Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager is a strategic bridge between the studio’s creative output and its client’s business goals, leveraging AI-powered tools and data intelligence to inform, optimize, and scale digital marketing performance. They are responsible for developing and executing tailored digital marketing strategies across channels such as social media, email, SEO, paid advertising, and content marketing - ensuring each campaign aligns with both the client’s brand identity and target audiences. This role ensures the proper translation of visual assets and brand messaging into cohesive campaign narratives. You will act as a key client-facing contact, presenting campaign results, interpreting data insights, and making strategic recommendations to optimize ROI. This role is a project-based engagement with flexible hours.
Who You Are
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, mix of agency and/or in-house exposure
- Strong working knowledge of paid media platforms (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn), including hands-on campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and budget management
- Experience developing and executing content strategies across web, email, and social, with an understanding of brand voice and performance-driven messaging
- Comfortable leveraging AI-powered marketing and analytics tools to support campaign planning, audience insights, content ideation, and performance optimization

Key Responsibilities
Client Campaign Management:
- Lead day-to-day digital marketing execution across multiple clients, spanning paid, organic, and owned channels
- Develop integrated 360° marketing campaigns that align paid, owned, and organic channels around unified messaging and measurable goals
- Manage paid social and paid search campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) from setup through optimization and reporting
- Oversee email marketing programs including campaign planning, copywriting, segmentation, and performance analysis
- Translate strategic marketing direction into high-quality visual concepts and campaign assets in collaboration with account management and creative teams
- Lead the planning and organization of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms
- Create and guide engaging content that effectively translates brand voice into compelling messaging and execution across digital channels
Analytics & Client Reporting:
- Partner with SDCO to build and deliver monthly performance reports for each client account, translating data into clear insights and recommendations
- Partner with SDCO to define KPIs at the start of each engagement and track performance against agreed benchmarks
- Integrate SEO strategy and GEO initiatives to strengthen organic visibility and local performance
- Proactively identify optimization opportunities and bring forward-looking recommendations to client
Client Relationships & Strategy:
- Serve as the marketing subject-matter expert in client meetings, presenting strategy, results, and recommendations with confidence
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their business goals and advocating for the right marketing approach
Systems & Tools:
- Experience working with design-led, brand-forward, or lifestyle clients
- Basic understanding of design principles — enough to brief creatives effectively and give useful feedback
- Experience incorporating AI tools into marketing workflows to improve research, content ideation, audience insights, and campaign performance
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp)

* Support programmable, electrical, and electronic hardware scope to design and deliver control systems for complex, innovative ride systems
* Perform engineering design and analysis for ride systems, focusing on electrical control systems
* Develop control system and network architectures

* Expertise in motor and motion control methods and components

Our hospital has 10 exam rooms, 2 comfort rooms with outdoor
access, two well equipped small animal surgery suites, a dental suite with 2
dental tables, a large treatment area with an ICU for our hospital patients,
separate dog and cat housing areas in the hospital, a large oxygen cage.
Our Idexx
in-house lab is state of the art making our diagnostic capabilities second to
none. Our hospital uses digital x-ray, digital dental x-ray, endoscopy,
ultrasound, orthopedic equipment, gas anesthesia and all our patients are
monitored with - pulse ox, EKG, blood pressure.

We
are located in the Black Hills of South Dakota, close to Mount Rushmore. The
area is known for hiking, camping, mountain biking, fishing, hunting, water
skiing, rock climbing, ice climbing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling,

Summary
Administers all forms of respiratory care, both critical and general therapy, and directs and manages the respiratory and pulmonary care for a designated group of patients. Provides respiratory assessment, support, treatment, and diagnostic tests as part of the healthcare team.
Job Duties
- Conducts evaluation, management and care of patients with deficiencies and abnormalities of the cardiopulmonary system
- Performs mechanical ventilator management, Bi-pap, and respiratory monitoring.
- Sets up, checks equipment, and administers respiratory medication for aerosol treatment as ordered by the physicians/or by patient-driven protocols, charts treatment, response, and progress.
- Performs inventory of respiratory equipment and maintains adequate stock of equipment.
- Provides respiratory therapy to patients as ordered by physicians according to established standards and practices.
- Trains other staff including physicians and students in issues relevant to respiratory therapy.
- Performs emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation and maintains adequate airways, measures ventilator volumes, pressures, and flows of patients requiring critical care.
- Performs arterial blood gas studies as well as pulse oximetry, interpretation, and analysis.
- Educates patients in collaboration in various clinical situations such as sleep apnea and CPAP machines, proper fitting of mask and headgear, and setting of pressures in concordance to sleep studio requirements.
- Sets-up diagnostic nocturnal sleep screens.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree Graduate from an RRT program accredited by the commission of accreditation for Respiratory Care
- Less than 1 year
- Ability to provide respiratory therapy methodologies and techniques.
- Ability to operate and trouble-shoot diagnostic equipment.
- RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist NBRC - State of Pennsylvania within 1 Year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support - State of Pennsylvania within 60 Days
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support - State of Pennsylvania within 30 Days
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support - State of Pennsylvania within 60 Days
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program - State of Pennsylvania within 60 Days

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Graduate from an RRT program accredited by the commission of accreditation for Respiratory Care
- 1 year Experience as a registered respiratory therapist.
Physical Demands
Lift and carry 40-50 lbs. Examples: Push/pull patients on bed, stretcher (requires 29 lbs. push force), lateral transfers up to 50 lbs. of the patient's weight. Frequent to continuous standing/walking. Patient transporters can walk 8-10 miles per shift. *Patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
