manufactures and develops tractors and construction equipment for the agriculture and construction/mining industries.
This team is responsible for the electronic displays and guidance systems for the tractor. This system controls many elements of the tractor including the implements connected to the back of the tractor and also controls many portions of the auto guidance autonomous functions
They have had an increase in work on this platform and do not have enough people on the team to come through on the timelines over the next few years.
The specific project that this team will be working on is setting up the foundation for the display to be changed over from an Android/Java based display to a QML/QT, C++, Linux Display.
Much of the work will be rewriting applications from Java to C++. A portion of the work is re-coding to C++ and other portion is re-architecting to C++. Much of the middle layers of the application must be redefined and redeveloped (from business logic to UI).

The Director of Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA) is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive food safety and quality management system across a network of external manufacturing partners and suppliers. This role ensures that all finished products meet regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and internal quality standards.
The Director will serve as the primary food safety authority for the organization, leading risk-based programs, managing co-manufacturer relationships, and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance
- Own and oversee the company’s food safety and quality programs, including HACCP, Preventive Controls (FSMA), supplier approval, and product release.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA (if applicable), state regulations, and relevant global food safety standards.
- Act as the Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) or ensure appropriate coverage.
- Lead regulatory inspections, third-party audits, and customer audits related to co-manufacturing partners.
Co-Manufacturer & Supplier Management

- Analyze quality and food safety data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality incidents and customer complaints.
Product Safety & Crisis Management
- Lead recall and crisis management programs, including mock recalls and traceability exercises.

Position Responsibilities:
Plan, check, set up, and operate, basic and advanced Measurement and Test Equipment (M&TE) and/or process equipment
Use calibration standards (dimensional, electrical, thermal, and optical) to calibrate, adjust, certify, maintain, and repair M&TE/process equipment using approved calibration procedures, process specifications, equipment drawings, and M&TE /process equipment manufacturer's performance specifications
Conduct routine tests, analyze data and document results
Troubleshoot and recommend resolution of shop floor equipment, laboratory and test-related problems
Route M&TE/process equipment between receiving area, customer, and calibration lab
Coordinate with customers to calibrate stationary equipment while limiting machine downtime
Update equipment status using established systems and complete associated paperwork
Ensure equipment is ready for calibration per metrology processes
