Hedge Funds, & Corporations. Develop & train professional staff involved in the review, preparation & negotiation of master agreements for derivatives, foreign exchange & treasury mgmnt products. Reqs: Bach. or equiv. & 5 yrs exp. in: Supporting the drafting, review, negotiation, execution, & system profiling of ISDA/CSA agreements & LatAm local law derivatives contracts, incl.
