Position Overview
Our Account Mangers oversee large multifamily portfolios and play a critical role in identifying telecom revenue opportunities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
· Manage and maintain assigned client portfolios, ensuring their telecom strategies are optimized.
· Conduct ongoing portfolio analysis and due diligence to identify revenue opportunities and contract improvements.
· Research telecom agreements, property data, and provider relationships to uncover new opportunities for client portfolios.
· Communicate with telecom providers to negotiate and optimize contract terms.
· Present strategic recommendations to clients based on portfolio findings.
· Maintain accurate records and documentation in Salesforce.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and telecom providers.
· Work closely with internal leadership and business development teams to support portfolio growth.
· Provide timely responses to client requests and deliver professional presentations when needed.
· Track progress, report insights, and keep leadership informed of portfolio performance.

- American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months of hire/transfer.One to three years’ experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Technician.

EmPATH will provide these services to individuals who present to the program or are transferred from area EDs.
Initial admission will be on a voluntary status to adults (18 years and older) who are presenting with a mental illness and/or co-occurring disorders that are experiencing a behavioral health crisis.
Summary of role of team: The EmPATH Peer Support Specialist serves as a clinical member of the multi-disciplinary team, providing education, rehabilitation, and support for individuals.
The Peer Support Specialist position is intended to provide hope for clients by having a support person who is or has been a primary consumer of mental health or addiction services and is willing to share their experiences and story with mental illness, treatment, and recovery; to be a role model for clients who are currently in crisis.

1. Manages referrals to the Healthy Families program in accordance with the Healthy Families America model requirements, including.
- Attempting contact with all referrals within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the referral.
- Contacting each referred family a minimum of 2 times a month during the first trimester and second trimester and until the family is assessed.
- Contacting each referred family a minimum of 1 time per week during the third trimester and until the family is assessed.
- Contacting each referred family a minimum of 2 times per week once the infant is born and until the family is assessed.
- Ensuring all necessary data related to referrals and screenings is inputted correctly into the Heathy Families America Entrance to Exit log that is submitted for accreditation.
2. Initiates and conducts screenings for families interested in the Healthy Families program.
- Conducting screening on all families using the Healthy Families Screening Tool and Contact Form.
- Ensuring all necessary data related to referrals and screenings is inputted correctly into the Heathy Families America Entrance to Exit log that is submitted for accreditation.
3. Initiates and conducts welcoming, quality, and engaging assessments for all families enrolling in the Healthy Families program in accordance with the core Healthy Families America model standards, including.
- Completing the validated Family Resilience and Opportunities for Growth (FROG) Scale with newly enrolling families.
- Helping families identify their family strengths and areas of need
- Ensuring the FROG assessments are completed prenatally or within 3 months of the infant's birth.
- Preparing each FROG for review by supervisor.
- Reviewing each FROG with supervisor.
4. Promotes the Healthy Families program by.
- Maintaining quality and positive relationships with referring organizations.
- Providing referring organizations follow up on every referral received, including whether or not the family declined services.
- Represents the program at formal community venues to promote the program and facilitate referrals.
- Attending monthly Community Advisory Boards to ensure close communication occurs between Healthy Families program and community resources.
- Collecting Memorandum of Understandings from formal community partners.
5. Maintains documentation of services, quality measurement tools, and tracking forms in accordance with the Health Families America model, including.
- Submitting monthly Family Assessment Worker reports by the third day of the month
- Maintaining the Referral Log submitted for accreditation.
- Maintain the Closure Log submitted for accreditation.
- Entering all screening, FROG, and Closure information onto tracking spreadsheets submitted for accreditation.
- Tracking all outreach and community event participation used in the accreditation process.
6. Maintains completion of required supervision, including.
- Ensuring weekly reflective supervision.
- Ensuring documentation and tracking information is prepared ahead of supervision for review.
7. Completes required trainings in accordance with Healthy Families America model standards, including completing.
- 28 hours of initial Foundations for Family Support Core Training.
- Annual Child Abuse and Neglect training.
- Annual service population-focused training.
- Annual McNabb Center Relias trainings, CPR and First Aid, and Handle with Care trainings.
- 15 hours of Infant Mental Health Training annually to maintain Endorsement.
8. Achieve and maintain Infant Mental Health Endorsement through the Tennessee Association of Infant Mental Health, including.
- If hired without an Endorsement, will submit application on Endorsement Application System, uphold Ethics Code, achieve mandatory references, and complete and submit 30 hours of required infant mental health training within first year of employment.
- Once Endorsement is achieved or if hired with an endorsement, will maintain endorsement every year but completing and submitting 15 continuing education hours and updating the Code of Ethics review process annually.
9. Takes an active role in ensuring the McNabb Center completes and maintains Healthy Families America Accreditation, including.
- Familiarizing self with the more than 150 required Policies and Procedures.
- Ensuring all documentation is maintained for accreditation.
- Ensuring trainings are maintained.
- Ensuring home visiting rates are tracked and home visits are completed.
- Completed accreditation interview.

Initial Contact:

Initial Visit:

- Conduct a minimum of one face-to-face, in-home visit or one telephonic or video contact with the family each week during the first month of services.
Second and Third Months of Services:

- Responsible for ensuring all phases and activities of the Wraparound Process are done to the high quality and fidelity - accountable to family team.
- Provide outreach and engagement to families upon referral to the program by conducting initial phone contact and the intake process with the assistance of the Peer Support Specialist (PSS).
- Complete an assessment of the family including Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) assessment, Caregiver Strain Assessment, and other national evaluation tools to develop a care plan.
- In partnership with the PSS, provide face-to-face direct service hours to families including support, referrals and assistance with the development of positive parenting, safety planning, basic life skills and parenting a child/youth with special needs.
- In collaboration with the PSS, assist families in developing a list of individuals they want to attend the Family Team Meetings.

- Input/print out necessary information in Athena for scheduling purposes on a daily basis. Respond to all flags, emails, and phone calls within 24 hours.
- Coordinate with centralized scheduling team on any scheduling needs for Knox CY/Merchants clinic. Coordinate with Family Treatment Program Coordinator, Great Starts Program Coordinator, and Knox CY Clinic Coordinator on daily tasks.
- Maintain cancellation list for filling in appointment purposes and update daily.
- Discusses with the staff psychiatrists any time there is a change made to the schedule throughout the day.
- Will be in the reception area for the first appointment of the day and stay until the last appointment has left the area or as assigned by supervisor.
- Makes changes in schedule as directed by supervisor in a timely manner.
- Assist in scheduling approach through Just In Time scheduling.
- Support clinic access and flow through Open Access model for intake assessments to make sure clients are seen on the day they show for intake (as able).

3. Primary General Responsibility

- The Nurse Manager will provide administrative and clinical oversight of assigned staff in their cohort and their respective programming.

- Oversees scheduling and program needs within their designated crisis cohort.
- Other duties include onboarding, training, and development of newly hired RNs, assisting the Nursing Supervisor with ensuring the delivery and oversight of psychiatric care to patients involved in medication services provided at the Center's crisis programming.

- Collaborate with management and other team members around patient care to deliver high quality services.
- Assist with monitoring productivity requirements.
4. Completes all documentation in compliance with CARF and HRMC standards
- Completes and signs all documentation for each client prior to end of shift
- Respond to all flags, emails, and voicemails from other clinical staff by end of shift. The RN is to return calls within 15 minutes
- Document administered medications in the EMAR Document clinical services provided in the medical record on same day as service provided in a clear and concise manner.
5. Completion of required HRMC training to maintain status as credentialed provider
- Maintain an active RN license in the state of Tennessee in accordance with the state guidelines
- Complete any Center Required Self-Directed Learning or Training Modules in the required time frames.
- Complete First Aid, CPR, and HWC trainings within the required time frames.
Schedule:
- The Nurse Manager is expected to fulfill the agreed upon hours when hired.
- Unless otherwise approved, the Nurse Manager is expected to be present in the clinic from 8am-5pm and is expected to complete a minimum of 16 hours of clinical work per week which may include nights and/or weekends.
- Must be flexible with scheduling as the Nurse Manager will rotate being on call and is expected to cover open shifts in their assigned cohort on a PRN basis.
- The Nurse Manager may also be asked to cover open shifts in the other cohort on a PRN basis.
- All other scheduling arrangements are approved on a case-by-case basis.
Travel:
- Must possess a valid Tennessee Driver's License.
- This position requires utilizing a personal vehicle to conduct Center business.
- Maintaining a dependable vehicle and certified driver status is a condition of employment.
- The Nurse Manager may have to travel between clinics/programs at times, and may be required to travel for any supervision or scheduled meetings.
- There is no overnight travel and clients will not be transported.
Equipment/Technical Competency:
- Basic computer skills required (EMR, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Must be familiar with EMRs and telehealth services as telehealth services may be offered as part of the service delivery.
Equipment/Technology:
- The Nurse Manager will receive a center issued laptop.
- The Nurse Manager will need access to e-mail, Athena Health (EMR), Drs. First, access to I & U Drives, and VPN (remote) access.
QUALIFICATIONS - RN Manager
Experience / Knowledge:
- 1-3 years of psychiatric nursing post-graduation is required.
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
- Should possess sound knowledge of state regulations and best practice guidelines, psychiatric medications, mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities and interventions.
- Must have the ability to present professionally, work within a team format, exercise sound clinical judgment under pressure, communicate effectively (both orally and written), possess good time management and organizational skills.
- Experience with interdisciplinary collaboration and care coordination preferred.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, confidentiality, and patient centered practice approach required.
Education / License:
- Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing and possess a Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Must be actively licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee.
- American Nursing Association certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse preferred.
Physical/Emotional/Social - Skills/Abilities:
- Staff must complete and maintain First-Aid and CPR trainings within the required time frames.
- The Nurse Manager must complete the full Handle With Care Trainings as indicated.

The Sexual Assault of East Tennessee (SACET) Services Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible for the management and oversight of all SACET divisions including therapy, education, advocacy and SART.
- Also responsible for program oversight of PASAAC/Therapy Center program.
- Engages and assists with the development of SART teams (collaboration between various community agencies, law enforcement, etc. in a victim centered team approach) in identified counties, and works to ensure that the mission of the program is maintained and evolved.
- Services coordinator will assist with direct client services, such as, answering crisis hotline calls and participating in the after-hours on-call rotation, if needed.
- Completes all necessary documentation in accordance with funding guidelines and policy and procedures.
- Provides outreach to victims through education presentations and involvement in various coalition and community meetings.
- Provides direct supervision to therapy coordinator, advocacy coordinator, education team leader, and SART coordinator to ensure that overall clinical expectations are met.
Supervision - Provides weekly supervision to program coordinators both individually and in team setting.
- Assists with any coverage needed by Therapy, Advocacy, Education, and SART departments.
- Completes after-hours advocacy duties during shifts that do not have coverage.
- Assists with victim and first responder education presentations.
- Assists with outreach as needed.
- Assists therapy intakes, screening, referrals, and sessions as needed.
- Facilitates monthly all-staff meetings.
- Ensures all SACET services are trauma informed.
- Flexibility to work after business hours when needed.
- Provides weekly/bi-weekly supervision for staff.
- Facilitates supervisor bi-weekly/monthly team meetings.
- Ensures policy and grant requirement adherence.
- Responsible for the hiring and training of all program supervisors.
Works within a multidisciplinary team to meet the needs of sexual assault survivors.
- Attends SART meetings and assists Director and SART Coordinator as needed.
- Participates in regular supervision with Director of Victims Services.
- Responds to all emails and voicemails within 2 business days.
- Attends all other staff meetings and trainings as required.
- Demonstrates and maintains a positive working relationship with team members, including SANEs, law enforcement, hospital staff, and other community service providers.
- Demonstrates a consideration and concern for fellow workers and their jobs and promotes harmonious relationships and attitudes.
Completes all documentation in compliance with center policies.
- Enters notes in Osnium and/or Centricity within 48 hours of contact.
- Keeps releases up to date and ensures validity.
- Completes custodian of records training to assist with records requests.
- Tracks all data and assists with reporting.
- Accurately documents time and mileage.

QUALIFICATIONS - SACET Services Coordinator
Experience:
- Supervisory experience and a minimum of two years of clinical experience required. Prior experience in specialized interventions in sexual abuse is preferred.
- Candidate with clinical license preferred.
Education / Knowledge:
- Must have a Master's degree and basic knowledge in health-related field of counseling, psychology, social work, criminal justice, sociology, or a behavioral science field with course work or experience in the areas of cultural diversity, human development, etiology and treatment of mental illness, alcohol and drug abuse, physical and sexual abuse, suicide, and crisis intervention.
