Overview of the Role:
Our major telecommunications client is seeking a Creative Project Manager to support a high-volume creative environment. This role will act as the central connection point between client stakeholders and internal creative teams, ensuring smooth project flow, clear communication, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate excels at managing multiple priorities, translating strategic needs into actionable plans, and driving collaboration across cross-functional teams.

The Basics

• Duration: 3 month freelance assignment
• Hours: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
• Location Requirements: onsite; Englewood, CO

Top 3 Required Qualifications:

1. 4+ years of experience in project management and/or account management within a creative, marketing, or agency setting
2. Strong proficiency with project management platforms (HIVE or Airtable experience strongly preferred)
3. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Other Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

Client and Account Management

• Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal creative teams
• Manage intake, vetting, and prioritization of creative briefs to ensure strategic alignment
• Oversee day-to-day account operations including scheduling, progress tracking, and deliverable timelines
• Facilitate client meetings and presentations, providing recaps, feedback, and next steps

Project and Workflow Management

• Use HIVE/Airtable to manage timelines, tasks, and resource plans
• Coordinate with design, copywriting, development, and other production teams
• Lead capacity planning, resource allocation, and project forecasting
• Maintain detailed project documentation including workflows, status reports, and decision logs

Operational Support

• Evaluate and improve internal processes to support organizational growth
• Provide administrative support including meeting coordination and management of internal systems and tools

Our major media organization client is seeking a Manager of Creative Partnerships to join their team for a 6 month freelance assignment in NYC. This role drives the development, packaging, and execution of multi-platform sponsorships across linear, digital, and social channels. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, client-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. This position partners closely with sales, planning, creative, and operations teams to manage RFP responses, sponsorship deliverables, client-facing materials, and overall campaign execution.

   Strong understanding of media terminology (linear, digital, sponsorships, integrations).

• Maintain tracking systems and workflow tools with up-to-date sponsorship details.
• Support creation of recap reports and performance summaries.
• Monitor category trends and integration opportunities.

• Help streamline workflow processes between sales and creative teams.
• Maintain organized documentation, briefs, decks, and best practices.
• Ensure internal materials remain current and accessible.

We are currently seeking experienced Structural Steel Fabricators to join our team. The Structural Steel Fabricator will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing structural components and systems on ships and marine vessels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of shipbuilding principles, be proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings, and possess excellent welding and metalworking skills.

We are seeking candidates who are available to work 1st shift (M-TH, 6am-4:30pm) or 2nd shift (M-TH, 4pm 2:30am.) This role requires flexibility including weekends and overtime as business needs dictate.

What You Will Be Doing

• 
  
• Interpret and analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements.
  
• Fabricate and assemble structural components, such as bulkheads, frames, and hull sections, using various metalworking techniques and equipment.
  
• Measure, cut, and shape metal components to precise specifications.
  
• Weld, braze, or solder metal parts together using appropriate techniques and equipment.
  
• Install and fit components and systems, including piping, ventilation ducts, and machinery supports, in accordance with project plans and specifications.
  
• Perform repairs and modifications to existing ship structures as needed.
  
• Inspect work pieces and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Your Background

• +5 years of proven experience as a ship fitter or similar metal working role (iron working, structural steel, etc.), within in a maritime or shipbuilding environment?
  
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  
• Strong welding and metalworking skills, including experience with various welding processes (e.g., arc welding, MIG welding, TIG welding).
  
• Familiarity with shipbuilding materials, tools, and equipment.
  
• Knowledge of shipbuilding principles and practices.
  
• Attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy objects.
  
• Vocational training or certification in metalworking, welding, or ship fitting.
