Job Description
Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate for this position would possess excellent customer service skills to respond to the needs of customers. In addition, this candidate would be self-motivated and ready to assist the managers with any tasks that need to be executed to keep our facilities well-maintained and running smoothly. This person would be knowledgeable of store operations and PFJ's commitment to quality and customer service.
Pay Rates Starting between: $14.16 - $20.58 / hour

I am recruiting for a very exciting Physical Automation Director position with a US-based consumer goods manufacturing company who are looking for a leader who can lead their physical automation initiatives with the goal reducing manual operations across their manufacturing & warehouse processes.
This is a greenfield opportunity with the responsibility of defining a company-wide physical automation roadmap, with the end goal being a no-human interaction with machines across their operations and maintenance. This role will create business cases for and prioritize the rollouts of physical automation projects and leading cross-functional teams across the business to execute these projects. We’re looking for someone who can identify, curate and lead relationships with suppliers, labs and universities who can provide solutions and support the company vision of moving toward an automated world.
Key skills & experience:
- Demonstrable experience implementing automation projects to improve process efficiency, reduce human interaction, reduce waste and maximize profit
- Should have experience with Self-guided vehicles, ASRS, robots (humanoid, dogs, etc.), sensors & cameras, cobots, AI solutions for machines and manual operation automation
- Comfortable working with suppliers, industry leaders, university scholars and labs – can also expert to be attending industry events and conferences

If you are considering becoming a surrogate, it is important to understand both the medical process and the emotional journey involved. Our team ensures you are fully informed, supported, and cared for throughout the entire experience.
Gestational Carrier Requirements
To ensure a safe and successful journey for both carrier and baby, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Between 21–39 years old
- U.S. citizen living in a surrogate-friendly state
- Have delivered at least one child and are currently parenting
- No more than two (2) C-sections
- Not receiving government or public assistance (including Medicaid, WIC, SNAP/Food Stamps, or state-funded health insurance)
- No history of pregnancy complications (including gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, or pre-term labor)
- No history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or major depressive disorder
- Not currently taking medications unsafe for pregnancy (including certain mental health medications)
- Able to travel for medical screening, monitoring, and embryo transfer appointments
- Live a healthy lifestyle free of illicit or recreational drug use
- Have a stable home environment and strong support system

Compensation & Benefits
We recognize the commitment, time, and care involved in being a gestational carrier. Compensation includes:
Base Compensation
- $60,000 – $70,000
(First-time carrier to experienced carrier)
Additional Benefits
- $250 monthly expense allowance
- $500 maternity clothing allowance
- $10,500 for multiple birth
- Up to $10,000 for loss of organs (per contract terms)
- Lost wages (carrier and spouse, if applicable — based on employment verification)
- Travel reimbursement
- $200 per week for housekeeping (if medically necessary)
- $20 per hour for childcare (if medically necessary)
All medical expenses, legal representation, and services related to the surrogacy journey are covered.
Will cut branches or trunk sections and drops or lowers them to the ground with lines.
Uses appropriate tools, will fell trees or trimmed trunks and split them into manageable pieces.
Sprays stumps and brush with hand-spraying equipment to prevent further growth.
Loads and unloads trucks with logs, stumps, brush, and debris and/or feeds brush into a wood chipper.
Repairs slight damage to lawns, fences, and walks caused by tree trimming.
Relays hand-signals, directs traffic, drives and operates trucks and equipment as assigned, and keeps trucks and work area clear and orderly.
Trains new employees on proper procedures.
Safeguards employees and public from hazards in and around work area.
Cooperates with customer, police, and fire departments when blocking street or driveways.
Sets up barriers, warning signs, flags, etc.
to protect employees as well as the public.
Trained to perform tree and bucket rescue.
Assumes responsibility for the inspection and proper working conditions of tools, trucks, and other work equipment.
Requests repair or replacement of equipment when necessary.
Works around hazardous equipment and in close proximity to energized power lines.
Works around excessive noise from machines, chainsaws, wood chipper and must wear proper personal protective equipment.
Is exposed to all temperatures and weather; will be exposed to nature, i.e., irritating plants, biting or stinging insects, dust, etc.
May work on rough terrain.
Helps enforce on-the-job safety practices for crew members.
Services truck, chipper and equipment, maintaining them in a neat, clean, and specified mechanical order.
Reports the need for equipment and truck maintenance to crew lead.
Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
