As a Registered Nurse at MercyOne, you will provide and direct safe, effective, and culturally-competent care for the pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient. Essential Functions:
- Administers nursing care to patients; includes assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient’s care plan in coordination with the physician.
- Provides nursing care guided by physician orders, unit protocols and professional judgment.

Essential Key Job Responsibilities:

Our service area spans 15 counties across northern Iowa and southern Minnesota. We serve a population over 260,000.
With more than 3,000 colleagues and a medical staff of almost 500 physicians and allied health professionals, MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center is the largest employer in the region.
