What You Will Do:
- Lead Operational Technology (OT)/ Industrial Control Systems (ICS) network architecture and cyber security systems development, design, and implementation for automation and embedded control systems on a wide variety of large-scale, highly complex, and innovative ride systems
- Perform engineering design and analysis for ride system networks, with focus on automation system architecture
- Design and test cyber security solutions and network architectures for ride systems

The hiring range for this position in California is $129,300 to $173,300. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

This role involves incorporating thermal components such as direct liquid cooling (DLC) systems, coolant distribution units (CDUs), and manifolds into network and server racks (EIA 19” and ORv3). You will leverage CFD tools to perform rack and system-level thermal and fluid analysis, ensuring optimal flow distribution, pressure drop, and temperature performance. Additionally, you will create 3D CAD designs for seamless hardware integration, lead validation testing, and resolve thermal or flow issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions. Role Overview
The Account Manager – Customer Growth & Retention plays a dual role:
- Manage and grow assigned active accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and continuous value.
- Proactively re-engage existing customers who have not purchased in 60+ days, identifying new opportunities to provide value through device lifecycle services, accessories, MDM, and support solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both relationship management and outbound customer engagement. You will be responsible for deepening customer partnerships, uncovering new needs, and driving incremental revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities Account Management & Customer Success
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers following initial onboarding.

- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and regular check-ins to align solutions with evolving client goals.

- Track upsell and cross-sell performance metrics and report on monthly growth outcomes.
- Support annual planning, budget cycles, and device refresh discussions to position ConnectUs for continued expansion within each client.
Dormant Account Re-Engagement
- Maintain a proactive outreach list of 10–20 existing customers who have not purchased within 60+ days.
- Conduct personalized outreach to re-engage these customers, share relevant service updates, and present new offerings.
- Identify reasons for inactivity and propose tailored solutions that address current pain points or budget considerations.
- Document all interactions and next steps in CRM (Copper/HubSpot) for visibility and accountability.
Service Delivery & Issue Resolution
- Oversee the performance of ConnectUs services across fulfillment, help desk, and repair workflows.
- Act as a client advocate and escalation point, ensuring issues are resolved promptly with cross-functional support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy in asset tracking, device lifecycle management, and reporting.
Reporting & Insights
- Provide regular reports on account activity, growth opportunities, and re-engagement progress.
- Analyze trends in order volume, service usage, and renewal likelihood to inform targeted outreach strategies.

Senior Government Affairs Technology & Competition
A bipartisan government relations and communications firm providing strategic advice to companies, trade associations, nonprofits, and individuals seeks a senior lobbyist to join its growing technology and competition practice. This role focuses on advocacy before congressional Republicans and a Republican administration, with an emphasis on technology, telecommunications, broadband, and competition policy.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute federal advocacy strategies for Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, startups, and other clients on technology and competition issues
- Represent clients before Republican members of Congress and their staffs, the Executive Branch, federal regulatory agencies, industry coalitions, and other policy forums
- Lead client advocacy on technology policy, including telecommunications, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, privacy, broadband, media, FCC oversight, and platform competition
- Engage with the House Energy and Commerce Committee and the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee, particularly their Communications and Technology and Communications, Media, and Broadband subcommittees, which oversee FCC authorization and oversight, broadband deployment and access, spectrum policy, and wireless, wireline, satellite, cable, and media issues
- Navigate competition and antitrust considerations affecting technology and telecom companies, including engagement with the House and Senate Judiciary Committees as appropriate
- Maintain active relationships with the Executive Office of the President, the Office of Science and Technology Policy, the Department of Commerce (including NTIA and NIST), and the Federal Communications Commission
- Craft and execute strategic client engagement plans aligned with Republican policy priorities and messaging
- Research, draft, and deliver policy updates, issue papers, one-pagers, and other advocacy materials for clients and policymakers
- Spot emerging legislative and regulatory developments and provide timely, actionable guidance to clients
- Contribute to business development efforts and help expand the firm’s technology and competition practice
What You Bring
- Ten or more years of experience on Capitol Hill and/or in government affairs roles, with a strong background working with Republican members, committee staff, or administrations
- Demonstrated expertise in issues under the jurisdiction of the House Energy and Commerce Committee and the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee; experience with Judiciary Committee work on competition and antitrust is a plus
- Well-established network of relationships with congressional Republicans and senior committee staff, Executive Branch officials within the Executive Office of the President, the Office of Science and Technology Policy, and the Department of Commerce, and federal regulators including the Federal Communications Commission
- Expert knowledge of the federal legislative and regulatory processes, particularly as they relate to technology, telecommunications, and broadband
- Ability to translate complex client priorities into effective advocacy strategies for Republican policymakers
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort operating at both senior and junior levels
