Position Overview

The Account Manager role is a full-desk position responsible for business development, client management, and recruiting support within the Atlanta and broader Georgia market. Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Account Growth

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, including GDOT and other public-sector or industrial clients

Recruiting & Talent Delivery Support

  • Partner closely with recruiters to define job requirements and staffing strategies
  • Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and client presentation as needed
  • Maintain candidate and consultant relationships to support retention and redeployment
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for placed consultants


Operational & Administrative Support

  • Support contract administration, compliance, and reporting requirements (including public-sector programs)
  • Track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery and margin discipline


Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–7+ years of experience in technical staffing, professional services, or related B2B roles
  • Experience in a full-desk or blended account management/recruiting role preferred
  • Familiarity with public-sector, infrastructure, engineering, or industrial clients is a plus
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing, fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with business development, client meetings, and consultative selling
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

General Function: The collection of Business Banking loans per Bank guidelines

Essential Duties:

  • Collect past due Business Banking loans utilizing a phone, email, letters and occasional meetings.
  • Use of the internet, pulling credit reports, tracking court cases and skip-tracing techniques to locate the borrower and/or collateral when necessary.
  • Respond to borrower questions, investigate billing errors and other details regarding the loan accounts being managed.
  • Maintain records including detailed notes of communications and actions.
  • Comply with all relevant Federal, State and local laws and regulations.
  • Effectively collaborate with attorneys when a file is assigned to them.

Ancillary Duties:

As an integral member of the Special Assets Department, this position is also responsible to provide assistance wherever necessary to help the department and the bank in achieving their goals.


Qualifications

Education/Training:A.A.S. degree or equivalent in specialized banking courses

Skills: Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; exceptional interpersonal relations, management, organizational, and communication skills; a thorough knowledge of current bank lending principals, policies, and practices; knowledge of all types of lending and loan products; proficient financial statement analysis and complex credit assessment; knowledge of current lending and collection laws and regulations; proficiency in Personal Computer programs such as: Microsoft Word and Excel. Able to perform complex tasks with minimal supervision.

Experience: Five (5) to ten (10) years of banking experience with an emphasis on commercial collection and the mortgage process; at least 2 - 5 years handling foreclosures and repossessions. All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Overview

A temporary architectural design commission is being offered toΒ one University of Miami School of Architecture graduating senior (Class of 2026) or a 2024–2026 UM graduate.

This opportunity is intended for a technically strong emerging designer who is confident in their drafting ability and ready to take ownership of production-level work.

The selected candidate will participate in the development of a privately commissionedΒ 11.9-acre estate in Central Florida, guided by a defined architectural vision:

Old Dominion Spanish Villa with a Mid-Century reinterpretation.

You will work directly with the Owner/Developer under the mentorship of aΒ University of Miami alumna with significant architectural and construction experience.


One candidate will be selected.


The Estate Program

The project includes:

  • Main custom residence (approx. 3,500–4,000 SF)
  • 1,200 SF ADU (multi-generational living component)
  • 5-stall horse barn
  • Estate-scale site planning across 11.9 acres
  • Outdoor living environments (courtyard, loggias, pool, outdoor kitchen)
  • Integrated small business component within the residence
  • Landscape architecture coordination


The design integrates:

  • Special needs–conscious planning
  • Multi-generational living strategy
  • Homesteading and land-use planning
  • Healthy home principles (non-LEED)
  • Full generator backup planning
  • Construction centered onΒ Red Steel framing and CMU block systems
  • Efficiency, durability, and buildability


Scope of Engagement

This engagement is structured with defined production hours:

  • Schematic Conversion – 15 hours
  • Clean, precise translation of provided sketches into scaled CAD drawings.
  • Design Development – 25 hours
  • Dimensioning, structural logic alignment, coordination, and refinement.
  • Construction Documents – 80 hours


Organized, disciplined production of a build-ready drawing set.Total Engagement: 120 hours


Work is remote, with requiredΒ weekly Microsoft Teams coordination meetings.


Efficiency and accuracy are critical. The project will be executed within defined time parameters.


Technical Expectations

This role requires aΒ true AutoCAD superuser.


Applicants must be able to:
