IT Support / Application Support Specialist

Technical Role Summary

This role provides frontline and Tier 1.5 technical support for PBS infrastructure, end-user computing, and business applications. The IT Support / Application Support Specialist is responsible for independently resolving a high percentage of incidents while strictly following documented procedures, security controls, and escalation paths. The role serves as the technical intake point between users and Tier 2/3 teams, ensuring issues are accurately diagnosed, reproducible, and fully documented prior to escalation.

Core Technical Responsibilities

• Serve as primary intake for IT incidents and service requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
• Perform structured troubleshooting using documented workflows and root-cause isolation techniques
• Resolve Windows OS issues including profile corruption, OS configuration, patching, and driver-related problems
• Support endpoint hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, peripherals) including break/fix replacement
• Administer Active Directory objects (users, groups) following least-privilege standards
• Create, modify, disable, and audit Microsoft 365 user accounts, mailboxes, licenses, and group memberships
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services (Outlook connectivity, Teams issues, OneDrive sync, SharePoint access)
• Perform basic network diagnostics (IP configuration, DNS resolution, gateway reachability, latency symptoms)
• Use RDP and approved remote support tools for endpoint and application troubleshooting
• Deploy and image workstations using standard build procedures and deployment tools
• Install, update, and license approved software packages
• Maintain accurate CMDB/asset records and ticket documentation
• Identify recurring incidents and potential systemic issues and escalate with supporting evidence
• Execute limited, predefined SQL tasks (read-only queries or controlled updates) in approved environments only

Imagine Application Support Responsibilities

• Serve as initial technical contact for Imagine application incidents and service requests
• Differentiate between user workflow errors, configuration/data issues, and system-level problems
• Apply documented fixes and known workarounds for common Imagine issues
• Collect detailed diagnostics (logs, screenshots, timestamps, reproduction steps, user context)
• Escalate to Tier 2/3 internal teams or vendor support per established escalation procedures
• Track escalations and communicate status updates to stakeholders

Required Technical Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on IT support or application support experience
• Advanced Windows OS administration and troubleshooting skills
• Strong experience with Active Directory and access management
• Enterprise Microsoft 365 administration and support experience
• Experience working in structured, ticket-driven support environments
• Strong understanding of escalation thresholds and operational boundaries

Preferred Technical Skills

• Experience supporting small to mid-sized enterprise networks
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and client-server architecture
• Read-only or controlled SQL experience
• Familiarity with ITIL incident and problem management practices

What The Role Entails

We are seeking an authoritative and highly technical Senior Manager to lead the design, coordination, and delivery of telecommunications infrastructure across our global hyperscale data center portfolio. Focusing primarily on the Americas (AMERs) and Latin America (LATAM) with global oversight, this role transitions beyond individual engineering to full portfolio and personnel management. The ideal candidate will direct regional engineering staff, govern vendor relationships, enforce strict project execution sequencing, and ensure world-class delivery of our telecom strategy.

What You Will Get To Do

Team Leadership

· Directly manage, develop, and allocate resources for regional telecom engineering and development staff.

· Enforce strict project sequencing, ensuring internal scope and lease alignment is locked prior to external contractor pricing or legal counsel engagement.

· Manage departmental OpEx/CapEx budgets and oversee the external vendor bidding, negotiation, and award process.

· Serve as the primary technical authority and escalation point between CloudHQ, external design partners, and Tier 1 carriers.

· Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and regional team members, ensuring strict adherence to corporate protocols.

Technical Architecture & Design

· Oversee and approve all telecommunications design packages across AMER, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.

· Architect OSP, ISP, ICN, and interconnect strategies at both campus and metro scales.

· Govern diverse fiber routing strategies and carrier-neutral MMR design standards.

· Direct high-density structured cabling architecture and long-term scalability planning.

· Coordinate Layer 2 and Layer 3 architecture, IP addressing schemes, and VLAN segmentation with network engineering teams.

· Evaluate designs against N, N+1, 2N, and 2N+1 redundancy models and fault-tolerant principles.

· Ensure cross-regional compliance with TIA-942, BICSI, IEEE, and applicable local codes and standards.

Project Execution & Delivery

· Manage and track multiple hyperscale projects simultaneously, holding internal teams and external vendors accountable to schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

· Identify risks, gaps, and design conflicts early, actively driving effective technical and commercial solutions.

· Develop, maintain, and govern telecom design standards, specifications, and best practices across the global portfolio.

· Review, coordinate, and formally approve telecom drawing markups and design packages (utilizing Bluebeam, Visio, and CAD tools).

· Lead telecom infrastructure audits and long-term capacity planning initiatives.

· Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional executive teams including IT, network engineering, construction, and facilities.

What You Bring To The Role

· A Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· A minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in telecommunications or network infrastructure engineering, including direct personnel and team management experience.

· 5+ years of mission-critical or hyperscale data center experience.

· Demonstrated experience leading multi-region or global telecom deployments and managing distributed regional staff.

· Executive presence with the ability to lead technical meetings, negotiate with external design partners, and enforce strict project governance.

· Highly organized with strong project management, documentation, and budget tracking skills.

· Strong proficiency in engineering review software (Bluebeam, Microsoft Visio, CAD).

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

The project scope across a 9-mile section of the I-64 will include: a new 3.5-mile bridge-tunnel crossing that will accommodate a total of 8 lanes of capacity across the water, replacement of the existing marine approach bridges and the addition of a third lane on I-64 in each direction. The twin 45’ diameter 1.5-mile tunnels will be bored by TBM, creating the second largest TBM tunnel opening for a TBM in North America. The project is expected to continue to the beginning of 2027.

Responsibilities:

As the Tunnel Interior Structure Construction Manager for the $3.3BN Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel Expansion Project (HRBT) in Virginia, you will lead and carry out construction processes in accordance with the direction, policies, and objectives set by the Tunnel Construction Manager.

The primary responsibility of this position is to lead Superintendents in construction activities on the site – including planning, preparation, and execution. Secondary duties of this position are to assist the Tunnel Construction Manager in the completion of all construction activities of the affiliate.

The Opportunity

As a dedicated Property Adjuster Specialist , you will work within established guidelines and framework to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle complex property insurance claims presented by or against our members. You will confirm and analyzes coverage, recognize liability exposure and negotiate equitable settlements in compliance with all state regulatory requirements.

Property Adjuster Specialist focus on using technology and desk adjusting for a virtual first approach to inspections and claims handling. USAA also provides a company vehicle to physically inspect losses within your locally assigned territory. Field Adjusters may travel outside of their local territory to respond to claims in other regions when needed. This is an hourly, non-exempt position with paid overtime available.

• Proactively manages assigned claims caseload comprised of complex damages that require commensurate knowledge and understanding of claims coverage including potential legal liability.

• Partners with vendors and internal business partners to facilitate complex claims resolution. May also involve external regulatory coordination to ensure appropriate documentation and compliance.

• Investigates claim damages by conducting research from various sources, including the insured, third parties, and external resources. May identify and resolve potential discrepancies and identifies subrogation potential resulting from unusual characteristics.

• Identifies coverage concerns, reviews prior loss history, determines and creates Special Investigation Unit (SIU) referrals, when appropriate. Determines coverage through analyzing information involving complex policy terms and contingencies.

• Determines and negotiates complex claims settlement within authority limits. Develops recommendations and collaborates with management for determining settlement amounts outside of authority limits and accurately manages claims outcomes.

• Maintains accurate, thorough, and current claim file documentation throughout the claims process.

• Advance knowledge of estimating technology platforms and virtual inspection tools. Utilizes platforms and tools to prepare claims estimates to manage complex property insurance claims.

• Supports workload surges and catastrophe (CAT) response operations as needed, including mandatory on-call dates and potential evening, weekend, and/or holiday work outside normal work hours.

• May be assigned CAT deployment travel with minimal notice during designated CATs.

• Works various types of claims, including ones of higher complexity, and may be assigned additional work outside normal duties as needed.

• Works independently solving complex problems with minimal guidance; acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

• Adjusts complex claims with attorney involvement.

• Recognizes and addresses jurisdictional challenges such as applicable legislation and construction considerations.

Information Technology Financial Accounting Analyst

Pay Range: $27/hour to $31/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking an Information Technology Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis within an IT department in a healthcare environment. This role will partner closely with finance and IT stakeholders to analyze financial data, support budgeting processes, and ensure accurate contract and invoice management.

The ideal candidate will have foundational accounting or financial analysis experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to interpret and explain financial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and explain budget variances and interpret financial performance data
• Assist in preparing Monthly Financial Reports and ad hoc financial reporting
• Support the development and preparation of the annual IT/IS budget
• Create financial forecasts and perform year-over-year financial analyses
• Interpret and calculate financial implications related to contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), quotes, and change orders
• Process requisitions and manage invoices, including maintenance contracts

One of Insight Global's clients is seeking an IT Consultant to join their team in Philadelphia, PA onsite 3x a week. This person will play a critical role in supporting IT financial operations, project budget management, and vendor contract administration. This position serves as a key liaison between IT Leadership, Finance, and external partners to ensure accurate forecasting, cost center management and alignment of budgets with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - IT Forecasting & FP&A Partnership: Support monthly and quarterly IT forecasts, ensure accurate accounting and variance reconciliation across cost centers, contribute to FP&A narratives, and act as a liaison between IT leadership and Finance. - Cost Center & Project Financial Management: Partner with managers on reclasses, accruals, amortizations, and quarterly submissions, while tracking capital and operational project budgets, variances, and compliance with financial governance. - Purchase Orders & Budget Alignment: Create and manage purchase orders tied to service renewals and budgeted line items, ensuring alignment with quarterly planning and budget controls. - External Resource & Contract Support: Manage financial aspects of vendor and consultant contracts, including tracking terms, renewals, and commitments, and coordinating with procurement and legal for compliance and execution. - Ad Hoc & Operational Financial Support: Provide timely support for financial questions, troubleshooting, vendor requests, formatting issues, and special requests outside standard processes.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
