Digital Asset Management Coordinator / DAM / EDAM Specialist
Location : Remote and Onsite Thrice a week - Vienna, VA
Duration : Long term ongoing with no end date
Experienced digital asset coordinator needed (5+ years experience in role). To manage, organize, update, edit, and archive all assets and files for the Marketing Creative Services team. Develop, support, and evolve the digital asset management system for brands, including participation in DAM modernization and migration efforts (e.g., transition to enterprise DAM/EDAM platforms). Provide system support to users, ensure metadata and governance standards are followed across the organization, and maintain accurate tracking of asset usage and licensing. Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment, initiative, and collaboration.
Core Responsibilities:
• Conduct the daily management of the Digital Asset Management System (DAMs), including AEM and related asset platforms
• Maximize discovery of digital assets by enhancing product and lifestyle images with metadata that follows established guidelines and aligns with business objectives
• Manage the lifecycle of image assets after creation, including selection, ingestion, governance, and ongoing maintenance within the AEM digital asset management system (DAM)
• Support DAM evolution and migration initiatives (e.g., DAM to EDAM) by assisting with asset preparation, metadata alignment, ingestion standards, validation of migrated assets, and workflow readiness
• Serve as subject matter expert for the digital asset management system (DAMs); maintain accurate system procedures and policies; contribute to process improvements, testing, documentation, training, and user support
• Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement to aid in the overall enrichment and consistency of the metadata lifecycle
• Coordinate and maintain organization of all assets and files for the Marketing Creative Services team, including Internally Generated Photography and Video, Campaign Photography, Stock Photography, Logos, Design Assets, Video B-roll, and other Special Projects
• Act as point of contact for asset requests and hando from internal team members in marketing, content strategists, and back-end developers, as well as outside vendors and partners
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support DAM-related initiatives, including platform updates, workflow refinements, and migration readiness activities
• Research streamlining opportunities to improve search and discovery within DAM platforms
• Create, develop, grow, and maintain a naming convention framework that allows files to be located quickly and consistently
• Ensure and manage the workflow of proper naming, labeling, organizing, and governance of content across all channels
• Responsible for researching and helping implement new technologies, tools, or enhancements that streamline asset platforms, DAM processes, and migration-related workflows
Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of creative file formats and file size optimization (JPG, GIF, PNG, SVG, EPS, vector, and flattened images)
• Experience overseeing digital catalogs or asset libraries (DAMs), including asset lifecycle management and metadata governance
• Experience using online content management systems, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Experience supporting or participating in DAM migration efforts (e.g., DAM to EDAM), including asset preparation, metadata alignment, ingestion validation, or system transition support (plus)
• Experience working and communicating with all levels of employees, management, stakeholders, and vendors; ability to build relationships through rapport, trust, diplomacy, and tact
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Working knowledge of functions, philosophy, operations, systems, and organizational objectives
• Effective skill in image editing software and techniques, including color correction, photo retouching, and Adobe Creative Cloud solutions
• Advanced organizational, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

About the Role
What you will do
- Own the process for building payer relationships, identifying payer requirements for connection, translating requirements into user stories for the development team, coordinating implementation and testing, and ensuring the payer connection is successful in production.
- Fill the role of subject matter expert in relation to prior authorizations and notice of admission both in terms of payer requirements and overall business requirements to successfully manage prior authorizations between providers and payers.
- Identify and document the correct method of submission and status for prior authorizations to payers based on the payer requirement for specific service or CPT code including EDI 278 215/217, UMO payer portal, or Fax.
- Document payer portal prior authorization workflows for robotic process automation and work with the RPA development team to build and test new payer portal prior auth automations.
- Define and monitor key metrics for prior authorization connectivity, including transaction turnaround time, error rates, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting prior authorization processes and ensure compliance in all payer connections
- Become an expert in the upcoming Da Vinci FHIR prior authorization standards and work with development and business teams to ensure successful transition to FHIR
- Work with payers and providers to establish FHIR connections for Prior Auth
- Collaborate with the development team and clearinghouse team to establish EDI connections to payers
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, UX, and other cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet customer and business expectations.
- Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to elicit and understand business needs, pain points, and desired outcomes.
- Triage errors and issues that arise and work and collaborate with other teams to resolve as needed to resolve the issues.
- Prioritize the payer connection backlog based on business value, customer impact, and development capacity, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

- Maintain and prioritize the user story backlog and work with development and stakeholder teams to refine user stories to meet the Definition of Ready for development

- Subject matter expert knowledge of healthcare prior authorizations and notice of admission processes on the provider, payer, and UMO sides.

Regional Customer Success Leader
What You Will Do
- Report to the SVP, Growth and lead a regional team of Customer Success Directors
- Coach, mentor, and develop Customer Success Directors to build a high-performance culture focused on proactive client engagement, strategic account planning, and measurable outcomes.
- Ensure execution of account strategies that drive revenue retention, client growth, NPS improvement, and achievement of customer success KPIs.
- Use data-driven insights to identify at-risk accounts, develop intervention plans, and align customer outcomes with FinThrive's strategic objectives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Implementation, Customer Support, IT, and Finance to ensure seamless customer experience and alignment on account strategy.
- Lead regular Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and support escalation management to ensure client satisfaction and value realization.
- Drive adoption of FinThrive's full suite of revenue cycle technology solutions across your customer portfolio.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally and influence product roadmaps through structured feedback loops.
- Collaborate with leadership on forecasting, renewal planning, and upsell strategies to meet financial targets.
- Travel up to 50% to meet with customers, attend industry events, and strengthen executive relationships.
What You Will Bring
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare technology, revenue cycle management, or SaaS-based customer success.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing regional or national customer success teams.
- Proven success in revenue retention, growth, and client satisfaction within complex healthcare organizations.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the client organization.
- Experience in account strategy, KPI management, and operational execution.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and drive cross-departmental alignment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a data-first mindset.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong and other CRM or customer success tools.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Travel required: up to 50%.

About the Role
What you will do
- Own the process for building payer relationships, identifying payer requirements for connection, translating requirements into user stories for the development team, coordinating implementation and testing, and ensuring the payer connection is successful in production.
- Fill the role of subject matter expert in relation to prior authorizations and notice of admission both in terms of payer requirements and overall business requirements to successfully manage prior authorizations between providers and payers.
- Identify and document the correct method of submission and status for prior authorizations to payers based on the payer requirement for specific service or CPT code including EDI 278 215/217, UMO payer portal, or Fax.
- Document payer portal prior authorization workflows for robotic process automation and work with the RPA development team to build and test new payer portal prior auth automations.
- Define and monitor key metrics for prior authorization connectivity, including transaction turnaround time, error rates, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting prior authorization processes and ensure compliance in all payer connections
- Become an expert in the upcoming Da Vinci FHIR prior authorization standards and work with development and business teams to ensure successful transition to FHIR
- Work with payers and providers to establish FHIR connections for Prior Auth
- Collaborate with the development team and clearinghouse team to establish EDI connections to payers
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, UX, and other cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet customer and business expectations.
- Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to elicit and understand business needs, pain points, and desired outcomes.
- Triage errors and issues that arise and work and collaborate with other teams to resolve as needed to resolve the issues.
- Prioritize the payer connection backlog based on business value, customer impact, and development capacity, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Apply critical thinking to streamline processes and work towards continual improvement and efficiency
- Maintain and prioritize the user story backlog and work with development and stakeholder teams to refine user stories to meet the Definition of Ready for development
- Work with the scrum team to ensure all tasks are completed and the committed objectives are achieved
What you will bring
- Subject matter expert knowledge of healthcare prior authorizations and notice of admission processes on the provider, payer, and UMO sides.
- 2+ years of experience working with prior authorization submissions and status to payers and UMOs
- Knowledge of Da Vinci FHIR and ability to become a Da Vinci FHIR subject matter expert
- Strong skills in creating detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex business problems.
- Provide guidance and direction to the technology teams during the development cycle and participate in all scrum ceremonies. Be available and ready to make quick, well-informed team-level decisions on behalf of stakeholders and the business

We're looking for an experienced Healthcare Denials Specialist to analyze and resolve payer denials and underpayments. You'll be part of a dynamic team using cutting-edge ARO software to streamline medical claims and collections. As a Denials Specialist II, you will also have the opportunity to mentor junior representatives.
What you will do
- Investigate and resolve insurance denials and underpayments
- Call healthcare insurance companies, affiliates, and providers to resolve underpayment or denial issues
- Analyze contracts, billing, and collections to ensure accurate reimbursement
- Work closely with leadership and team members to identify denial trends and process improvements
- Create appeals, patient correspondences, and payer communication to support claim resolutions
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurately document all work performed
What you will bring
- 3+ years of proven success with healthcare insurance billing, follow-up, reimbursement and collections in a hospital or BPO vendor environment
- Deep knowledge of payer rules, including how to interpret denial reasons and submit appeals
- Experience with healthcare billing/EHR systems (EPIC, Paragon, Zirmed, or similar)
- Strong understanding of medical terminology including claim types (UB-04), CPT, ICD, DRG codes, and EOB/RA
- Ability to identify and resolve complex denials and underpayment issues
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess insurance payment discrepancies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- This role requires on-site work at FinThrive's Plano, TX office
