CROSSMARK Retail Reset Merchandisers are vital to our success!!. In an increasingly complex retail environment, our specialized Retail Reset Merchandising teams are providing consumers with the opportunity to see and purchase the latest or improved products from our clients. Team members will work with plano-grams, schematic layouts, while also implementing department or brand resets in a variance of major retailers in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Execute retail merchandising tasks, encompassing the ability to read and understand plano-grams and schematic layouts, as well as the implementation of department or brand resets in grocery/retail settings.
- Strong execution skills with the ability to meet challenging/changing deadlines.
- Ability to interface effectively with clients, leadership, and managers in a positive, cooperative and professional manner at all times.
- High collaboration, engagement, and customer service focus is essential.
- Accurately report all completed retail tasks via the appropriate designated systems on the day the work is performed.

Hours of Operations & Availability (Part-Time Associate)
- This role is not expected to exceed 24 hrs. a week, although the company does maintain discretion to change the hours, based on the needs of the client and or business.
- Typical hours of operation are from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5pm, with occasional projects requiring early morning (5 am-6 am hrs.), overnight travel, weekends or evenings as well.

Position PurposeThe Manager, Retail Finance is responsible for all retail-financing related activities for Briggs Industrial Solutions and its customers, including quoting deals, managing the leasing process from credit to funding and delivery, as well as the end of term process. Principal Responsibilities and Duties- Provide leadership and direction to ensure efficiency of all financing related activities within the Finance Department and Sales Department
- Manage the financing process of quotes, credit requests, document requests, funding notifications, preparing proposals, and negotiating price or other terms
- Provide leadership, hands-on coaching, and guidance to the Finance team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, and high-performance
- Maintain and develop key relationships across strategic core lending partners and identify and develop new potential external sources for customers
- Maintain current knowledge of credit and pricing guidelines with external lending sources
- Provide direction and assistance to internal/external customers on financing policies and procedures
- Analyze the financing details of past, present, and expected operations to identify development opportunities and areas of improvement
- Monitor financing activities and details to ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met
- Conduct finance workshops and lease training for Sales Department and Sales Leadership
- Provide reporting on revenue/profit and equipment aging

Summary of Position (Job Purpose) - Major purpose and functions of the position.
We are seeking an experienced Retail Engineer to join our team and help us drive process improvement and efficiency across our retail stores. The Retail Engineer - Store Operations’ primary responsibilities are to update and maintain our engineered labor standards platform. In addition, identify and analyze key metric data alongside current store operational processes to support workload simplification and new initiatives. This job requires problem solving skills and strong analytical capabilities, along with data management and great communication skills.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities - Primary responsibilities listed in order of importance
- Compile and upkeep relevant datasets and information crucial to store operations such as Time Studies, Labor Standards, etc.
- Become an expert in our labor standards platform (LaborPro) and ensure accurate inputs, maintenance, and application of the system.
- Skilled in work measurement, standard data, and predetermined time systems and tools (MOST) with a focus on time study expertise.
- Investigate store data and processes to identify trends, opportunities, and pain points and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with field and store management to validate and react to trends and outliers by offering feedback and problem-solving solutions to ensure resolution.
- Assist the Manager of Reporting & Analytics in monitoring store processes, building relationships with business partners, and creating tools and presentations.
- Evaluate various labor scenarios and assess the impact of any changes.
- Continuously improve processes from the backroom through checkout.
- Display proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting information and proposing solutions within budget constraints.
- Demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with various organizational levels and functions.
- Identify areas of inefficiency and waste in process elements.
- Create tools for analysis and modeling using MS Excel and PowerBI.
- Possess knowledge of statistics and probability, TimerPro or UMT, and SQL.
- Preferred experience working in a retail store environment with labor management systems.
- Develop, maintain, and implement management observation and accountability programs.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications - Summary of knowledge, experience and education required.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in statistical methods and tools
- Experience with work measurement tools and labor standards development
- Knowledge of industrial engineering principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel as needed to stores across the country
Desired Qualifications - Summary of knowledge, experience and education required.
- 5+ years in retail, grocery, or convenience process improvement
- Master’s in Industrial Engineering or MBA is a plus.

Job Description* HIRING RETAIL MERCHANDISERS*
This position you won't be working for one specific store or brand, you will be servicing a different stores such as Walmart's, targets, cvs, drug stores etc. You will be within your zip code and if you have too travel outside your zip code you will be reimbursed for your drive. You will need too have experience in merchandising and being able to work with doing reset, product rotation and building displays. Your availability will need too be flexible Monday through Friday from 8-5 too be able to get the work done, their will be times out the year where you will have 5am resets as well. You are also paid weekly and able too earn more by doing overnight work and being reviewed and becoming a team lead. Being part-time you do also get benefits such as 401k, medical, dental and vision plan that are effective 90 days after employment and you also have paid training. The dress code is black or khaki pants with a plain collard shirt and black shoes. In this company you have more than enough room too grow and move up.
