How You'll Contribute:

A Project Manager (PM) isresponsible for the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction of a project throughout its entire lifecycle, from Initiating through Closing phases for media and entertainment organizations, as well as corporate entities. However, the PM depends on the help of other people to perform most of the actual activities of the project. A project manager's role is primarily focused around written and verbal communication to all project stakeholders.

The PM isresponsible for overseeing, and performing project management functions on all projects, budgets and scopes.The PM will act as the responsible person on their assigned projects and have direct control over all project activities. Every project is different, and project stakeholders are different. You will have these responsibilities:

• Apply systems safety methodologies as defined by industry standards

• Develop new processes / methodologies used to certify autonomous / remote operations

In your role as a Radar Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing phased array radar systems and developing radar processing algorithms to enable short, long range object tracking, and radar image generation. You will be involved in all phases of development from conception to production, designing your algorithms in Matlab, Python, and implementation in C++ on the target hardware. You will drive the system-level requirements of the phased array radar system, and drive trade studies collaborating with the cross functional teams. Basic Success Criteria

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Basic Qualifications
This requisition may be filled at either the Systems Engineer level (T-02) or Principal Systems Engineer level (T-03).

• Engineer Systems: Bachelors degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 2 years of experience, 0 years of experience with a Masters Degree.
• Bachelors degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 5 years of experience, or 3 years of experience with a Masters degree.Principal Systems Engineer:

Required for Both Levels:

• Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance, at time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience with technical review boards.
• 1+ years experience working with interfaces
• 1+ years experience leading/supporting trade studies or tiger teams
• 1+ years experience with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) or similar
• 1+ years experience working with Cameo or similar tools
• 1+ years experience working with DOORS or similar tools
• 1+ years experience working with Nx or similar tools
• 1+ years experience working with USG stakeholders
