The Social Media Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing external social media activities for The Guthrie Clinic (TGC). This includes planning, promoting and monitoring our presence on sites such as Facebook and LinkedIn. The Social Media Program Manager will actively listen for sentiment being shared by TGC constituents on a variety of social media platforms and respond accordingly. The Social Media Program Manager will also coordinate the strategic development of tools for online community building with our patients.
The Social Media Program Manager stays abreast of trends in social media and new social media platforms and best practices to determine when and how TGC should engage in new opportunities.
The Social Media Program Manager will provide detailed project coordination among technical, content and creative sources to develop engaging and meaningful content while maintaining the highest degree of customer service. The Manager will also track performance by collaboratively setting goals and analyzing the results of social media activities.
The Social Media Program Manager provides leadership and direction throughout the enterprise and to departments and groups surrounding social media strategy and tactics. This position will be responsible for mentoring and managing different levels of staff whom they do not have a direct reporting relationship with. In addition, this position will provide general project supervision within the Marketing & Communications team, ensuring that detailed project responsibilities and deadlines are met through efficient coordination and collaboration of resources.
Experience
At least five years social media, marketing, or communications. Strong preference given to health care experience.
Education
Bachelors’ Degree is preferred. If no degree, five years’ experience in health care marketing, graphic design or clinical administrative support experience is required.
Essential Functions
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the overall marketing and communication goals of The Guthrie Clinic (TGC). This includes setting measurable objectives, identifying target audiences, and selecting appropriate social media platforms
- Content Creation and Management:
- Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various social media platforms. This includes writing, editing, and curating content, as well as overseeing the production of multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and podcasts
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement
- Crisis Management:
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans for social media. This includes monitoring for potential issues, responding to negative feedback, and managing the organization's online reputation during crises
- Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, public relations, customer service, and IT, to ensure cohesive and integrated social media efforts. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and other departments involved in social media activities
- Innovation and Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media. Identify and recommend new opportunities for TGC to engage with its audience and enhance its social media presence
- Community Engagement:
- Foster and manage relationships with key influencers, partners, and stakeholders. Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Training and Development:
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff on social media best practices, tools, and strategies. Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the social media budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment
- Compliance and Governance:
- Ensure all social media activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

This Job oversees a broad range of marketing activities relative to the strategic direction and positioning of the organization and its leadership that promote, enhance, and protect brand reputation and enable the organization to become the partner of choice.
Under the supervision of system leadership, the Regional Director plans, budgets, and implements marketing, advertising, branding/signage to increase/maintain the value/perception of the brand and grow health care and retail services.

The Regional Director is called upon to make significant judgment calls in relation to events and materials that represent CHRISTUS positively and consistently and to speak on the ministry’s behalf.

Leads a team of marketing specialists to develop marketing plans, and implement tactics in support of well-defined goals, and measures/reports on performance.
Works with the marketing operations team to use customer relationship management (CRM) tactics and marketing automation to drive growth.
Creates and implements plans and programs to reach key markets via advertising, direct marketing, electronic media/website, paid digital marketing, collateral materials, and product/service promotions.
Monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape to achieve competitive market advantage, and to provide timely and responsive changes to marketing plans, tactics, and messaging as appropriate.
Adhere to and help implement CHRISTUS Health’s new brand standards, which direct things like image choice, messaging, and tone, and font and icon selection, to establish and maintain the CHRISTUS brand in the market and consistent with the system brand.
Provide strategic direction in the areas of brand management, advertising, and marketing services for all components of the region.
Oversee and hold direct reports accountable for achieving determined success metrics and KPIs.

Job Requirements: Education/Skills Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, business, or related field required.
Master's degree preferred.
Experience 10 or more years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, corporate communications, and public/media relations including a solid understanding of digital technology, industry trends, and overall knowledge of the media landscape required.
Healthcare experience highly preferred.
Experience at an advertising or public relations agency may be helpful.
Familiarity with the CHRISTUS markets preferred.

Currently we are looking for a Development and Strategic Content (Associate up to Manager) to work in our collaborative environment, supporting a robust and growing grassroots fundraising program. This role will focus on supporting the Chief Development Officer and Development team with our fundraising strategies, as well as with a split focus on grant writing and digital fundraising that supports our family of organizations and political action committees. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, energetic organization that juggles a lot of demands while working cross-organizationally with a strong, supportive team. They must be able to work independently, as well as with a dynamic Executive Director and committed Board of Directors to maximize outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES
Grant Management
- Support and manage grant fundraising efforts for New Jersey LCV/New Jersey LCV Education Fund, including new grants and renewals of existing funding:
- o Write compelling one-year and multi-year grant proposals, telling meaningful “stories”, including research data that supports the request, while aligning funder’s criteria with New Jersey LCV/EF needs and programmatic strengths.
- o Expand the funder portfolio for grant requests by researching and identifying new institutional funders whose priorities align with New Jersey LCV/EF missions, programs and goals.
- o Demonstrate a high degree of skill in communication and positive interaction as a liaison between foundations and New Jersey LCV staff.
- Work with the Operations team to oversee and support grant management processes, ensuring all paperwork and payment tracking is managed in an effective and timely manner.
- Work proactively across teams to coordinate all programmatic and fiscal reporting requirements and deadlines as stipulated in grant documents.
- Oversee the comprehensive management of EveryAction, the organization’s grant tracking system, to ensure accurate and timely monitoring and reporting of funding by source.
Strategic Development & Digital Content
- Write, edit, and coordinate fundraising-specific content across channels with creation of impactful storytelling that brings creativity and a donor-centered lens to all written communication.
- Collaborate with the Development and Communications teams to grow a creative digital outreach program by planning, executing, and evaluating performance of new digital fundraising campaigns, ensuring content aligns with organizational goals, brand, and strategy.
- Oversee the coordination and publication of the organization’s Annual Report, including drafting and ensuring accurate content, managing timelines, and collaborating with teams and designers.
- Support the Chief Development Officer’s major giving and high-capacity donor efforts ($10,000–$25,000+), including donor research, prospecting, and creating supporting materials.
- Provide general support across the department, as needed and assigned; including department and organization-wide fundraising strategic planning, content calendars, and campaign execution.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2-3 years previous nonprofit fundraising, grant writing or related experience, with a proven track record of working successfully with individuals, corporations and foundations; digital outreach experience a plus

Travel throughout the State is necessary so a valid driver’s license and continuous, real-time access to a car are required. The ability to maintain a flexible schedule common to fundraising is required.
SALARY: $40,000 - $55,000 depending upon experience and level of position for which candidate qualifies. Ranges are based on an external and organizational wage analysis, noting that new staff rarely start at the top of a range; and a very comprehensive benefits package.

Position Summary
As the Senior Analyst of Planning & Business Analytics reporting into the Lead Director, Coupon Planning & Capabilities you will own the expense and funding portfolio management and utilize your analytic and problem-solving skills to develop and report on various financial models.
You will impact our business in the following ways:
- Synthesizes weekly and monthly sales, margin and markdown impact projections, actuals vs. planned on core KPIs as part of monthly leadership business review.
- Assist with the development and reporting of business cases to support price/promo/coupon initiatives, innovations, and capability development. - Oversee the reviewing of monthly accruals, invoice reconciliation along with their supported documentation prior to posting journal entries in SAP and prepare the monthly operational expenditure reports.

Required Qualifications

Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

What You Will Do
Working with the Chief Medical Officer, oversees medical care for Sharp Health Plan (SHP) products and services and oversees the health care needs of the membership. Serves as a medical manager and policy advisor to SHP and its Chief Medical Officer. Is accountable for and provides professional leadership and direction to the utilization/cost management and clinical quality management functions. Works collaboratively with other plan functions that interface with medical management such as provider relations, member services, benefits and claims management, etc. Assists (as determined by the plan Chief Medical Officer) in short and long range program planning, total quality management (quality improvement), and external relationships. Works with all departments of Health Services to support, provide assistance and direction in overall medical management effectiveness. Reports all issues of clinical quality management to the health plan Chief Medical Officer. To ensure that policies and systems are followed until agreed upon change is implemented. Works toward SHP strategic goals and objectives of ensuring a high quality of medical care for Plan members, staff empowerment, customer satisfaction, cost-effectiveness, and market competitiveness. As a member of the management team, assists in identifying and establishing strategic goals and objectives for the Plan.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD)
- Previous experience in the clinical practice of medicine.
- Previous experience as a physician executive in a managed care environment, preferably as an HMO Medical Director.
- California Physicians and Surgeons License - Medical Board of CA -REQUIRED

Essential Functions
- Responsible and accountable to the Chief Medical Officer for helping to manage health plan medical costs and assuring appropriate health care delivery for SHP's products and services. Reports organizationally to the Chief Medical Officer.
- Plans, organizes, and directs the professional medical services program, consisting of all primary and Specialty services for in-patient, out-patient, preventive and wellness programs.
- Implements health plan medical policies, goals and objectives.

- Participates in the retrospective review and analysis of Plan performance from summary data of paid claims, encounters, authorization logs, complaint and grievance logs and other sources.
- Achieves and maintains benchmarked utilization and cost management (UM) goals and clinical quality improvement (QI) objectives, in conjunction with the Manager Medical Management and Quality Improvement Manager.
- Provides periodic written and verbal reports and updates as required in program descriptions, Annual Work Plans and policy and procedures to various plan committees, and the SHP Chief Medical Officer.
- Supports NCQA qualification activities. Prepares for site visits and responds to accrediting and regulatory agency feedback.
- Supports pre-admission review, utilization management, and concurrent and retrospective rev1ew process.
- Participates in risk management, pharmacy utilization management, catastrophic case review, outreach programs, HEDIS reporting, site visit review coordination, triage, provider orientation, credentialing, profiling, etc.
- Conducts quality improvement and outcomes studies as directed by the Quality Management Committee, Peer Review Committee and Chief Medical Officer and reports findings in conjunction with the Quality Improvement Manager.
- Participates in the grievance process with the Chief Medical Officer, insuring a fair outcome for all members.
- Monitors member and provider satisfaction survey results and implements changes as needed to increase satisfaction and assure that satisfactory relationships are maintained between network and plan participants.
- Participates in SHP Advisory Committees which include (but are not limited to) the Peer Review Committee and the Quality Management Committee.
- Participates in key marketing activities and presentations, as requested.
- Promotes wellness and ensures programs of prevention, education and outreach to members and providers are consistent with SHP's mission, vision and values.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of new information and technologies m medicine and their application to SHP.
- Performs and oversees in-service staff training and education of professional staff.
- Represents SHP at medical group meetings, conferences, etc.
- Participates in the development of strategic planning for existing and expanding business. Recommends changes in program content in concurrence with changing markets and technologies.
- Participates in key marketing activities and presentations, as necessary, to assist the marketing effort, as requested.
- Ensures that the Utilization Management staff is available on a 24 hour basis to respond to authorization requests for emergency and urgent services and is available, at a minimum, during normal working hours for inquiries and authorization requests for non-urgent health care services..
- Performs other duties as requested or assigned.
- Collaborates with the Manager, Medical Management to guide and direct staff in relation to medical issues and departmental responsibilities. Assists in monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating the quality of health care services provided and the appropriateness of health care resources utilized, and communicates with PMGs and Plan providers as needed. Addresses physicians' issues and educates providers with regard to Plan policy as needed.
- Completes and/or supervises the completion of all clinical appeals and grievances. Collaborates with Customer Care Manager to identify trends in grievances. Supervises the process for identifying Potential Quality Issues.

Collaborate with LEDVANCE’s CORE planners to ensure proper supply chain planning that ensures the product is received on-time to fulfill customer demand and reduces stock outs/backorders.
Is responsible for strategic planning and the implementation of systems and processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of LEDVANCE’s demand and supply chain department. This position is the key focal point between the commercial (trade), retail and e-Commerce and operations functions. This position must oversee, advise and gain consensus on product launch planning, develop supply replenishment requirements, customer/channel fulfillment, and manage inventory planning.
