Position Overview
Housekeeping (Approximately 70%)
- Perform daily cleaning of resident apartments and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and making beds.
- Manage laundry services for residents as assigned, ensuring items are properly cleaned, folded, and delivered.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage areas and supply closets.
- Report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- Follow all infection control, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
Caregiving (Approximately 30%)
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as assigned, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
- Observe and report any changes in residents' physical, mental, or emotional condition to the RCC, Wellness Nurse and or Wellness Director.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, promoting engagement and well-being.
- Support care team members during peak hours to ensure timely and effective delivery of care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care and services provided, per company standards.
Qualifications

License/certification: Successful completion of state approved medication administration training, first aid certification and other requirements as applicable by state.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be able to read and write English. Previous experience in health-care preferred.
Continuing Education: As required by law and must attend monthly in-service educations within the community.
Job Knowledge: Knowledge of procedures and techniques involved in providing resident care services. Understanding of standard techniques and procedures used in providing personal services for resident and in caring for equipment and supplies. Good understanding of basis of universal precautions to avoid infection of residents and self or contamination of equipment and supplies.
Other: Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procurement manuals, etc. Must have good communication skills and must be able to effectively communicate in English and understand and follow written and oral direction. Provide maximum resident-care services within limits defined by delegated tasks. Must show good judgement in recognizing symptoms indicative of resident's change in condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow safety rules and exercise safe work practices in accordance with WRE and DOT requirements.
- Prepare for each service job to maximize efficiency (get truck ready, tools, etc.) by following daily pre-trip and post-trip maintenance (check fluids, tires, supplies)
- Perform customer service interaction when on work site to ensure customer satisfaction
- Observe and note defective septic component systems, adverse buildup or hazards on the work order and provide any recommend maintenance or service to customer
- Completion and submission of quote and service paperwork to management in a timely manner, if required
- Respond to trouble/emergency calls in a timely manner
- Discuss and recommend adequate maintenance service frequency with the customer
- Follow all Wind River Environmental service protocols Other duties as assigned by management
