We are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent - to join the growing Commerce team as a Manager. In this role you will be responsible for managing Sr. Associates & Associates and supporting in the development, planning, buying, executing and measuring media plans for designated shopper/commerce media clients. You will support the Associate Director/Director in the strategic and tactical development of each retail plan. You'll work closely with national Planning and Buying teams to allow for holistic Commerce media function.
The Commerce team is a specialty group that focuses on the planning, buying, execution and measurement of Commerce media. Commerce media is any specific media elements that are retailer focused/tagged. This can be in-store signage such as a coupon machine or shelfblade, a billboard driving shoppers to a Walmart store, digital ads (search, display, OLV/STV, etc) on Amazon or site via managed or self service, tapping influencers that support certain retailers or working with shoppable technology companies to ensure ease of conversion. The team supports client's commerce/shopper/customer marketing teams-our end goal measuring product sales both online and in-store.

Responsibilities
Retail Media Knowledge
o Knowledge of multiple retail media networks & their platforms, may include Amazon, Walmart, Roundel, Kroger, etc.
o Seasoned experience with self-service search platforms for both retailer specific (e.g. WMC, Roundel Media Studio, etc.) as well as aggregators (e.g. Criteo, Citrus, Pacvue, Skai, etc.)
o Comfortable and knowledgeable with D2C platforms (e.g. Google, Bing, Shopping, etc.)
o Understands individual RMN capabilities across tactic, targeting, reporting methodology, etc.
* Account Management & Strategy
o Active participant in development, presentation, management and measurement of omnichannel commerce media programs and defines program objectives and strategies consistent with brand marketing objectives
o Ensures strategic consistency across all elements of plan development and implementation
o Participates in and guides Senior Associate during campaign buildout inclusive of keywords/targeting. Coaches Senior Associate campaign creation and search strategy to get best plan for client
o Takes learnings from previous campaigns and apply to next campaign
o Proactively identifies growth opportunities and shares ideas for potential test and learns
o Delivers an effective detailed media plan, inclusive of tactics, audiences, flighting, KPIs, etc. that drives client performance
o Contributes to the creation of client ready materials (e.g. presentations, reporting, etc) and delivers client communications
o Serves as first check for client documents ensuring accuracy and ease of understanding information
o Ability to tailor client presentations to the audience (i.e. Senior Level vs. Junior Level)
o Supports in establishing and implementing best practices within client accounts
o Ability to assess and rank issues and tasks in order of importance for taking action and escalating as needed
o Anticipates, recognizes, and clearly defines problems using various techniques to systematically analyze, weigh alternatives and propose solutions
o Work with Senior Associate to update any status documents and timelines whether internal or client facing. Responsible for ensuring all tasks are captured and tracking toward completion
o Implements team and client centric processes to ensure accuracy of all deliverables (e.g. client documents, budget stewardship/management/client billing), improve overall team performance and minimize risk of human error through consistent implementation of QA guardrails
* Execution
o Supervises buying process and stewardship for media programs to ensure original objectives are being met
* Oversees and participates when needed in daily campaign & budget management including optimizations
o Oversees and assists Senior Associate with building campaigns within relevant search platforms. Responsible for ensuring campaigns are built out correctly within platform
o Oversees coordination of creative assets between client, creative agencies and partners
* Provides copy ideas for specific campaigns when appropriate
o Monitors pacing to ensure delivery is appropriate and aligned to campaign flighting for both managed and self service campaigns
o Measures media performance at all stages to ensure original objectives and strategies are being met to client satisfaction
o Development, execution and testing across campaign variables that create client specific insight and drive future testing opportunities
o Oversees analysis and reporting of data on daily/weekly/bi-weekly/monthly & ad-hoc basis
* Supports Senior Associate with pulling data from self service platforms as needed
* Turns insights into long term action by highlighting clear flow of cause, effect and next steps
o Maintains client and industry benchmarks for point of comparison when evaluating campaign performance
o Responsible for assisting Senior Associate in clearing billing with finance team
* Relationships
o Oversees day-to-day relationship with media partners and leads negotiation of commerce media for specific programs, where applicable
o Works cross-functionally with national planning & investment, ad operations, product, reporting, analytics, finance and other groups across the account
o Maintains client relationships and ensures timely creation & delivery of work

Media Knowledge
o Knowledge of media channels (e.g. display, OLV, STV, instore, OOH, etc.) and/or retail media networks & their platforms
o Familiar with both DSP interface functionality and levers (campaign hierarchy, audience builder, PMP/PG set up, reporting suite) as well as managed service dashboards
o Preliminary understanding of individual RMN capabilities across tactic, targeting, reporting methodology, etc.
* Account Management & Strategy
o Supports Manager in development, presentation, management and measurement of omnichannel commerce media programs
o Leads RFP and negotiation process for managed service campaigns ensuring previous learnings are applied
o Assists in building audience targeting details and budget allocation at the tactic/placement level based on client goals for either self service or with partners during the RFP process
o Takes learnings from previous campaigns and apply to next campaign
o Hosts kick off calls for new campaign launches with partners and/or DSP activation team ensuring client approved strategy is reflected accurately in self service platform
o Supports in identification of growth opportunities and shares ideas for potential test and learns
o Takes lead on managing vendor communications and delivers client communications where appropriate
o Contributes to building an effective detailed media plan, inclusive of tactics, audiences, flighting, KPIs, etc. that drives client performance
o Input and manage plans within MediaTools where applicable

* Works with retailers and DSP partners to ensure proper data onboarding and any necessary paperwork is completed prior to campaign launch
o Responsible for locating, determining, and building relevant audience segments in DSP platforms
o Manages coordination of creative assets between client, creative agencies and partners
o Owns accurately entering IOs into Prisma and building Trafficking sheets
o Become proficient with 3rd party ad-serving and site served placements, tracking & analytic systems to be able to accurately input media plan details and launch campaigns
o Monitors pacing to ensure delivery is appropriate and aligned to campaign flighting for both managed and self-service campaigns
o Measures media performance at all stages to ensure original objectives and strategies are being met to client satisfaction
o Analyzes and reports data on daily/weekly/bi-weekly/monthly & ad-hoc basis
* Data may be provided from partners or DSP activation team, with self service data being reviewed more frequently

Principal Accountabilities

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is highly preferred. Three to five years nursing experience required (as a Staff nurse II or above). Work experience in case management, utilization review or hospital quality is preferred.
LICENSURE/ CERTIFICATIONS
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse with the Texas State Board of Nurse Examiners is required. An approved case management certification (ACM, CCM or ANCC) is preferred and must be achieved within two years of placement. Current American Heart Association, Basic Cardiac Life Support and/or Health Care Provider card preferred.
Assists Community First Health Plan (CFHP) members regain optimum health or improved functional capacity by ensuring that members have access to all of the health care services they need in the most efficient and effective manner possible. Responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing the allocation of resources, cost and quality of health care for members; coordinating care between the primary care physician, community resources, family and member; coordinating care across the health care continuum while monitoring and managing benefit utilization; and, collaborating with multi-disciplinary health care team members in identifying the educational and discharge needs of members.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Registered Nurse (RN) is required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master’s degree is preferred. Minimum three (3) years nursing, acute care, quality management or managed care experience is required. Basic knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, community resources and alternate funding programs is desired. Knowledge of InterQual screening criteria as well as DRG, ICD and CPT coding is preferred.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse with the Texas State Board of Nurse Examiners is required. Current certification from an appropriate professional agency, such as Case Management Society, is preferred.
Project Manager, Client Services Basic Hat
**This is a hybrid position that is based out of Clearwater, FL
Purpose
The Project Manager Client Success, ensures the continuous and successful delivery of all
client initiatives, ranging from high-level projects to daily requests and product adoption. They
act as the "engine" of the account, managing backlogs and team capacity to ensure frictionless
commerce, successful project delivery and long-term account health
Job Duties and Responsibilities
● Lead the ongoing prioritization of all client requests, including support tickets,
enhancements, and maintenance tasks, ensuring the team is always working on the
highest-value items
● Manage the capacity of technical specialists to prevent bottlenecks and ensure a steady
flow of deliverables across both project and non-project workstreams.
● Collaborate daily with the Client Success Manager (CSM) to align technical delivery with
the broader account strategy and client business goals.
● Identify recurring friction points in the delivery process and implement workflow
adjustments to improve team efficiency and client satisfaction.
● Develop and manage project plans for successful completion of projects in coordination
with Client Success Manager and clients.
● Coordinate internal/external stakeholders and resources for timely completion of tasks
and milestones
● Set deadlines, assign tasks (internal and client stakeholders), and monitor progress of
projects and other deliverables
● Track written approvals & sign-off of Level of Effort, design/requirements, and
acknowledgements
● Escalate delays, risks, and issues internally as needed (Support issues, project delays,
etc.)
● Report on project status and closure to Operations Director
● Maintain project/task management tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Google Docs
and Excel, etc.)
● Lead calls with VIP clients and communicate with C-level execs
The Project Manager’s first escalation point is to the Client Success Manager if a project or task
is appearing to fall behind schedule. The PM can also use their judgement and has the right to
escalate to Operations Director, Technical Director, VP Operations, another applicable VP,
and/or the CEO as they see warranted to get assistance when needed.
Summary
The Project Manager acts as a Delivery Manager, driving the continuous flow of both dedicated
projects and ongoing business/technical requests to ensure client success. They partner with
Client Success Managers to prioritize client queues and resource allocation, maintaining high quality
