The Project Manager I provides overall management direction on less complex project(s). Establishes project objectives through planning and budgets, serves as the primary point of contact with the client, and monitors construction and financial activities in collaboration with the Superintendent. Key Responsibilities/Skills

• Act as company representative to our existing customers.
