The Opportunity

The Key Account Manager (KAM) is a strategic account leader responsible for maximizing growth within Site Impact’s most important and high-potential accounts. Working within a vertical-focused pod the KAM is introduced once an account is closed and immediately takes ownership of its strategic development.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Account Management

  • Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned key accounts.

Growth & Revenue Expansion

  • Align with the Director of Account Management and VP of Sales to craft and present new product offerings, custom promotions, and partnership opportunities.

Account Health & Retention

  • Continuously monitor account performance using CRM and sales enablement tools to ensure strong ROI and satisfaction.
  • Own the mitigation of risks, proactively addressing issues to ensure long-term client retention.

Onboarding & Transition

  • Lead the post-sale onboarding process in partnership with the Business Development Executive.
  • Clarify objectives, KPIs, and SLAs, ensuring a seamless launch and early momentum.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support Finance on one-off / ongoing collections efforts.
  • Work closely with Product, Media Fulfillment, Finance, and Customer Support to deliver strategic initiatives and resolve pain points.
  • Provide feedback on client needs to influence product roadmaps and service enhancements.

Training & Education

  • Lead all client-facing training on Site Impact products, platforms, and best practices.

Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

  • Lead all client-facing QBRs, providing executive-level insights and strategic roadmaps.

SUMMARY

Directly reporting to the Vice President of Finance, General Counsel, this position is responsible for analyzing, supporting and developing financial, policy and operational initiatives that strengthen the ability of public hospital systems to meet their long and short-term goals. This position is responsible for participating on and/or leading project teams and certain policy areas under the direction of the Vice President of Finance, General Counsel; communicating the results and implications of financial data analyses to staff, stakeholders, and members; and building external relationships with member leadership, California state administration and other stakeholders. It is essential that this position seek to understand CAPH’s strategies, goals, and interdependencies to effectively and efficiently develop policies and execute on legislative initiatives. This position is classified as exempt.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES

Under general supervision from the Vice President of Finance, General Counsel and working with the other members of the CAPH finance and policy teams, the Senior Finance Health Care Policy Analyst is responsible for developing, leading or supporting the analytical and financial work required in the support of policies and programs which further the interests of public hospital systems in California, particularly in the areas of health care financing for low-income individuals and the impact of health care reform on public hospitals. Key responsibilities include:


§ Provides expertise and stewardship in relevant data sets, including hospital finance data and is comfortable conducting high level data analyses and working with large data sets

Job Summary

Our Natural Gas Construction Manager provides management and direction of utility construction activities. Project work includes project management, resource allocation, equipment management, and utility construction. Duties performed are associated with human resources, payroll, accounting, and administrative functions. This position supports the Construction team and works with field personnel, senior operations management, and customers.


Responsibilities

  • Manage all projects to completion on-time and within budget.
  • Schedule the crews, identify and delegate the crews to start their work, review project timelines and expectations, and supervise work performance and job quality.
  • Participate in the hiring process and maintain all employment related paperwork (i.e. new hire paperwork, separation paperwork, employment data changes, etc.).
  • Promote a safe work environment, holding crews accountable to safe work practices.
  • Determine job costs, labor, and material needed, ensuring on-time deliveries.
