Summary

Handles the instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure and performs sponging, suturing, suctioning, holding retractors, and homeostasis. Monitors the patient and equipment during surgery and prepares patients for transport to and from surgery.

Job Duties

  • Anticipates the needs of the surgeon during routine and complex assignments in the scrub role.
  • Handles the instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure.
  • Intervenes to correct, minimize, or prevent actual or potential risks, based upon observation of physiological and/or behavioral data.

Position Description

The Administrative Assistant provides critical administrative and operational support to a team of professionals spread across the country. Responsibilities

  • Provide elevated administrative support to RRC team members and engagement leaders across multiple regions to include: meeting coordination, document preparation, presentations, calendar management, travel management, review and process expense reports, order office supplies, register team members for annual professional seminars, etc.
  • Coordinate complex calendars across time zones, schedule virtual and in-person meetings, and prepare materials for client-facing and internal engagements
  • Serve as a dependable point of contact for inquiries, demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness, and sound judgment
  • Support engagement operations by organizing documentation, tracking deliverables, monitoring deadlines, and assisting with cross-functional alignment

  • Process accounts payable through Central Accounts Payable
  • Collaborate with other Firm Client Service functions, such as Human Resources, IT, and Marketing, for example
  • Serve as a back-up to other administrative/office services functions, as needed
  • Serve as a go-to for team member on technical, non-technical, and procedural questions
  • Be knowledgeable on general office policies and procedures
  • Perform other related administrative tasks (includes, but is not limited to, these types of examples: photocopying, mailing, sorting mail, scheduling conference rooms, shredding, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Prior administrative experience in a professional services environment
  • Associate degree or relevant
  • 5+ years relevant administrative support experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive), and virtual communication tools

Summary
Administers radiation therapy as prescribed by a physician in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization. Travels between LVHN/LVPG Radiation Oncology sites as necessary. Trains and mentors new radiation therapists and students in addition to duties of the radiation therapist.

Job Duties

  • Delivers a prescribed course of radiation therapy to patients and provides continuous monitoring during treatment. Schedules daily treatment appointments, answers patient questions, and explains the procedures being performed.
  • Serves as a liaison between patient and other members of their care team and reinforces recommendations given to the patient concerning reaction to treatment and care of irradiation area, prevention or treatment of generalized and local side effects. Observes patient for any unusual reactions or events.
  • Monitors radiation equipment inventory and follows all safety regulations regarding radiation exposure.
  • Participates in CT Simulation procedures and/or other treatments/procedures.
  • Participates in on-call, if applicable.
  • Keeps current regarding developments, trends and techniques in radiation therapy and equipment.
  • Mentors and teaches students and new employees.
  • Trains and supports other radiation therapists in current or new department equipment/procedures, as necessary.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree Radiation Therapy or equivalent or
  • Technical School Diploma Accredited Radiation Therapy Program
  • Analytical ability to resolve problems that require the use of basic scientific, mathematical, or technical principles.
  • Ability To keep confidential information regarding patients, and team members.
  • Ability to exchange information on factual matters, schedule appointments, record treatment data in patients' records, greet visitors, explain hospital policies, and/or relay patients' needs to appropriate personnel.

Summary

Operates cardiac ultrasound equipment and performs high quality cardiac ultrasound imaging (echocardiography) to be used for the diagnostic evaluation of chamber measurements, blood flow characteristics, and cardiac function of the heart.

Job Duties

  • Performs high quality Transthoracic and Stress Echocardiography imaging studies per protocol on adult and geriatric patient population including the knowledge of transducer selection, equipment knobology for optimal image, and the knowledge/ability to perform all measurements, per protocol. Performs the patient meet/greet (confirm ID and order), reviews history and supporting clinical data for optimum diagnostic results, conducts patient prep (explain procedure, answer questions, take BP, apply electrodes), monitors patient wellbeing during test to recognize potential medical problems and takes action, and develops documentation (including Technical Sonographer Report). Provides medication/ IV insertion ( ultrasound enhancement agent, UEA) as needed.
  • Provides fellow colleague/new hire, student, intern and/or Fellow proctoring/training.
  • Participates in echocardiography performance improvement initiatives and contributes to the achievement of established department goals and objectives; adheres to department policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety standards.
  • Communicates appropriately, respectfully, and clearly to directors, managers, and colleagues. Accepts direction as provided.
  • Communicates, notifies, and follows-up on equipment failures and/or maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED with Cardiac Ultrasound on-the-job training and with registry and >5 years experience or
  • Technical School Diploma successful graduation from Cardiac Ultrasound program and registry within a year of hire
  • Less than 1 year experience performing adult cardiac ultrasound
  • Knowledge of cardiac ultrasound physics and cardiac anatomy & physiology.
  • Skill to use various ultrasound machine makes and models and perform settings and knobology for optimal images.
  • Skill to prioritize patient care and use critical thinking.
  • Ability to demonstrate eye-hand coordination, mechanical, and analytical aptitude.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a Supply Chain Manager to help drive our international supply chain operations as we scale. Reporting to the Director of Logistics, you’ll manage the daily complexities of international vendor relationships, container logistics, and buying operations while bringing strategic thinking to optimize costs and improve performance across our supply chain.


You’ll be our supply chain problem-solver—the person who manages vendor relationships across Turkey, Pakistan, India, and China, coordinates container flow into our warehouse, oversees buying and lead time planning, and holds vendors accountable to their commitments. You’ll lead a team of three (a Supply Chain Analyst, Buyer, and Supply Chain Associate) and work cross-functionally with warehouse operations, finance, and leadership to keep our supply chain running smoothly as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

International Vendor Management & Container Logistics

  • Manage vendor relationships across Turkey, Pakistan, India, and China—these are your vendors to own
  • Hold vendors accountable for quality standards, delivery timelines, pricing agreements, and purchase order compliance—this is non-negotiable
  • Manage container flows from overseas vendors through customs clearance to warehouse receiving
  • Understand daily warehouse capacity to process containers and optimize inbound flow to manage costs
  • Navigate customs documentation, compliance requirements, and freight forwarding coordination
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and production schedules with international suppliers
  • Keep vendors moving when they’re delayed or behind on shipping finished products


Buying, Purchasing & Lead Time Management

  • Manage the full buying cycle: purchase orders, buying timelines, reorder points, and lead time planning
  • Oversee all buying and purchasing activities, aligning orders with inventory targets, budget constraints, and demand forecasts
  • Analyze landed cost calculations including product cost, freight, duties, insurance, and handling to optimize total cost of ownership
  • Coordinate buying windows and seasonal purchasing cycles across product categories
  • Read and interpret forecasting data from Excel sheets and forecasting tools to prioritize buying and shipping decisions


Inventory & Multi-Channel Fulfillment

  • Monitor inventory levels across all channels to prevent stockouts and excess storage costs
  • Understand how inventory flows across all locations: on-site warehouse, Amazon FBA/AWD


Walmart, Target, Canada

  • Know what we fulfill in-house vs. what goes to other channels and how it all comes together
  • Make strategic decisions on where to ship containers before issues arise
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace fulfillment requirements


Warehouse Support & Container Flow

  • Coordinate container receiving schedules and capacity planning with the warehouse team
  • Support warehouse expansion and operations optimization initiatives
  • Help manage inbound/outbound shipment flows to optimize warehouse efficiency
  • Coordinate between supply chain and warehouse operations to ensure smooth container processing


Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Directly supervise three employees: Supply Chain Analyst, Buyer, and Supply Chain Associate
  • Provide coaching, development, and performance feedback to build a high-performing supply chain team
  • Drive continuous process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Work across teams—supply chain, forecasting, warehouse, sourcing, fulfillment—to solve problems and keep operations running
  • • Communicate effectively with senior leadership, warehouse operations, and overseas teams


Cost Analysis & Optimization

  • Identify cost savings and cost avoidance opportunities across the supply chain
  • Conduct landed cost analysis to determine most cost-effective shipping and routing decisions
  • Analyze vendor payment terms and shipping methods to optimize costs
  • Track and reduce expenses across international shipping, warehousing, and fulfillment
  • Present data-driven recommendations to leadership on cost optimization initiatives


Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, International Business, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in supply chain operations, international logistics, or global sourcing
  • Proven experience managing container flows from overseas manufacturers
  • Background working with vendors in Asia (China, India, Pakistan, Turkey) preferred
  • Experience with multi-channel fulfillment operations (Amazon FBA, retail fulfillment) highly valued
  • Prior supervisory experience managing direct reports


Supply Chain & Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of international supply chain operations including freight forwarding, customs, and vendor management
  • Advanced Excel skills required: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables, complex formulas for data analysis
  • Ability to read and interpret forecasting data to prioritize buying and shipping decisions
  • Understanding of just-in-time (JIT) fulfillment and e-commerce operations
  • Experience with ERP systems (we use SellerCloud, transitioning to NetSuite)
  • Knowledge of warehouse capacity planning and container flow management
  • Familiarity with customs documentation, compliance requirements, and duty drawback programs

  • Strong cost analysis skills with ability to identify savings and optimization opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct landed cost analysis and make data-driven shipping decisions

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Part-Time Telecommunicator. This position plays a vital role in ensuring effective communication and support for the Kernersville Police Department. Applicants must have at least one (1) year of prior experience as a telecommunicator to be considered for this position Candidates must also have DCI Modules 1, 2, and 3 certifications or be willing to obtain these certifications during the training phase. Additionally, applicants must be willing to commit to at least 24 hours per week during the training phase and be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. This position performs responsible specialized paraprofessional and technical work in the Communication Center for the Police Department. An employee in this class performs paraprofessional and technical work receiving both emergency and non-emergency telephone calls from citizens and relaying information to police officers via a multi-channel radio system. The worker also provides information/referrals to the general public and other law enforcement agencies. The employee must have the ability to communicate clearly, to use good judgment, to multi-task and to work in stressful situations. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Communications Supervisor and is checked by observation and by regularly reviewing computer entries and Dictaphone.
Examples of Duties
  • Operates multi-line telephone system. Receives telephone calls from citizens, both emergency and non-emergency; obtains and evaluates information and takes needed action; accesses language line for non-English speaking callers; and operates a TTY and Text-to-911 system for text calls and non-verbal callers.
