Role Overview


We are seeking a talented and commercially minded senior reinsurance lawyer with 4 – 8 years’ post-qualification experience to join our growing Legal team.


This is a full-time permanent position based in the U.S. While our preference for the position is that the candidate will be based in our Blue Bell, Pennsylvania office on a hybrid working basis (three office days per week), we will consider a more flexible working arrangement for the right candidate.


The role will lead legal support for our US business and offers the opportunity to work on high‑value and sophisticated reinsurance transactions, projects, as well as supporting our US business on other legal matters with the support of external counsel, where necessary.


Experience in the negotiation and drafting of reinsurance treaties is essential.


Responsibilities


  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of reinsurance treaties and related contracts, including bespoke agreements to support innovative and industry leading products and solutions.
  • Lead and support the negotiation of a wide variety of reinsurance transactions across the US Structured Life, Health and P&C sectors, including quota share, surplus share, excess of loss, CAT, stop‑loss, longevity, mass lapse, financing reinsurance, asset intensive as well as other bespoke structures and retrocession arrangements.
  • Provide strategic legal advice on transactional, regulatory, and commercial issues.
  • Work with business development teams to design new structures and treaty documents based on term sheets and prepare transaction documents that accurately bind business intentions.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Actuarial, Business Development, Underwriting, and Executive teams.
  • Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice on regulatory and governance matters.
  • Assist with due diligence queries, transaction management, and post‑completion activities.
  • Support ongoing legal risk management, policy updates, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Oversee and support US compliance matters managed by the US Compliance team.


Education:


  • JD from an accredited US law school with admittance to at least one US State bar.


Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years’ reinsurance experience gained in a reputable law firm and/or in‑house legal department.
  • Experience in P&C, Health and Structured Life reinsurance transactions.

TITLE: Sr Project Manager - construction

LOCATION: Dallas, TX

POSITION SUMMMARY: As Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for providing overall leadership and driving success of multiple facets of data center projects. The position covers all aspects of construction. Areas of expertise require autonomy and independent discretion in the following areas:

  • RFP development and budgeting
  • Pre-bid oversight and coordination
  • Managing all design phases and documents
  • Conduct project meetings, publish, and distribute minutes, develop milestones, and maintain monthly reports
  • Manage day-to-day office and field operations.
  • Review the plans and specifications for constructability and construction schedules. Advise the project team of any issues or deficiencies.
  • Prepare, manage, and update the detailed project schedule with sequence and activity duration including procurement items.
  • Customer engagement for sales and fulfillment of requirements
  • Coordination and supervision of design-build contractors
  • Coordination with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Oversight of physical construction activities
  • Participation in commissioning
  • The management of close out and hand-off of physical data center and project documents to customer
  • Collaborate with the design team, operators, and clients
  • Submit monthly project financial reporting, including forecasting, cash-flow, etc.
  • Review monthly contractor billing and perform job walks to substantiate progress
  • Keeps all relative parties informed of progress throughout the life of the project
  • Develop, manage, maintain, and assist with contract negotiation of new and existing vendors
  • Oversee RFI and Submittal Review Process
  • Manage the Change Order Process with Owner and Subcontractors
  • Manage input and delivery of work products from internal team members to ensure that new data center spaces comply with the project requirements, customer requirements, all engineering standards, applicable codes, and specifications.
  • Understand project budget/estimate and budget set-up
  • Develop and understand trade contractor and supplier contract scopes, with a constant focus on procurement and lead-time of materials to maintain schedule
  • Develop, document, and drive lessons learned, process improvements, cost, and schedule savings initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with the proposal team to coordinate design criteria with budgetary issues and ongoing maintenance and operation of existing facilities.
  • Awareness of the importance of mission-critical facility operation
  • Safety standards knowledge and enforcement. (OSHA 30 Hour preferred)
  • *Schedule shifts may incl nights/weekends as per bell curve requirements
  • Additional duties may be assigned as project needs adjust at Management's discretion

Education/Experience (Desired):


  • Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, or a similar field, or equivalent experience
  • Construction/Engineering/Architectural degree a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in managing construction projects required
  • Datacenter experience is preferred
  • Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management is a requirement


Computer Skills:


  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Proficient in PROCORE


Certificates and Licenses:

  • Supervise one or more Superintendent or Project Coordinator or Assistant PM or Project Manager or combination of various roles

What You'll Do

As a Sr. Associate Power BI Analyst, Marketing, you will transform large datasets into meaningful business insights to support data-driven decision-making across UEP’s global marketing team. You’ll partner closely with Finance and Operations to monitor Seller Central metrics, Sellerboard profitability, and advertising performance—bringing visibility to the cost drivers and ROI behind every campaign and SKU.



Key Focus Areas

Reporting & Dashboard Creation

  • Build, optimize, and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor marketing performance, fee and cost analysis, and other Amazon metrics.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources, including Amazon Seller Central, NetSuite ERP, Google Sheets, and internal databases.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the Finance team to reconcile and validate cost structures, profitability models, and marketing spend breakdowns.
  • Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable metrics and data visualizations.
  • Cooperate with the IT team to get and store data in internal databases.

Data Governance & Optimization

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across marketing reports.
