Position Overview
We are seeking an IT Field Technician to support retail operations across multiple locations. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting hardware, software, and network systems that directly impact store performance and customer experience.

The Role
We are seeking a high-ownership manufacturing leader with a strong chemical engineering or process engineering background who thrives in complex, fast-growing environments and enjoys building systems that support scale.
This role exists to build and lead Carpe’s contract manufacturing and process engineering capability as the company rapidly expands production across multiple product categories and retail partners.
While this role carries meaningful strategic responsibility, it is also deeply operational and hands-on. You will work directly with contract manufacturers to strengthen processes, improve manufacturing performance, and ensure Carpe products are produced consistently and reliably at scale.
This is a build-and-own role, not a delegation role. You will engage directly with the technical teams at contract manufacturing partners, travel up to 50% as needed, and work hands-on to improve processes, troubleshoot manufacturing challenges, and scale production.
You will partner closely with Product Development, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to translate product innovation into robust, scalable manufacturing processes.

What You’ll Do
Contract Manufacturing Leadership
● Own and manage Carpe’s network of contract manufacturing partners

Summary:
The Senior Associate Counsel provides legal support for hospital information technology operations, including comprehensive legal and strategic guidance on the procurement, deployment, and governance of information technology systems (ISD) and artificial intelligence. This position reports to the Vice President, Senior Associate Counsel with a reporting matrix to the Chief Information Officer.
Responsibilities:
* Advise hospital leadership and procurement teams on the legal implications of acquiring new technologies, such as electronic health records (EHR), telemedicine platforms, cybersecurity tools, and medical devices and the implementation of artificial intelligence tools.
* Draft, review, and negotiate a broad array of information technology contracts—such as software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements, cloud hosting terms, data processing addenda, and business associate agreements. Identify and address legal risks in vendor offerings and technology solutions.
* Advise hospital leadership on legal considerations surrounding digital transformation initiatives, innovation adoption, and strategic partnerships with technology providers.
* Collaborate with hospital IT and security teams to develop policies and protocols for safeguarding patient data and critical systems. Advise on incident response plans, breach notification procedures, and risk mitigation strategies. Stay abreast of emerging threats and evolving best practices.
* Provide legal support for hospital-wide policies on technology use, social media, device management, remote work, mobile access to sensitive information, and enterprise risk for information technology. Ensure policies reflect current legal requirements and operational needs.
* Support the hospital in managing disputes or litigation related to technology vendors, data breaches, intellectual property claims, and other technology-related matters. Coordinate with litigation counsel as needed.
* Education and Training: Provide ongoing education to staff and leadership on legal implications of technology adoption, emerging regulatory requirements, and evolving risks in the health technology landscape.
* Identify and assess legal, operational, and compliance risks in IT contract.
* Other duties as assigned.

We are looking for a Senior Technology Compliance Analyst who will play a pivotal role in advancing our Compliance Program. This unique opportunity allows you to serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with Technology management teams to design, evaluate and test internal controls for efficiency and effectiveness. In this role, you will monitor regulatory and technology changes, coordinate with internal and external auditors, and ensure compliance across the organization. You will lead control reviews for new business areas, technologies, and evolving processes, identify gaps between policy and practice, and recommend remediation strategies.
What you will do – Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive framework for Technology Compliance, including validation, classification, and control testing across IT domains (e.g., PCI DSS, HIPAA, Data Privacy).
- Execute enterprise compliance governance frameworks, balancing risk appetite with business needs and translating findings into actionable steps.
- Lead compliance assessments and pre-implementation reviews to ensure proper controls are designed, implemented, and documented.

- Familiarity with Technology Compliance management industry frameworks and standards: NIST, OWASP, SANS, ISO-27001/2, SANS, and Cobit
- 5+ years working experience with enterprise technology compliance management programs, or auditing experience, controls testing, conducting ITGC and PCI assessments
- Possession of industry certifications required: CISA and/or CISSP. Desired CRISC, CIA, CISM, PCI
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate through tailored messaging, organized presentations, and group facilitation.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to design IT controls and system functions that enforce or collect compliance evidence.
