you'll be hired for overnight stays and will live in our home with your own bedroom and bath.

My 87 yo mom has an apartment attached to our home.

Other times you would work live-out, visiting for 2-4 hours filling in as needed.

Let's discuss the various scenarios of needs we may have.

Your duties will primarily focus on assisting mom by preparing meals, guidance of daily activities like getting dressed and personal care, to enhance the well-being and comfort of my loved one.

She'll also participate in physical activity like daily walks and gym usage.

Let's discuss wages for hourly visits and a flat rate for 24 hr / overnight stays.

Our ideal candidate is honest, dependable, compassionate, cheerful, patient, and experienced in elder care with cognitive decline, dedicated to creating a positive and nurturing environment.
