Job Summary
Responsible for performing various functions to keep Georgia Tech's dining program commercial kitchens running smoothly. Primarily responsible for maintaining, modifying, troubleshooting, and repairing a large inventory of electric, gas and refrigeration commercial food service equipment and appliances. Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 -
Perform preventative maintenance on food service and refrigeration equipment as well as scheduled predictive maintenance checks following manufacturers' recommendation and/or as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Duty 2 -
Carry out installations of new equipment.
Job Duty 3 -
Perform repairs and maintenance duties on a wide variety of food service and refrigeration equipment such as walk-in freezers, industrial-sized steam cookers, refrigerators, ice machines, dishwashers, fryers, stoves, ovens, and grills.
Job Duty 4 -
Carry out periodic inspection, cleaning, and equipment servicing.
Job Duty 5 -
Interpret equipment manuals for proper training, care, and maintenance of equipment.
Job Duty 6 -
Attend quickly to emergency calls on equipment repair issues, as well as to after-hour work calls.
Job Duty 7 -
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Summary and QualificationsThe Surgical Technologist, in collaboration with the surgical team and under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, assumes responsibility for the care and safety of the perioperative patient, instrumentation, supplies, and equipment during surgical and other invasive and non-invasive procedures. The Surgical Technologist ensures effective communication with the circulator, the surgeon, the patient and their family, as well as the other members of the surgical team.
What you will do in this role:
· You will set up and manage instruments, equipment, and supplies for all surgical procedures
· You will be responsible for maintaining a sterile field while passing instrumentation during an invasive procedure
· You will perform appropriate counts with circulator prior to the operation and before incision is closed
· You will assist in patient positioning, transporting, and obtaining needed equipment
· You will clean and prepare instruments for terminal sterilization
· You will assist in prepping room for the next patient
What qualifications you will need:
· Graduation from an accredited school of Surgical Technologist or Certificate of Completion of the Operating Room Specialist Course from the Military is required
· A Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) is required in the South Carolina hospitals and is strongly preferred in the Georgia and Florida hospitals
· A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider is required
· One to two years of OR experience is preferred

Overview:

Join the Live Entertainment team and help us present some of this year’s shows, events, and attractions. Use your costume and sewing experience and continue to build your skills as a Costume/Wardrobe Technician!

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Costume leadership to ensure quality of all themed entertainment and stage productions.
- Assist in all costume related aspects of attractions and productions including design, construction, and maintenance.
- Prepare costumes for shows (stage shows, street performers, musicians, characters, etc) and maintain costume appearance and continuity.
- Fit and alter costumes as needed, utilizing sewing machine as needed and demonstrating basic sewing ability (seams, hems, buttons, etc.).
- Clean performer’s costumes after the show, prepare laundry, and use washer and dryer as directed.

- Ability to demonstrate costume construction from pattern to completion of garment.
- Ability to demonstrate strong sewing ability (by both hand and machine).
- Experience in theatre or in the themed entertainment industry preferred.
- People who love helping others and will support the needs of our guests and associates.
- Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
