Training Coordinator II Position Summary The Training Coordinator supports the design, delivery, and administration of enterprise-wide learning programs for a large, multi-state commercial roofing organization with approximately 15,000 employees.
This role ensures consistent execution of technical, leadership, compliance, and training initiatives across field, operations, and corporate teams.
The Training Coordinator works closely with operations leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and HR partners to coordinate logistics, maintain learning systems, track participation, and support continuous improvement of training programs that enhance workforce capability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Training Administration & Coordination Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communication for in-person, virtual, and blended training programs across multiple regions.
Manage class rosters, registrations, waitlists, cancellations, and attendance tracking.

Knowledge & Skills Familiarity with Workday or a Learning Management Systems (LMS) and reporting tools.

Summary of Position
Responsible for managing the full portfolio of Facilities Management software systems, the relationship with software system vendors, enhancements requests and implementation, and communications to stakeholders.
Responsible for project management for all new systems implementations.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Project Manager for new FM systems rollouts/implementations to a user base of over 20,000. Research and recommend new systems to replace existing systems. Partner with Procurement/Sourcing to evaluate, bid, and select new system provider based on system capabilities and costs. Identify and partner with all internal system stakeholders to ensure new system integration requirements are scoped, scheduled, and executed. Develop and execute the project management schedule for project integration, communications, training, testing, and rollout. Lead all cross-functional software implementation meetings. Develop all training material in partnership with system provider. Post system rollout, partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve system usability, add new features, or enhance existing features. Document all enhancement requests and partner with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements based on business need. Manage relationships with all software system vendors for all system defects, enhancements, billing issues, and other issues as they arise. Managing all system users including adding and removing users and editing user permissions. Creating, editing, and deleting software system workflows based on business need. Adding or removing facilities/stores from systems. Independently identify opportunities to improve or automate processes. Communicate with all stakeholders about any enhancements, upgrades, or system outages. Provide training for new users or for all users for new features. Create ad hoc reports from within the system as requested.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- 5+ yearsβ experience as a facilities management software platforms manager.
- Experience building workflows within software systems or applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Project Management experience β communications, change management, financial planning, resource scheduling, feature prioritization, etc.
- Experience with one or more CMMS systems including Service Channel, Corrigo, Facilio, Maintenance Connection, Fexa, Maximo, et al.
- Ability to translate business needs into software feature enhancement requests.
- Financial acumen β track spend for all FM systems, prepare financial impact statements for FM leadership.

For this position, we are particularly interested in qualified applicants with interdisciplinary research expertise related to science studies and science policy, expertise in quantitative research methods, and knowledge of the global scientific landscape.

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is hiring for Electronic Systems Engineers (Mid-Level or Lead)Β to join the 787 Electronic Systems (Avionics, Integrated Modular Avionics, Network Systems, & Electrical Subsystems) team located in North Charleston, South Carolina.
As a member of the Electronic Systems team at BSC, you will develop and support these systems and their components in a sustaining production environment. Project examples include addressing design obsolescence, developing product improvements, supporting production build and test, supporting new customer introduction, and supporting the in-service fleet.

- Works with customers to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements.
- Analyzes and translates requirements into system, hardware and software designs and interface specifications.
- Tests and validates to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements. Monitors supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements.
- Solves problems concerning and provides other support of fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle.
- Researches specific technology advances for potential application to company business needs.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry.
- 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- ABET accredited degree
- Level 4: 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications.
- Experience with DO-254 Airborne Electronic Hardware Development & Qualification
- Experience with DO-297 Integrated Modular Avionics Development & Qualification
- Experience with ARP-4754 Systems Development & Qualification
- Experience with DO-178 Airborne Software Development & Qualification

The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), 787 Interiors organization is seeking Cabin Systems Managers (Level K) to join our team in North Charleston, SC.
Position Responsibilities:
Build a new team of highly capable Cabin Systems engineers in Charleston to integrate designs and production support across various Cabin Systems functions (CSS, IFE, Lighting, Cameras, Seats, Connectivity Systems, etc.). This includes support in developing data for the various functions, supporting design releases, and integrating change across the Interiors organization.
This position is responsible to lead employees performing engineering and technical activities in the areas of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, specifically in support of the development, installation and certification of Cabin Systems features for the 787.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Guides, coaches and mentors employees to support career growth.
Collaborates with the 787 Program leaders to align team deliverables to program schedules and priorities.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):Β
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry
5+ years of experience with Cabin Systems engineering or equivalent in a related field.
1+ years of experience leading a project or team.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
Prior experience as design engineer (DE)
2+ years of working with suppliers
2+ years of experience interfacing with E-UMs/the FAA and/or other certification regulatory agencies
Experience building highly capable engineering teams
Demonstrated design and system thinking skills
Experience building relationships with internal organizations, customers and suppliers
Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a resource-scarce environment
