Working knowledge of HMO standards, LTSS, and NCQA standards is preferred. Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid HMO experience is preferred. Experience in meeting the needs of vulnerable populations who have chronic or complex conditions is required. Bilingual, English/Spanish, is preferred.

LICENSURE/ CERTIFICATION

A current, unrestricted license to practice professional nursing issued by the State of Texas is required. RUG Certification is required and must be obtained within 30 days of employment for all RN candidates.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

Responsibilities and duties that are associated with the Senior Vendor Management Analyst include, but are not limited to, the following:


Software Asset Management

  • Manage team member performing day-to-day administration of Flexera/Flexera One, including data imports, normalization, license modeling updates, and system configuration tasks.
  • Monitor data quality, license compliance positions, resolve ingestion errors, and maintain integration health across connected systems (e.g., SCCM, ServiceNow) and develop plant to mitigate

  • Help improve vendor performance and develop strong vendor relationships
  • Support vendor onboarding/offboarding checklists and documentation and tracking vendor metrics


Vendor and Contract Management Maturity

  • Work with technology leaders to define what β€œgood” looks like for vendor and contract management and develop a prioritized roadmap needed to get there
  • Help execute against the maturity roadmap to mature vendor management and contract management processes, practices, to deliver better outcomes
  • Collaborate with technology teams and procurement to ensure purchase data, entitlement records, and contract information are accurately represented
  • Provide on-demand analytical support to the VMO Manager & Tech Leadership for executive reporting, budget tracking, and contract assessments.


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in Asset Management, IT Vendor Management or related IT governance roles

Department Summary:
Risk & Safety Services is the functional unit that supports safety, environmental management, emergency management, risk management and regulatory compliance for UC ANR. This requires consultation, communication, training, auditing, claims management, risk assessment and mitigation support for all units in ANR statewide. Our clientele are academic and staff employees, volunteers, and program participants, located at Cooperative Extension offices, Research & Extension Centers, Statewide Programs and Initiatives, and administrative units.
This position is a contract appointment that is 100% fixed and ends one year from date of hire with the possibility of extension if funding permits.

Key Responsibilities:

Under direct supervision, reviews and maintains criminal offender record information for ANR and all UCCE's across the state. Maintain access to and monitor Department of Justice (DOJ) systems to receive criminal record information for new and existing employees and volunteers statewide.
Utilize University and ANR policies and guidelines to assess criminal record information and perform investigative searches to verify identity of applicants and provide clearance results to County Directors or Human Resources. Monitor and follow-up on all corrective matters and prepare reports for ERM Analysts and Risk and Safety Director. Work with staff from other ANR programs and offices (such as Human Resources, 4-H Youth Development Program, Master Gardener Program and Nutrition Education Programs) to verify that criminal records checks have been completed.

Under direct supervision, provide support to Risk Analyst to process incident reports and administer basic insurance claims. Learn to analyze basic risk control programs to prevent losses and reduce premiums. Learn to implement and monitor basic control strategies and programs. Assist with administration of the Be Smart About Safety risk reduction program. Assist with documentation of
risk assessments of various ANR programs and activities.

Under direct supervision, review and report information about the license status for ANR employee drivers. Coordinate with ERM Analyst to utilize web-based tools to enroll drivers into the EPN system. Track status of driver violations and notify ERM Analyst 3 and 4 of adverse reports that may require action. As directed, verify that corrective actions are taken, when required. Coordinate with other ANR units to ensure that employee driver lists are up to date. Support Vehicle Collision Review Committee. Maintain vehicle fleet inventory and assist with annual Bureau of Automotive Repair Smog Check certifications. Assist with new vehicle procurement and registration. Assist with new vehicle leases.

As requested by Director or ERM Analysts, perform special projects such as reports/memos on Risk Services subjects. Job Overview

Essential Duties

Modifies and maintains CMMS data to support asset data analysis. Works independently with vendors, and Public Works supervisors to assist in program development by gathering information for assets and other new and old data and information needed to allow the asset data system to function effectively; creates new codes for the above areas mentioned and when necessary modifies asset characteristics and descriptions.

Provides daily user support including routine troubleshooting and system and data maintenance for asset data analysis, working closely with Information Technology and GIS to evaluate responsibility for addressing specific requests. Ensures the integration of CMMS with other systems and relevant databases.

Assists with the establishment and maintenance of user profiles within the CMMS, e.g. security settings and access controls for each program user.

Assists with establishing equipment records; associates the manufacturer's maintenance recommendations with the equipment records. Defines, compiles, and incorporates maintenance activities in the CMMS system. Provides guidance and support to end users in the operation, use and capabilities of the CMMS.

Coordinates with Public Works program supervisors to efficiently and accurately enter data into the system. Collects and enters asset data into the CMMS and related databases from various sources including direct field investigation; documents such as as-built drawings, invoices, and O&M manuals.

Generates standard and ad-hoc reports using the standard report structure of the asset data system, and other end user reporting tools. Fulfills requests for reports and information; works with end users to understand business processes and report requirements for assigned projects.

Performs quality control checks of asset data to ensure the accuracy of all data within the system.

Provides input to the division supervisor on system needs, the performance of asset data software and hardware, and improvements to the asset data analysis system.

Provides in-house training programs and manuals for asset management, CMMS, GIS, and other relevant software applications.

Maintains professional networks and attends training sessions and conferences as necessary to advance skills and keep abreast of issues and practices in all areas of responsibility.

Researches and makes recommendations on Asset Management and CMMS needs; monitors the performance of asset data software and hardware and recommends improvements. Assists with CMMS hardware and software upgrades for the asset data analysis system. Ensures the implementation of processes and practices are in support of asset management best practices and are synchronized with GIS. Assists with hardware and software upgrades for the asset data analysis system.

Education and Experience

Job Summary

The Director contributes to short- and long-range planning for revenue cycle strategies, processes, tools, and systems; establishes departmental goals, budgets, and staffing plans; and develops policies that affect revenue integrity and revenue cycle functions across UCSF Health. The Revenue Management Department provides enterprise governance, strategic oversight, and operational leadership for revenue integrity across UCSF Health, encompassing both hospital and professional billing environments. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


Portfolio Oversight:

  • Oversee the performance of a diverse multifamily portfolio across multiple states and property types.
  • Partnering with Senior Leadership, develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies to optimize property performance and increase returns.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and analyze financial reports to assess property performance, identify areas for improvement, and make strategic recommendations.


Financial Analysis and Reporting:

  • Perform financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to ensure financial goals and objectives are met.
  • Evaluate and analyze market trends, rental rates, and competitor performance to evaluate pricing strategies and growth opportunities provided by property management
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on property performance, financial metrics, and investment opportunities for senior management and investors.


Stakeholder Management:

  • Build relationships with leasing and property management teams to promote partnerships and problem solving
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including property management companies, brokers, vendors, and legal counsel.


Capital Expenditure and Asset Enhancement:

  • Partner with Property Management to develop and execute capital expenditure plans to enhance property value, improve resident experience, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Evaluate and oversee renovation, rehabilitation, and repositioning projects to increase property performance and attractiveness.
  • Monitor construction progress, budget adherence, and quality of work to ensure successful project completion and partner with construction and property management as issues arise.


Risk Management and Compliance:

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and liabilities associated with the multifamily portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.

POSITION/TEAM STRUCTURE:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Asset Management Financial Analyst will support the capital markets and asset management teams in overseeing the financial performance of a diverse portfolio of operating and development-stage real estate assets. This role will focus on financial modeling, performance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, lender and investor reporting, and strategic decision support. The ideal candidate is analytically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple asset types in a fast-paced, vertically integrated real estate environment.


Financial Analysis & Modeling

  • Build and maintain detailed property-level and portfolio-level financial models, including cash flow projections, valuations, and sensitivity analyses.
  • Conduct general market research and comparable studies to provide support for underwriting and financial analysis including interfacing with brokers to obtain information.
  • Analyze operating performance versus budgets, forecasts, and underwriting assumptions.
  • Support hold/sell analyses, refinancing, recapitalizations, and major capital decisions.


Asset Performance & Reporting

  • Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual asset management reports for internal leadership, lenders, and investors.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (NOI, IRR, DSCR, occupancy, rent growth, expense ratios, etc.).

Budgeting & Forecasting
