Baptist Urgent Care is looking for experienced LPN/X-Ray Techs to join our team in Olive Branch, MS
JOB SUMMARY:
This position supports physicians and mid-level providers by performing patient interviews, clinical tasks, and X-ray exams using correct body mechanics and anatomy knowledge. It also maintains accurate charts and administers medications as ordered.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive. Other duties may be assigned.
• Greeting patients and preparing them for examination or procedure
• Recording health history of patient and noting abnormal conditions for Provider
• Instructing patients on collection of any necessary samples and tests
• Obtaining vital signs and escorting patients to rooms
• Assisting with the preparation of supplies and equipment and aiding the physician or mid-level practitioner during treatment, examination, and testing of patients
• Giving injections, administering prescribed medications as directed by Provider and in accordance with nursing standards
• Observing, recording, and reporting patient’s condition and reaction to drugs and treatments to Providers
• Performing timely X-Ray procedures for subsequent evaluation and treatment by attending provider
• Ensuring that patient chart entries are made accurately and in a timely matter and forwarding charts as appropriate
• Maintaining patient files, records, and other information
• Assisting with scheduling of tests and treatments; Arranging referrals to a specialist and obtaining pre-authorizations when directed to by the provider
• Collecting, documenting, and delivering lab specimens and obtaining lab test results and other reports
• Notifying patients of test results and follow-up appointments
• Cleaning and restocking exam/treatment rooms between procedures
• Following clinic policies for infection control in handling and disposing of infectious/hazardous waste materials
• Instructing patient and family regarding medications and treatment and discharge instructions
• Assisting the provider with physical exams and in preparing for physicals
• Contacting pharmacy to order prescriptions and notifying patients
• Keeping an accurate and up to date inventory of medications and monitoring controlled substances
• Controlling inventory and monitoring the use of supplies
• Maintaining up to date stock and monitoring and maintaining medical equipment
• Responding to and screening telephone calls for referral to nurse or physician
• Triaging patients to ensure productive departmental flow
WHAT'S THE SCHEDULE?
Full-time team members work a rotating 36-40 hour/week schedule, consisting of 12-hour weekday shifts and every-other weekend. Our PRN (per diem) team members are scheduled on an as-needed basis.
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
• A degree from an accredited school of practical nursing is required
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a hospital or clinic setting is preferred
• Must be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in accordance with state regulations
• Valid State License to perform X-Rays

Job Summary:
The metal fabrication and welding tech is responsible for executing a variety of mechanical fabrication efforts at an exceptional level, while collaborating in an integrated team environment with fellow support technicians, engineers, and internal and external engineering customers.
Primary responsibilities include welding and fabricating premium quality parts and assemblies from metal. Report to the Mechanical Prototyping and Fabrication Section Lead within the Engineering Prototyping and Fabrication department (the Bike Shop)
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Metal fabrication of critical prototype, aerospace parts and test assemblies using various types of metal fabrication tools.
Use of general machine shop tools and support equipment including the use of typical dimensional measuring tools
Work with basic sketches and, underdeveloped drawing packages as well as model renderings
Responsible for all aspects of fabrication including part/machine setup, safe equipment operation, part inspection, managing their workload, supporting customers’ schedules, delegating, and coordinating work when required
Work in a multi-program-controlled area.
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications You Must Have:A minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience welding MIG, and TIG.
A minimum of six (6) years’ relevant experience with press breaks, rollers, sheet metal forming tools.
Six (6) or more years of interpreting mechanical blueprints / technical drawings with the ability to fabricate the requested parts.
Ability to inspect fabricated parts using standard precision measuring instruments to ensure tolerances are met.

Your Job:In this highly technical allied imaging professional position, you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide the very best imaging services, which include ultrasound, CT scan, PET scan, interventional radiology, digital mammography, and nuclear medicine. The primary purpose of the Radiologic Technologist position is to perform radiographic and fluoroscopic imaging services. In addition, he/she performs specialized imaging techniques when fluoroscopic guidance is requested and assists the Radiologist when appropriate.

About the role
We're on the lookout for talented people to join our amazing DeepTech team, based in or around Boston. Our Talent Partners embed into super cool companies like Snyk, ASOS, Rapid 7 and many more! We design recruitment processes fit for rapid growth businesses, while headhunting some pretty niche roles! We don't have KPI's, targets or BD requirements at Bond, it's all about the outcomes. Data underpins all of our processes and we've built a world class bespoke dataverse so that we can make informed decisions always.

Responsibilities Include:
· Visiting clients twice a week to collaborate and build strong relationships.
· Developing and implementing attraction and delivery strategies.
· Building and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
· Advising on recruitment best practices and discussing appropriate assessment processes.
· Supporting the implementation of our talent solution, helping design and set up end-to-end recruitment processes with the partner while headhunting for niche roles.
· Partner with the businesses hiring managers to work as one team.
· Conducting thorough recruiter screens and managing interview de-briefings.
· Maintain accurate data to use to influence stakeholders.
· Delivering weekly and monthly data and progress reports.
· Involvement in weekly meetings with project teams to discuss challenges and successes.
· Proactively design solutions or bring new ideas to overcome challenges.
· Knowledge sharing and training (onboarding, structured training, lunch & learns).
· Develop an understanding of market conditions, always be learning and keeping an eye on the latest trends/markets.
Skills Required:
· In-depth technical recruitment experience.
· Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills.
· Outstanding headhunting/delivery capability.
· Previous inhouse, RPO, or embedded recruitment experience.
