You’ll be responsible for:
- Strategic Orchestration: Lead the charge on all content (video/creative/copy) utilized for outreach, strategy, social, mail, etc., to ensure every single touchpoint creates value and aligns perfectly with our big-picture marketing goals.
- Ecosystem Cohesion: Guard the brand voice by ensuring content is consistent and seamless across all vehicles within the marketing ecosystem—from podcasts and blogs to emails, videos, and social media, etc.

ABOUT THE POSITION
The Saenger Theatre, an ATG Entertainment venue, located in New Orleans is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Box Office to join our leadership team. Reporting to the General Manager, this individual will oversee all aspects of box office operations and strategy, ensuring efficient processes, accurate event builds, and top-tier customer service. The Director of Box Office plays a critical role in executing ticketing builds, driving sales, and collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless experience for patrons and promoters alike.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead day-to-day box office and ticketing operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
- Manage and mentor one full-time Box Office Manager and a team of part-time ticket sellers to foster a high-performance, guest-focused culture.
- Issue Event Audits and Ticketing Settlement Reports for all music, comedy, entertainment (MCE) events and serve as the primary ticketing liaison between the venue and Broadway Across America (BAA).
- Execute timely and accurate event builds, including seating manifests, scaling maps, audits, holds/kills, discounts, presales, and dynamic pricing.
- Adapt quickly to last-minute event changes and ticketing build adjustments, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in collaboration with internal teams, promoters, and ATG Central Ticketing.
- Oversee ticket inventory management, including general availability, premium seating, and house/promoter/artist holds.
- Ensure all customer-facing ticketing information is accurate and up to date across digital and physical platforms.
- Serve as the primary liaison with ATG’s Central Ticketing Team to coordinate builds, sales strategies, and technical needs.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and the Marketing department to develop and monitor ticket sales goals, revenue targets, and KPIs.
- Analyze sales trends and reporting to identify sales opportunities and operational improvements; share insights with leadership.
- Resolve customer service issues involving patrons, promoters, or artists with professionalism and care.
- Support Front of House teams with ticketing-related guidance to ensure a seamless guest experience.

EXPERIENCE and SKILLS
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the live entertainment or ticketing industry, including supervising box office staff and managing ticketing operations.

Reporting to the Director of Faculty Engagement and Education within UC Davis Health Ventures (Health Ventures) in the Innovation and Economic Development Office, the Faculty Engagement Specialist supports the vision, energy, and leadership established by the Director to inspire and educate health sciences faculty of UC Davis in research commercialization. The Specialist helps implement faculty outreach and education programs that encourage innovation, increase invention disclosures, and expand participation in translational research as UC Davis Health advances its position among America’s leading academic health systems.
The Specialist works closely with the Director of Faculty Engagement and Education, the Technology Transfer Office, Venture Catalyst, and other campus partners to carry out proactive outreach, build relationships with faculty and other campus innovators, and serve as an accessible first point of contact for innovators across the Health Ventures thematic areas of focus. The Specialist also contributes to developing and delivering education programming such as workshops, seminars, and mentorship opportunities focused on intellectual property, commercialization, and entrepreneurship in key thematic areas including cell and gene therapy, neuroscience, and other strategic domains.

How You'll Contribute:
This Service Delivery Manager (SDM) be responsible for successfully representing and leading highly talented On-Site Audio-Visual Support Teams.
The SDM will manage on-site team personnel and act as a liaison to Diversified to ensure the employee feels part of Diversified while working on site daily at client location.
What You'll Do:
- Manage U. S. On Site Audio Visual team personnel and act as liaison between the client and Diversified ensuring that employees feel they are part of Diversified while still working every day at client site.
- Responsible for the fulfillment of the client SOW requirements, as it relates to the talents and skills needed to deliver. Responsible for delivery of services with On Site personnel. Interview and place candidates for Service clients. Write and modify job descriptions, post, interview for skills and fit.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to create standards for employee onboarding to deliver committed to On Site Services. Ensure employee logistics, set client expectations, hours of operations and manage overtime and billing. Oversee onboarding activities such as badging, security requirements, etc.
- Develop training plans to ensure team members are meeting their KPIs within client needs and committed SOW. Manage overall SLA compliance for service to monitor and track performance. Manage and Schedule operations to Ensure action items are being administered/performed timely and efficiently.
- Provide expertise in transforming client requirements into actionable operational trackable deliverables, be the Central point of reporting for service-related activity across the enterprise.
- SDM will provide insight/reporting of onsite activities. Host Bi-weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to present our SLAs, overall project(s) status, next quarter focus, areas that need attention.
- Develop ways for onsite team track metrics of the event production team in scheduling, forecasting, and reporting on capacity planning for both people and equipment requirements Identify needs and support creation of team structure as Services expands (supervisors, managers, team leads). Specific metrics such as number of meeting requests, break-fix cases and A/V room sweeps including client user survey comments are pulled from the client ticketing system and AV dashboards to show performance statistics for all Diversified AV technicians as well as all client sites with AV case requests globally.
- Ensure client satisfaction is maintained.
- Ensure proper accounting of resources, bill rates, utilization and tracking is in place.
- Provide insight, coaching and professional development to team to enhance knowledge and technical skills. Employee development and mentoring of professional goals for individual contributors.

In this role you will be responsible for managing Sr. Associates & Associates and supporting in the development, planning, buying, executing and measuring media plans for designated shopper/commerce media clients. You will support the Associate Director/Director in the strategic and tactical development of each retail plan. You'll work closely with national Planning and Buying teams to allow for holistic Commerce media function.
The Commerce team is a specialty group that focuses on the planning, buying, execution and measurement of Commerce media. Commerce media is any specific media elements that are retailer focused/tagged. This can be in-store signage such as a coupon machine or shelfblade, a billboard driving shoppers to a Walmart store, digital ads (search, display, OLV/STV, etc) on Amazon or site via managed or self service, tapping influencers that support certain retailers or working with shoppable technology companies to ensure ease of conversion. The team supports client's commerce/shopper/customer marketing teams-our end goal measuring product sales both online and in-store.

Retail Media Knowledge

Position description
The Department of Architecture at UC Berkeley invites applications for a pool of qualified lecturers or lecturers in lieu of GSI to teach non-studio courses in the following areas: Architectural History and Theory, Building Science, Structures, and Construction, should an opening arise. Screening of applicants is ongoing and will continue as needed. The number of positions varies from semester to semester (fall, spring, and summer), depending upon the needs of the Architecture department.
General Duties: In addition to teaching responsibilities, general duties include holding office hours, assigning grades, advising students, preparing course materials (e.g., syllabus), and using Cal's electronic resources for course management.
