The Role:

Launch is actively seeking a visionary Solutions Architect / Principal Software Engineering Lead (AI) to design and deliver modern engineering and applied AI solutions across client engagements. This role blends deep hands‑on engineering, architectural leadership, AI system design, and client advisory. You will operate across system design, production‑grade engineering, multi‑agent architectures, cloud platform strategy, and the development of Launch’s AI practice.

Responsibilities Include:

Architecture & Technical Strategy

• Define the technical direction for client engagements end-to-end: discovery, design, build, and production hardening.
• Assess client technology ecosystems and identify high-impact opportunities for AI/ML integration.
• Lead architecture reviews, design sessions, and technology selection across cross-functional stakeholder groups.

AI Engineering & Delivery

• Architect production agentic systems including multi-agent orchestration, agent harnesses, skill/tool composition, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and inter-agent communication protocols (e.g., A2A, MCP).
• Build and govern MCP server ecosystems: design, deploy, and secure Model Context Protocol integrations connecting AI agents to enterprise data sources, internal APIs, and third-party platforms.
• Define agent skill and capability frameworks including reusable skill libraries, prompt engineering standards, and evaluation harnesses for consistent agent behavior across engagements.
• Architect RAG pipelines, fine-tuning workflows, and model lifecycle infrastructure (training, serving, experiment tracking) as foundational components of agentic systems.
• Integrate AI platforms and APIs (Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic, Vertex AI) into production systems with enterprise-grade reliability, cost governance, and observability.

Hands-On Engineering

• Write production code and lead by example — this role requires someone who is still close to the code.
• Design cloud-native architectures across multiple hyperscalers (AWS and Azure primarily) microservices, event-driven systems, serverless, and containerized workloads.
• Define and implement infrastructure-as-code using tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or Bicep.

Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years in software engineering with demonstrated experience in architecture and technical leadership roles.
• 3+ years hands-on with AI/ML in production. Broad fluency across generative AI (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, agents), MLOps (model serving, pipelines, experiment tracking), and AI-integrated product development.
• Consulting or client-facing delivery experience with a proven ability to integrate into client organizations and establish credibility with technical and executive stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits:

About the Role

S-5! is looking for a Full Stack Web Developer with strong Drupal and Vue.js experience to help build, maintain, and improve our web platforms and internal web applications.

What Will I Do in This Position?

• Architect, build, and maintain a robust application management and loan repayment platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability across front-end and back-end systems
• Leverage full-stack engineering skills to contribute alongside team and build a polished & accessible end-user experience that tens of thousands of students and program administrators love, and develop best of breed API on reliable infrastructure for our partners to leverage
• Set best practices for code quality, system design, and security while mentoring engineers and conducting code reviews
• Oversee 2-3 engineers' day-to-day operations with the support of the Director of Engineering
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to define and prioritize work, break down large initiatives into achievable milestones, and balance technical debt with new feature development
• Spec out stories with the engineering team and product leadership, and lead the team in continually reflecting on how to better deliver value and operate as a team

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent bootcamp or upskilling program experience
• Hands-on experience managing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar) and ownership of deployment strategies, release management, and production monitoring
• Experience working closely with Product teams to define technical requirements and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence in financial services or similarly regulated environments.
• Ability to clearly articulate technical trade-offs, align stakeholders, and make informed decisions under ambiguity.
• 4+ years working in a SaaS startup regularly building and owning the complete E2E technology stack for Web Application (Frontend + Backend + Cloud + CI/CD)
• Deep experience with a combination of the following technologies:
• Javascript & TypeScript (React, NextJS, Recoil (other state management libraries)), Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.), HTML, CSS
• Databases: SQL (we use PostgreSQL)
• Cloud: AWS or Google Cloud experience
• Design: We use Figma; understanding of responsive design
• DevOps: Experience with CI/CD and modern cloud and container tooling

We are looking for an experienced QA Manager with 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance and a strong background in leading QA teams, test automation, and performance testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing QA strategies, managing test processes, and ensuring high-quality software delivery across multiple projects. This role requires hands-on expertise with automation frameworks such as Selenium and Playwright, as well as experience with load testing and test management tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA team, including QA engineers, automation engineers, and test analysts.
• Define and implement QA strategy, testing standards, and best practices across projects.
• Design and oversee automated testing frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar technologies.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and DevOps teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Implement continuous testing practices within CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage and monitor test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Oversee load testing and performance testing activities using industry-standard tools.
• Ensure proper usage of test management tools for test case management, traceability, and reporting.
• Identify quality risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive automation-first testing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
• Conduct QA metrics analysis and reporting to leadership.
• Mentor and coach QA team members to improve technical and testing skills.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, including 3–5 years in a leadership or QA management role.
• Strong hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium and Playwright.
• Experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar).
• Experience using test management tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, qTest, or similar.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured.
• Strong knowledge of defect management processes and tools such as Jira.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with microservices architecture and API-driven systems.
• Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to security testing and DevSecOps practices
• Banking and Financial domain experience is plus
