As a Radar Systems Engineer, you will be a part of our Radar Engineering team. The Radar Engineering team is comprised of a small cross functional team of motivated and experienced engineers; we're responsible for designing, building, and testing cutting edge phased array radar systems from concept to certified product. Phased array radar systems have historically been reserved for specialized applications, but we're making this technology affordable to enable Detect and Avoid for widespread commercial applications. Responsibilities

In your role as a Radar Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing phased array radar systems and developing radar processing algorithms to enable short, long range object tracking, and radar image generation. You will be involved in all phases of development from conception to production, designing your algorithms in Matlab, Python, and implementation in C++ on the target hardware. You will drive the system-level requirements of the phased array radar system, and drive trade studies collaborating with the cross functional teams. You will support the integration of the radar on the aircraft and support data collection and analysis during flight testing. You will be the owner of real-time processing of radar algorithms on an FPGA, DSP-based platform.

Basic Success Criteria

  • Electrical Engineering fundamentals, typically gained through a Bachelor's Degree of Science or Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or a related discipline

  • 8+ years of professional hands-on experience with Radar algorithms, radar system design, radar signal processing, integration, and test of a radar system

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Configuration & Integration: Configure and integrate DAS head-end systems such as Rectifiers, Battery Systems, VoltServer, Commscope iON-B and iON-U, JMA Teko, and Corning Mobile Access. Manage monitoring systems including T1, broadband backhaul, routers, and dry contact alarms.
  • Project Reporting & Communication: Keep both the company and clients informed about project progress, safety standards, and local codes. Update and maintain project documentation, customer prints, and site reports.
  • Site Surveys & RF Design: Conduct site surveys to troubleshoot and optimize RF/fiber optic installations, report findings, and design corrective solutions for inadequate coverage.
  • Assist in Project Preparation: Help in proposal development, project scheduling, and materials/subcontractor selection processes.
  • Warehouse Support: Assist with warehouse maintenance, inventory management, and ensuring adequate materials for upcoming projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years of in-building DAS installation experience.
  • Extensive experience with cable installation in IT, RF, electrical, and/or telecommunications fields.
  • Expertise in fiber fusion splicing, terminations, dressing, cleaning, and OTDR testing.
  • Proven ability in RF Sweep and PIM measurements.
  • Solid understanding of wireless networks, including modulation techniques (UTMS, GSM, LTE), amplifier/antenna/cable theory, link budgets, and propagation tools.
  • Experience using RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, sweep, and PIM gear).
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and design drawings.

We are seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integration solutions that enhance our systems' interoperability and efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow between various applications and devices. To learn more visit Major Responsibilities: People: -Communicate performance standards that are specific and measurable, Interview hourly associates and provide recommendations for hire, Monitor attendance, productivity, and other performance markers and provide counseling and/or recognition to associates as needed.

Operations: -Supervise logistics operations including customer service, freight loading and unloading, dispatch and proper documentation and procedure control, Evaluate and recommend changes in preferred work methods to increase productivity of dispatch/warehouse operations.

Assist in new associate training, Provide relief coverage for operational duties when associates utilize time-off or are absent from the shift, Have a thorough working knowledge of the site's operating systems in order to ensure operational compliance and correct exception resolution, Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion.

Finance: -Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures such as inventory accuracy and control, returns, damages, etc, Understand the relationship between decision-making and profitability, Closely manage associates' working hours and activities to minimize overtime and to meet or exceed productivity targets.

Safety: -Ensure day-to-day management and associate activities are in alignment with the location safety strategy, Provide associates with communication, training, feedback, and direction to ensure safe performance, Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and company policies and procedures.

Growth / Customer Experience: -Understand the location-specific customer goals & objectives, Ensure the customer knows that we are committed to helping them meet their objectives, Determine areas that could benefit from Continuous Improvement efforts.

Fleet/Assets: -Properly plan work assignments to ensure effective use of fleet/warehouse equipment, Work with hourly associates to ensure they understand safe and efficient operation of equipment.

The Catering Services Worker supports the event operations team in running successful catering orders and events within the location. The Catering Services Worker supports and carries out event set up, transporting equipment, food, or other supplies to the event location, serving guests during the event, and breaking down/ cleaning up after the end of an event.

Job Responsibilities

? Set up catering and event service according to client/customer requests and banquet event order
? Transport and deliver catering food and beverage with all vital supplies and equipment
? Set up chairs, tables, buffet lines and other event equipment as requested in banquet event order
? Replenish Food and Beverage products during events
? Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events
? Pick up and clean up food and beverage deliveries after service
? Break down and clean area after the conclusion of the events and return equipment to accurate storage
? Provide excellent customer service to all guests
? Follow safety policies and procedures
