Responsibilities
- Business Development - Identify,
cultivate, and manage relationships with prospective clients. Develop and execute
a strategy to meet or exceed annual new business funding targets. Leverage
industry networks, referral sources, and marketing strategies to generate a
consistent pipeline of high-quality leads. - Sales and Client Relationship Management - Conduct
in-depth needs assessments to understand client financial requirements and

division's credit policies and risk appetite. Negotiate terms and pricing with
clients while maintaining a focus on achieving profitability and client
satisfaction. - Market and Industry Expertise: Stay
informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the
factoring and ABL landscape. Provide feedback to leadership regarding market
conditions and opportunities for product or service enhancements. - Pipeline and Portfolio Management - Build
and maintain a robust pipeline with clearly defined stages and next
steps. Generate a balanced portfolio of deals across various industries
and credit profiles.

The Role
Lay-out, fit, and weld fabricated components to assemble structural forms such as heat exchangers by performing the following duties.
What you will be responsible for:
- Ability to lay out, fit, and weld fabricated components to assemble structural forms
- Proficient in blueprint reading for layout
- Selects equipment and plans layout, assembly, and welding; a layout, positions, aligns, and fits components together; positions work pieces manually or by using overhead or jib cranes.
- Ability to clamp and tack-weld parts to secure in position for welding.
- Use tape measure, square, combination square, level and other related hand tools for part fabrication as per blueprints.
- Perform simple mathematics calculation to find part dimensions.
- Perform 100% first article inspections (first piece of each fabricated drawing) by visual examine work piece, measure part or hole dimensions or sizes, square, flatness and other drawing instructions.
- Set up welding machine and welding gun: assemble/disassemble welding tips and its liner, wire feed and voltage, using arc or gas-shielded arc welding equipment.
- Repairs products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts.
- Operate cutting torch and plasma torch.
- Operate small saw machine and iron machine for cutting and coping, notching materials.
- Transfer or position work pieces manually by using overhead or jib cranes. Examines and feels surface of work piece for defects. Forklift is an advantage to perform tasks.
- Identify and select different type of materials including different grades of metal for fabrication.
- Selects grade of abrasive wheel, disk and die grinder bits according to specifications, knowledge of abrasives, and condition of metal, and attaches to grinder.
- Ability to pull trigger to start and hold power tool (i.e. chatter gun, die grinder, angle grinder etc.) and move it over surface of work piece to remove weld splatter, high spot, burr, and rust from surfaces of structure components including scratches, laminated metal and excess weld material.
- Ability to load trucks manually with lifting equipment.
- Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, ability to work on-site, ability to work overtime.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive management.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to interchange with others in the department.
- Must be able to operate other small machines.
COMPETENCY OR POSITION REQUIREMENTS (knowledge, skills, and abilities)
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, area, circumference, volume, and apply concepts of algebra and geometry.
- Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers, fractions, and multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required levels)
- Must pass American Welding Society 2g Plate Test / Canadian Welding Bureau certified.
- One-year structural fitting experience recommended.

We are currently seeking experienced Structural Steel Fabricators to join our team. The Structural Steel Fabricator will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing structural components and systems on ships and marine vessels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of shipbuilding principles, be proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings, and possess excellent welding and metalworking skills.
We are seeking candidates who are available to work 1st shift (M-TH, 6am-4:30pm) or 2nd shift (M-TH, 4pm 2:30am.) This role requires flexibility including weekends and overtime as business needs dictate.
What You Will Be Doing
- Interpret and analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Fabricate and assemble structural components, such as bulkheads, frames, and hull sections, using various metalworking techniques and equipment.
- Measure, cut, and shape metal components to precise specifications.
- Weld, braze, or solder metal parts together using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Install and fit components and systems, including piping, ventilation ducts, and machinery supports, in accordance with project plans and specifications.
- Perform repairs and modifications to existing ship structures as needed.
- Inspect work pieces and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Your Background

This role will work on projects of varying sizes, analyzing and designing concrete, steel, wood, and masonry structures, while managing projects from start to finish. Responsibilities:
- Work on projects varying in size from small to large multidisciplinary.
- Analyze and design a range of project types including concrete, steel, wood, and masonry structures in diverse market sectors.

- See the whole scope of a project and work on it from start to finish.
- Work directly with a Principal Engineer, overseeing day-to-day activities throughout the design and construction process.

• Install, terminate, and test structured cabling systems (Cat6A, fiber optic, and multi-conductor)
• Install and dress cable in server rooms, IDFs, and MDFs
• Terminate and label patch panels, jacks, and keystone outlets
• Run cable pathways (J-hooks, ladder rack, etc.)
• Perform cable testing and certification using Fluke or similar test equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and riser diagrams
• Install and route fiber optic cable (single-mode and multi-mode)
• Fiber optic splicing (fusion) — a PLUS
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Coordinate with project managers, GCs, and other trades on-site

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on structured cabling experience
• Proficiency with low-voltage cabling standards (TIA/EIA 568)
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and cable schedules

• Must have own hand tools and be comfortable working at heights (ladders, lifts)
• OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation to job site
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Illinois located in El Paso, IL is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Structural Fabricator Teammate.
Basic functions of the position include, but not limited to: Perform various fit up, tacking, and welding operations on a variety of structural assemblies.
Weld and follow all weld standards and procedures.
Add stiffeners, brackets, face plates, etc.
using prints for location prior to finish welding.
Use clamps, jigs, tape, square, arc air gouger, cutting torch and plasma as required using procedures, best practices and good judgment to prevent warping and misalignment of component parts.
Operate overhead cranes.
Maintain required records and documentation.
Inspect, detect and report improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials and unusual conditions to proper leadership.
Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintain quality standards.
Perform other related duties as requested.
