Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is a field data collection company founded in 2017 in Europe. We collect data where automation is not possible. We count features, take pictures, make videos, record speech, and scan areas for every detail you need to make more informed decisions. Our field data collection teams are spread across Europe and North America, ready to accept new challenges.
The goal of the project is to help collect images of streets, main points of interest and public areas. The project is performed on cars with 360 cameras mounted on top that image the area around the vehicle and store those images on computers inside the vehicle. Later, this data will be used to enhance one the most popular online maps in the world.
The data collectors will be given specific routes around public streets and areas, specifically targeting commercial districts and historical sites. Due to poor weather conditions some areas will be visited multiple times in order to collect the best quality of imaging. The project is expected to last at least 3 months and will cover different city/state zones.
The ideal candidate enjoys driving, knows well the area, traffic trends, is highly responsible and reliable.
The schedule expected on the project is Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day 40 hours per week. You can work more than 8 hours if you will.

The Accounting & Reporting Advisory Experienced Senior Associate is responsible for understanding complex accounting and reporting matters and assisting companies with the proper application of accounting standards for both public and private companies. This role assists companies with the implementation of new accounting standards as well as other accounting and reporting related projects. Overview:The Service Technician operates a company service truck and drives to various locations to service/pump/clean portable restrooms and/or holding tanks. This position is the heart of our business. The position includes a $2,000 sign on bonus paid out in four equal installments over 12 months. $500 every 3 months for external candidates.
Responsibilities:- Perform basic service truck driving functions in accordance with USS and DOT requirements.

Position OverviewAs a Store Floor Lead at Sur La Table, you play a key role in the success of the retail store by inspiring customers throughout every stage of their culinary experience. In this leadership role, the Store Floor Lead supports the General Manager (GM) or Store Manager (SM) in achieving sales and operational goals. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development
Lead the sales floor and oversee daily store operations as Manager on Duty (MOD).
Provides in-the-moment coaching and feedback to elevate performance and team engagement. Communicate performance issues directly to the General Manager/Store Manager.
Support onboarding, training, and development of new associates.
Customer Experience & Brand Representation
Represent Sur La Table's brand and culture by creating memorable, educational experiences that inspire repeat visits and customer loyalty.
Maintains expertise by staying current on products, actively engaging in available training, and independently seeking out additional resources.
Ensure exceptional customer experience by leading a customer-focused, Guest Obsessed culture.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales & Business Performance
Support the achievement of store sales goals through effective customer engagement and team motivation.
Maximize selling opportunities by identifying customer needs and offering relevant solutions.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals, contributing to overall store revenue. Performance is measured by key KPIs such as individual sales volume, average transaction value, and customer conversion rates.
Operations & Compliance
Direct employees to ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels and that the selling floor is adequately stocked and merchandised in accordance with visual standards.
Complete inventory transactions including, but not limited to, receiving, MOS (Mark Out of Stock), and RARs (Return Authorization Requests).
Adhere to applicable wage and hour laws. Accurately records time worked according to SLT Policy.
Models and ensures all Sur La Table policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are communicated effectively to associates, maintained, and consistently followed.
Physical RequirementsAbility to communicate verbally and work cooperatively with associates and customers.
Ability to remain standing for up to 4 hours at a time.
Ability to move about the store coaching and directing associates; selling to customers and retrieving merchandise from stockroom or sales floor.
Ability to grab, reach, push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch to retrieve and replenish merchandise from stockroom or sales floor.
Ability to lift and/or move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
Ability to ascend/descend ladders to retrieve and/or move merchandise.
Ability to operate a computer, POS system, keyboards, merchandise scanners and mouse to accomplish work.
Workweeks are expected to be between 20 and 25 hours with the ability to have a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Regular and predictable attendance.
Qualifications & ExperienceMust be 21 years of age or older at the time of employment.
1 year of retail management experience, preferably in a specialty or culinary retail environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and retain a high performing team.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Passion for community engagement and providing exceptional customer experiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems preferred.

The Sales Associate contributes to the success of a Sur La Table store by inspiring customers on all points of their culinary journey. This role seeks out customers to assist with product information, location, pricing, and availability as well as processing returns and sales transactions. The Sales Associate reports to either a General Manager (GM) or Store Manager (SM).
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Provides an exceptional customer experience according to customer service standards. Proactively seeks out customers in order to determine needs and sell items.
- Stays informed by maintaining product knowledge, accesses available training and seeks out additional resources when necessary.
- Works as a part of a high-performing team to achieve store's sales plan. Strives to achieve individual sales goals.
- Shares product assortment and services such as, gift registry and cooking classes with customers. Demonstrates products upon request of a customer or as directed by a manager.
- Consistently follows all Sur La Table policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintains a clean store environment, including restrooms.
- Processes a variety of transactions accurately and efficiently via the POS including, but not limited to, sales, returns, price checks and etc.
- Ensures pricing integrity, MOS products, stocks and replenishes the sales floor using FIF0 and according to visual standards.
- Records time worked, accurately and according to SLT policy.
- Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills with employees, customers and store management team.
- Protects customers, employees, and company assets. Notifies Manager on Duty of safety risk or threat in the store.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager on Duty (MOD), General Manager or Store Manager.
