As the Insights Services Manager for the Tech, Media & Entertainment vertical, you will lead the delivery of strategic insights programs for a portfolio of high-profile clients across the TME space. You will manage a team of 3-4 analysts and serve as the primary engagement lead across multiple accounts, ensuring high-quality, commercially impactful insights delivery.

Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Market Research, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
4+ years of experience in insights, media analytics, market research, or related fields, with 1-3 years of people management experience.
Proven track record in managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder insights programs with measurable business impact.
Expertise in research methodologies, media measurement KPIs, and translating complex data into actionable strategic recommendations.
Experience in Tech, Media, or Entertainment industries preferred.
Commercial awareness, including scope management and margin sensitivity.
Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.

What You Will Do In Your Role:

- You will ensure archiving and storage of digital data and maintains proper operation of image review stations.
- You will perform post processing manipulation of digital data to supply physician with additional clinical data.

- Graduate of accredited school of Radiologic Technology required

- Assists with ventricular assist devices in intensive care and acute care to assess operation of the device.
- Assists with insertion of intra-aortic balloon pump catheters. Rounds on patients with intra-aortic balloons in place to assess operation of the device.
- Works independently, exercising sound judgment and executing above average clinical skills on challenging anesthesia procedures, patient care situations and in all monitoring and anesthesia locations including but not limited to operating rooms, catheterization laboratories, intensive care units, and other patient care areas where anesthesia is performed.
- Assists the anesthesia providers and other members of the patient care team as needed in the provision of patient care before, during and after procedures. Drives department activities to improve department score for patient satisfaction, through peer-to-peer accountability.
QUALITY/SAFETY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Focuses on the quality and patient safety in all tasks surrounding auto transfusion. Recommends improvements as needed.
- Performs intra-operative auto-transfusion according to established policies. Monitors instruments and takes corrective action if necessary. Monitors multiple cases simultaneously when applicable.
- Processes QC specimens to be evaluated. Conducts quality audits, performs, evaluates, interprets, and documents operational checks of equipment within established guidelines.
- Prepares, tests, and operates the following equipment in accordance with standard practices to serve patients: Autologous Autotransfusion (Cell Saver), Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP).
- Identifies opportunities for corrective action and process improvement providing recommendations and contributes to meeting department and hospital targets for quality and safety. Reports “near misses” and inputs error promptly into documentation system to improve processes and identify trends.

Supports airway via head positioning and performs oropharyngeal suctioning.
Provides abdominal pressure as guided by provider.
Collects specimen and labels specimens with accuracy.
Performs immediate post procedure endoProduct precleaning.
Knows how to set up for, assemble / disassemble accessories for numerous technical procedures.
Troubleshoots problems with Endo Products and necessary support equipment including suction, CO2 pumps and water pumps.
Assembles and disassembles endoscopic instruments, accessories and related equipment.
Cleans and processes equipment after procedures, including testing for leaks and other troubleshooting.
Performs high level disinfection of Endo Products and accessories.
Assists with other duties or projects as assigned.
Education: High School graduate or G.E.D.
equivalent.
Preferred Education: Graduation from an Accredited (CAAHEP/ABHES) Medical Assistant Program, Surgical Technician, or Emergency Medical Tech training, preferred.
Required Certification & Licensure: BLS.

* Performs quality radiologic procedures using appropriate technical and safety methods.
* Responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, compliance activities, and policies and procedures.

Supervision Provided by this Position
* There are no supervisory or lead responsibilities assigned to this job, except that the incumbent may occasionally demonstrate various job responsibilities to other Associates. The incumbent will observe and instruct student technologists.

Job Description:An MRI Tech I is responsible for performing complex MRI exams on varying strength magnets using powerful magnetic fields combined with radiofrequency waves. The MRI Technologist must adapt to changes in technology, new imaging techniques, safe and effective imaging practices for patients with and without medical implants. These implants include pacemakers, nerve stimulation devices and electronic pumps that can cause severe injury and or death within the MRI environment. This position requires independent judgement, a comprehensive knowledge of MRI physics, biological effects to human tissue, medical implants and the ability to enforce MRI safety. The candidate must possess inherent compassion for patients with claustrophobia and provide mechanisms to assist the patient in overcoming their discomfort. The Technologist operates under the general supervision of the Radiologist and the MRI Supervisor.Education:
Graduate from school of Radiologic Technology approved by CAHEA/JRCT. Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), ARMRIT, or certified by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB), ARRT MRI Certification preferred.Experience:
Two years of Radiology imaging experience, cross sectional imaging and/or computer assisted imaging preferred. Knowledge/Special Skills:
For staff holding an ARRT license (not in MRI), Advanced MRI specific certification by ARRT is required within 2 years of hire within the MRI department. CE compliant according to governing body guidelines. BLS certified. Technical knowledge and expertise in cross sectional anatomy beneficial, not required.
