Primary Purpose of Position

Designer to join our Technical Design team. The ideal candidate will support the technical design

In this role,you will collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Production, and Overseas partners across multiple brands and categories of knit and soft woven womenswear. This is a mid level position. Candidates must have at least 4 years of working experience in Technical Design not including internships.

Key Responsibilities:

-Follow established fit standards and processes.

-Track, prepare and measure fit samples before fittings.

-Support Senior Technical Designer in reviewing and evaluating sample measurements and

construction of all fit samples to determine they are meeting intended design requirements.

-Collaborate with design and production teams through live model fittings.

-Take clear notes for designated product area during fittings.

-Give input during fittings to communicate fit issues and give solutions to improve garment fit and

construction.

- Own garment fit and technical accuracy from development through production for woven styles

Your role will take you to new heights, as you’ll be tasked with these essential job responsibilities:

• Support and execute acquisitions of aircraft, engines, airframes, and related components to support fleet operations and portfolio expansion.
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies aligned with company investment objectives and financial targets.
• Lead deal structuring, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and risk assessment for asset acquisitions.
• Negotiate purchase agreements, technical conditions, and commercial terms to optimize deal value and minimize risk.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess asset liquidity, demand, and long-term profitability.
• Review and validate financial and technical models used for bids, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Support the Vice President of Acquisitions in achieving annual acquisition targets and strategic initiatives.
• Lead and oversee technical due diligence activities, including asset inspections, records audits, shop visit reviews, and redelivery conditions.
• Collaborate with Technical and Product Line teams to optimize underwriting standards, asset configuration, and maintenance assumptions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, operational, and technical requirements (FAA, EASA, OEM standards) throughout the acquisition process.
• Provide expert technical input to acquisition decisions, including life-limited parts, maintenance status, and asset condition impacts.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including OEMs, MROs, lessors, and inspectors, during evaluation and acquisition phases.
• Mentor and support junior acquisitions and technical team members as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across acquisition, technical review, and asset integration processes.
• Maintain, develop, and implement robust technical standards, systems, and documentation processes related to asset acquisitions.
• Provide regular updates and report to senior leadership on acquisition progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Perform additional duties and projects assigned by management.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to have:

• Strong technical knowledge of aircraft, engines, airframes, and components, including records audits and asset condition evaluation.
• Demonstrated experience supporting or leading aircraft and engine acquisition transactions in the aviation aftermarket.
• Ability to create, review, and interpret financial models supporting asset valuation, deal economics, and investment decisions.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, technical documentation, and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with executive leadership, technical teams, and external partners.

PowerFlex isseekinga highly skilled Solar Technical Lead to support the technical performance, reliability, and safe operation of a growing portfolio of distributed energy assets. This role sits within the Asset Optimization & Customer Success organization and focuses on deep technical fieldexpertiseacross commercial and industrial (C&I) solar PV sites.This individual will play a key role in ensuring successful system troubleshooting, performance verification, and vendor coordination. Responsibilities

• Performhands-ontechnical support for PV operations, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, performance analysis, and field diagnostics.
• Conduct detailed technical reviews of site issues, alarms, performance anomalies, and equipment failures; performroot causeanalysis and implement corrective actions.
• Interface directly with vendors, equipment manufacturers, and subcontractors to address technical issues, coordinate warranty/RMA processes, and ensure adherence to installation standards and specifications.
• Support development, implementation, and improvement of technical processes and field procedures (e.g., commissioning checklists, testing protocols, safety documentation).
• Ensure all work meets OSHA, NEC, and AHJ requirements and follows PowerFlex safety protocols and quality standards.
• Review and validateas builtdrawings, test reports, commissioning packages, and other technical documentationrequiredfor operations readiness.
• Assistwith system monitoring and diagnostics, including alarm triage, remote troubleshooting, and performance data review.
• Providetechnical insight into operational performance metrics such as availability, uptime, production vs. forecast, and degradation analysis.
• Support subcontractor qualification and evaluation from a technical standpoint, including verification of workmanship and compliance with installation guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Construction/Commissioning teams to ensure clean and complete project handoffs, includingpunch listclosure and documentation completeness.
• Provide technical input into customer reports, system performance summaries, and internal/external communications.

Qualifications
Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineeringor related technical field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in renewable energy, withsignificant timespent in field roles involving construction, commissioning, or technical operations of distributed solar PV systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of PV system architecture, including inverters, protection & controls, EMS/SCADA, site networking, telemetry, metering, and utility interconnection requirements.
• Hands on field experiencestronglypreferred (construction, commissioning, troubleshooting, QA/QC, or similar).
• Experience working closely with subcontractors, OEMs, and field service providers.
• Preference for experience in the field
• Battery Energy Storage System experience is a plus

Compensation
The base pay range for this position is $128,610 - $157,190 annually. The total compensation for this position will include commission. This position is eligible for PowerFlex's comprehensive Health and Welfare plans including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off. PowerFlex's compensation packages carefully consider a candidate's qualifications, experiences, and education in relation to the position.
