Job Summary



The Echo Sonographer performs a variety of routine echocardiograms including, but not limited to, Transthoracic Echocardiogram or TTE, with Color, Spectral Doppler and 2-D imaging, Transesophageal Echocardiogram TEE, Stress Echocardiogram or Dobutamine Stress Echocardiogram, TTE with bubbles, TTE with contrast and advanced TTE such as TTE with 3D imaging, for both inpatient and outpatient studies. Locates, evaluates and records pertinent anatomical, pathological, and functional data while using different systems of ultrasound equipment. Transmits exams, processes preliminary technical data in designated interpreting system, and communicates any significant findings to the attending reading physician.



The Vascular Sonographer performs ultrasound examinations of the cerebral, peripheral, and abdominal vessels to assist physicians in the diagnosis of disorders affecting circulation, Records and maintains test data and prepares preliminary interpretations of test results.

The Opportunity:

The Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating day-to-day facility operations and ensuring all scheduled events are executed smoothly and professionally. Minimum Qualifications:

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Radiologist and Department Management Team, the Radiology Technologist -Advanced (Tech) shall provide radiographic imaging services to patients by performing general diagnostic radiological procedures and general fluoroscopic procedures as required of the position of Tech. Additionally, the Tech will perform DEXA scans based on department needs. The Tech shall operate imaging equipment and image processing equipment, prepare radiographic exam rooms, and maintain department equipment and supplies. The Tech shall provide medical imaging services utilizing various modalities including Radiology, Computer Tomography, and/or Magnetic Resonance Imaging; while maintaining competencies in these assigned areas. The Tech will provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient. Additionally, the Tech will provide services for inpatients, outpatients; hospital operating suites, the emergency department (ED), and the continuing care center (CCC).

Maintains quality assurance and performance improvement activities within the department as directed. Complies with all Joint Commission, federal, state and local regulatory laws, standards and protocols. Requires excellent customer service skills.

- Assumes responsibility for the care and safety of patients undergoing medical imaging studies and continually monitors patients for safety and comfort while respecting patient privacy.
- Properly confirms the patient's identity, verifies physician orders, and obtains relevant patient history.
- Responsible for safe handling of equipment.
- Educates and explains procedures to patients to prepare patients for medical imaging procedures.

• Performs CT imaging procedures on appropriate anatomical regions in accordance with accepted

standards of practice and protocols.

• Maintains patient care, comfort, and safety during the exam.

• Performs equipment quality checks and troubleshoots problems.

• Relay to providers pertinent information prior to entering exam room.

• Observe and record the patient’s EMR encounter and accurate history of the visit.

• Properly use protective coverings to protect patients and themselves from excess radiation exposure.

• Follow the policies, procedures, and safety protocols established by the medical director or generated

by federal, state and local requirements, and by other oversight or accrediting agencies.

• Report any medical errors, mishaps, or near misses to the medical director or supervising physician.

• Implement the quality control processes required by the RadSite Standards.

• Educate patients about safety concerns inherent to ionizing radiation.

• Comply with all applicable federal, state and local regulations regarding the operation of the applicable

imaging systems.

• Maintain the current credentials necessary to operate the applicable imaging systems.

• Participates in educational opportunities to maintain job knowledge; reading professional publications.

• Sanitize exam room after each patient and deep cleaning weekly.

• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and non-sample pharmaceuticals, rotating/stocking

pharmaceutical closet; dispose of expired medications and ordering supplies and pharmaceuticals as

needed per established protocol.

• Works cohesively with all members of office and clinical team.

• Maintains detailed knowledge of EMR software and electronic systems as they relate to job functions.

• Maintains CT Tech Manual and binder documents to aid in external audits.

• Performs all other temporary and/or permanent duties as requested by the Clinic Supervisor and/or

providers.

• Performs Medical Assistant responsibilities as needed including rooming patients, taking vitals,

recording patient information in EHR and cleaning/stocking exam rooms.

• Identify, propose, and implement continual improvements to drive process efficiency, scalability and

innovation within the scope of your work that enhances our ability to achieve the ADVENT vision.

• Support the overall success of the organization and perform other related duties as requested by

leadership.

• Plan and adapt with business growth and strategy, cross-training where necessary to accommodate

different situations and locations.

• Follow all legal and compliance requirements, including HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient privacy.


Skills and Qualifications

• Completion of a Radiology or CT Tech program.

• ARRT Certified.

• Prior clinical experience.

• Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to details.

• Proficiency with computers and electronic medical records.

• Ability to work independently, producing high quality special imaging with little supervision.

• Must be willing to assist at various clinics within the market as needed.

Position Description: We are currently seeking a Make Ready Tech to join our team. You will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and will be responsible for completing make readies and light work orders and other required tasks. Our Maintenance Technicians/Make Ready Techs provide support to the Service Managers and assume a leadership role in their absence. They provide quality service to our residents, diagnose problems, and make repairs. They are responsible for routine and preventative maintenance repairs. MUST have previous experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that apartments are made ready for new residents
  • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
  • Maintain material and supply inventory
  • Working with a team to perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

Requirements:

Candidates must be positive, team-oriented, have a professional appearance, be highly detailed, performance-driven, organized, have excellent service skills, and be able to manage and organize multiple projects.

  • Require a minimum of (1) years of multifamily maintenance experience
