As the Overnight Manager On Duty, you'll be the go-to leader responsible for:

Leadership & Oversight

  • Lead all departments overnight including Front Desk, Sales, Juice Bar Housekeeping, Maintenance, and any other team members scheduled during the shift
  • Support and guide team members to ensure a safe, clean, and high-energy environment
  • Act as the point of contact for all issues during the shift including facilities, member concerns, and team needs

Sales & Service

  • Assist with membership inquiries, tours, and sales when needed
  • Resolve member issues and concerns in real time, ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction
  • Ensure proper completion of opening/closing procedures and daily checklists

Operations & Accountability

  • Perform nightly audits, safety walkthroughs, and operational inspections

What youll do in this role:

  • Operate a computer controlled production system for multiple raw material ingredients that are processed in a mix room.
  • Solve daily operations problems with limited supervision.
  • Actively maintain good housekeeping standards in their assigned area
  • Complete daily job checklists & equipment checks/calibrations to maintain quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of raw materials, samples & equipment operations.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist I with a strong focus on safety and operational competencies. Safety Competencies:

  • Ensure glove and hand safety.

  • Inspect cranes and hoists and maintain logs.
  • Properly rig and use cranes.
  • Safely operate CNC mills and lathes, adhering to manufacturer and company safety protocols.
  • Practice proper lifting techniques and recognize trip hazards.
  • Complete safety skills and SED on time.
  • Participate in monthly safety meetings.
  • Follow all life-critical policies and JM Health and Safety policies.

  • Properly use and care for measurement equipment.
  • Measure part/feature height/depth with depth micrometers.
  • Measure with calipers (vernier, dial, and digital), ID micrometers, and OD micrometers.
  • Measure threads with thread gauges.
  • Measure part features, profiles, and dimensions optically or comparatively.
  • Review part prints and identify critical dimensions.
  • Verify milled and turned parts for quality and compliance.
  • Test and verify calibrations of inspection tools.

Scope:
Working in a Corporate Engineering Research and Development Laboratory with the responsibility of machining and fabricating high-quality components and prototypes to maintain initiative and project timelines for new product or process introductions. Creative input is required frequently, as prototype specifications are often incomplete during early project development

Job Summary / Purpose

Provides individualized, high-quality nursing care to patients of all ages.  Uses a team approach to delegate and coordinate patient care at admission, transfer, and discharge.  Independently delivers nursing care using the Nurse Practice Act, Mercy Medical Center policies, nursing standards, ethical principles, and professional judgment.  Works rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Essential Key Job Responsibilities

Anticipates, identifies, and responds to educational and emotional needs of patients and families. Guides and directs healthcare personnel (i.e. Patient Care Technicians) in caring for patients. Maintains knowledge of equipment setup, maintenance, and use (i.e. IV pumps, monitoring equipment, and drainage devices). Utilizes safeguards such as IV pump drug library and monitor alarms whenever available to maximize patient safety. Initiates emergency support measures (i.e. cardiopulmonary resuscitation, protecting patient from injury). Assists with patient care duties/tasks (i.e., emptying drainage devices, ambulating, and hygiene).

Minimum Qualifications
  • Possession of a current or compact state licensure as a registered nurse issued/defined by the State of Iowa

  • Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter – Child and/or Dependent Adult Abuse training within three (3) months of hire.

  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certified within six (6) weeks of hire.
