IT Helpdesk & Support Manager
Exciting opportunity to join a growing Fortune 500 organization!
You will manage a team of 20+ IT Support Techs and will oversee the day-to-day operations across numerous locations in the NE. Your mission is to balance tactical daily operations with strategic process improvements.
This is a direct hire position.
You will be based in an area southwest of Boston (Canton/Norwood/Walpole general area) with oversight for locations in MA, MD, VA, and RI (potential future expansion to other NE states). You will travel to various locations, as needed (majority of travel will be day trips, with approx. 20% overnight trips).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise 20+ IT Support Techs and ensure the delivery of an exceptional IT Service Experience
- Manage daily Helpdesk operations, including staff schedules & workload distribution
- Ensure prompt response & resolution of incidents/service requests while monitoring ticket queues & performance metrics
- Establish & enforce Helpdesk policies, procedures, & SLAs
- Act as primary escalation point for complex or critical technical issues
- Identify recurring technical issues & implement root-cause solutions to improve stability
- Maintain & improve internal documentation, Knowledgebase, & SOPs
- Oversee onboarding & ongoing training programs for IT Technicians
- Prepare reports & executive dashboards re: Helpdesk performance, trends, improvement areas
- Coordinate with other IT teams to resolve system-wide problems & ensure compliance
- Collaborate with various depts. to ensure IT support alignment with business goals
REQUIRED:
- 1+ years as an IT Support/Help Desk Manager, including hire/fire responsibility
- 5+ years of hands-on IT Support or Helpdesk experience
- Strong technical understanding of IT systems, hardware, software, & networks
- Ability to mentor & train new IT Technicians
- Experience with ITSM systems & remote support tools
- Experience in data management & reconciliation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, & customer service skills
- Must have a driver mindset with a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass a background check & drug test (excluding THC)
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, & clean driving record

Job Summary
The IT Procurement Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing procurement activities, ensuring low total cost of ownership and high-quality procurement of related goods and services needed to meet the needs of Benjamin Moore. The candidate will report to the Indirect Procurement Sr. Manager and will be responsible for commercial and service criteria and contracts in alignment with corporate policies and procedures, which ensure competitive pricing and overall total cost of ownership, and fully protect the company against missed deliveries, shortages, and outages, poor material quality, and other performance issues that might adversely affect Benjamin Moore. The candidate will work closely with the Contract Manager to execute contracts and agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders and vendors to lead sourcing projects that deliver desired results, mitigate business risk, and drive efficiencies.
- Negotiate with suppliers to execute Supply Agreements that achieve the lowest total system cost and are in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies, are in alignment with business stakeholders)
- Responsible for contractual commitments and supplier assessments, ensuring all purchases are consistent with quality and delivery requirements.
- Develop supplier base and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Communicate and mitigate market changes; develop and recommend alternative sourcing options.
- Perform data analysis for sourcing projects.
- Analyze, develop, and deliver timely cost information. Maintain sourcing database and metrics for reporting and communicating Procurement activities. Work closely with key stakeholders and the procurement contract manager

Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Asset Management / IT Operations Executive responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of IT assets. The role involves provisioning laptops for new employees, coordinating international shipments, recovering assets from exiting employees, and ensuring devices are reimaged and prepared for reuse. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficient asset tracking and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Laptop configuration and provisioning for new joiners, ensuring devices are ready as per company standards before onboarding.
- Coordinate and manage international shipments of IT assets, including documentation, logistics coordination, and tracking.
- Handle asset recovery from exiting employees and ensure timely return of company-issued devices.
- Reimage and prepare returned devices for reissue, ensuring systems are properly wiped, updated, and compliant with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and ensure proper tracking across procurement, deployment, recovery, and disposal.
- Support overall IT asset lifecycle management including inventory monitoring, audits, and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as HR, IT support, and logistics to ensure smooth asset allocation and recovery.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards during asset provisioning and reallocation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in IT Asset Management, IT Operations, or End User Support.
- Knowledge of laptop provisioning, imaging, and device preparation processes.
- Experience with asset tracking tools or inventory management systems.
- Strong coordination skills for handling logistics and international shipments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Document patient plan(s) of care, tests and examination results in the medical record as directed by the provider. Escalate non-routine issues, questions and/or concerns to the practice manager or healthcare provider(s).
Ensure safety checklists/quality controls are completed as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Successful completion of a medical assistant program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Programs (CAAHP) or Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES).
Must obtain one of the following certifications listed for a Medical Assistant with their corresponding listed certification provider within one year of hire:

At Saint Mary’s Hospital, our Medical Surgical/Ortho-Neuro-Ortho Unit is a 27-bed unit specializing in the care of adult patients with stroke, orthopedic, and neuro-spine conditions. In addition to these specialties, nurses on this unit care for patients with a wide range of medical and surgical needs, delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
This unit also utilizes a Virtual Nurse, the Together Team Model, as part of our care team. The Virtual RN brings a minimum of 7 years of experience and provides essential support to bedside staff, including assistance with admissions, discharges, patient education, purposeful rounding, and enhancing team communication.
What You Will Do:
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients with diverse medical and surgical needs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor patient progress, administer medications, and perform treatments in accordance with hospital protocols.

The Student CT Technologist will perform procedures on patients of all ages, according to approved protocols, radiation safety, and established exam indicators. Duties include:
Schedules and obtains history from patients.
Evaluates the appropriateness of requested exams to assist radiologists.
Maintains knowledge of equipment and instruments/supplies pertinent to high quality exams.
Provides effective internal and external patient communication consistent with age and mental capacity.
May travel between SARMC and SAMC-Nampa.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Colleague must have and maintain an active Medical Imaging License issued by the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI).
Colleague must obtain and maintain an active Oregon license prior to providing any services in Oregon.
Colleague must also obtain and maintain an active CT temporary 6-month Medical Imaging License issued by the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) before and during CT cross training.
Training must be complete within 12 months as the temporary is only renewable once with the state of Oregon.
Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire unless currently certified in ACLS and/or PALS or as defined in the SAHS Certification Crosswalk.
GOOD TO HAVE:
Previous Radiologic Technologist experience in a hospital setting.
