Role Description
As a Account Executive, you will be part of a dynamic team that operates as a strategic digital marketing partner to the residential real estate industry. Through engaging virtual sales presentations, you will advise and sell subscription marketing solutions that will enable customers to achieve their residential real estate marketing goals. You will be responsible for growing revenue by prospecting new customers and identifying and developing marketing solutions that fit their needs.

Basic Qualifications

- Proven track record of success in a sales environment, meeting sales targets and all KPIs.

- Partner with the Manager, TAG U Campuses before, during, and after learning events to ensure all spaces are on-brand, fully prepared, and reset between sessions to consistently uphold learner experience standards.
- Support and operate learning technology for in-person and virtual sessions; train and coach L&D team members and business partners on relevant platforms to ensure consistent, capable delivery.
- Maintain accurate learning records in the Learning Management System, including completion tracking and CE credit submission.
- Flex into expanded coordination and learner support responsibilities during high-volume periods, and contribute to change management efforts by providing program coordination as needed.

Job Summary:
This Senior Manager is an important part of the Learning and Development team and has accountability for development strategies and programs for non-clinical team members. This role will report to the Director, L&D and partner closely with the Field leadership team to create and implement learning solutions and programming that support field team members at all stages of their development.
This Senior Manager is a proven leader who can effectively collaborate with the Field leadership team and other partners in Learning & Development and Human Resources. Essential Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Field leadership team and the broader L&D and HR teams to understand specific development needs for Aspen Dental field team members, including operations skill development, leadership and professional development and business management skills.
- Design, develop and deliver a suite of highly effective learning solutions, programs, tools and resources. Solutions may include formal learning programs, experiential learning assignments, coaching, etc.
- Create and enable successful learning plans for each role including PSC, OM, OL, RM and TD.
- Manage learning and development Field programs from end-to-end, design, development, communication, facilitation, implementation and program analysis.
- Drive a learning culture within the Field team.
- Understand the specific needs of each learner audience so you can advocate and adapt for their specific needs and preferences.

Requirements/Qualifications:
- Education Level: Bachelor’s degree required
- A minimum of 7+ years of relevant learning and development experience, ideally in a fast-paced organization with a distributed workforce.

Position Summary
The Director of People Analytics & Artificial Intelligence will build and lead TAG’s next generation people insights and AI strategy. Reporting directly to the CHRO, this role will transform how we use workforce data, predictive analytics, and artificial intelligence to drive business performance across our multi-brand healthcare organization.
This leader will own the vision, strategy, governance, and execution of people analytics and AI initiatives delivering actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making, and deploying intelligent automation that improves workforce productivity, engagement, and outcomes. Key Responsibilities
People Analytics Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute TAG’s enterprise people analytics roadmap aligned to business strategy.
- Build predictive and prescriptive models to support workforce planning, attrition risk, labor optimization, recruiting effectiveness, productivity, and engagement.
- Create executive dashboards, brand dashboards, and board ready analytics tied to business KPIs (talent acquisition metrics, retention, predictive analytics, labor efficiency, etc.)
- Partner with Finance, Operations, IT, and Brand HR leaders to embed analytics into decision-making.
Artificial Intelligence in HR

This challenging position will provide support to one of the most dynamic segments of our company; our Practice Ownership Program (POP). The Business Development Analyst will facilitate Owner financing with 3rd Party lenders, work with Finance during month-end close regarding Practice Ownership Program economics and accounting. This position will also involve providing ongoing support for the Practice Owners via financial and ad-hoc analysis, as well as deal and financing support.
Responsibilities:
With appropriate guidance this role will be accountable for the following:
- Facilitate Owner financing with 3rd Party lenders
- Support month-end close process for Owners in partnership with Finance team
