*Writes accurate, complete, and clear documentation in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements. *This includes but is not limited to:
* Recording Resident Needs Reviews, evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with facility procedures.
* Recording treatment charges and insuring that documentation is consistent with billing data.
* Writing specific, objective documentation, which is outcome oriented and details the patient's needs, potential to benefit from treatment, and progress achieved to date. Includes specific, objective measurable goals.
* Managing Medicare Medical Review and Denials process in conjunction with Director of Rehabilitation, the facility team, and therapy staff.
* Acquiring and documenting consents/approvals for treatment when necessary.
*Consistently demonstrates facility's interdisciplinary approach to patient care. *This includes but is not limited to:
* Integrating findings of other members of the interdisciplinary team in treatment assessment and recommendations.
* Integrating input from patient and family in treatment assessment and recommendations.
* Preparing for and providing meaningful contributions to the rehab team conferences, patient care conferences, utilization review meetings, family conferences, and caregiver training sessions.
* Collaborating with and informing facility staff in areas of patient progress.
* Educating members of the team in areas of expertise.
* Working with facility to teach documentation practices, which assist the therapy team.
* Communicating effectively with discharge planners.

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited SLP program

Position Description
Job Summary:
The Ground Person is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) plant. This role performs general labor duties, assists with plant maintenance, and ensures a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
Essential Functions:
- Protect Family and Friends by following all Peckham’s safety policies and procedures, performing daily workplace exams, working safely at all times (including at elevations), and arriving prepared with required PPE.
- Safety always wins. Support safe and efficient plant operations by performing hands-on work, including material handling, shoveling, raking, operating equipment, and assisting with site activities
- Results matter. Maintain continuous material flow and production by monitoring plant systems (belts, conveyors, aggregate flow) and communicating or addressing issues that could impact operations
- Dedication. Prevent downtime and maintain a safe work environment by performing housekeeping and removing debris or material buildup from equipment and plant areas
- Determined. Maximize plant uptime by supporting maintenance activities, including staging materials and tools, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs
- Communicate. Support team coordination and equipment reliability by following direction, communicating effectively (radios, hand signals), and ensuring proper use and care of tools and equipment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years working in veterinary medicine, preferably in Emergency or Specialty medicine.
- Proficiency in advanced veterinary knowledge including restraint, diagnostic imaging, phlebotomy, venipuncture, anesthesia induction, monitoring, fluid therapy, drug calculations, laboratory equipment and procedures, pharmacology, disease processes, etc.

Essential Functions as a CNC Maintenance Technician:
- Perform repairs to production machinery and CNC troubleshooting to maintain working order.
- Report deficiencies in inventories of maintenance materials, supplies, and repair parts.
- Complete required equipment/maintenance logs and records.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Life Actuary to join the Life Company’s Asset Liability Management Team. This role coordinates, prepares, and performs actuarial analyses required to develop new products, project future results, reprice existing products, and/or determine financial strength.
This role is remote eligible in the continental U.S. with occasional business travel. However, individuals residing within a 60-mile radius of a USAA office will be expected to work on-site four days per week. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
What you'll do:
Performs complex work assignments utilizing actuarial modeling software driven models for pricing, valuation, and/or risk management.
Reviews laws and regulations to ensure all processes are compliant; and provides recommendations for improvements and monitors industry communications regarding potential changes to existing laws and regulations.
Runs models, generates reports, and presents recommendations and detailed analysis of all model runs to Actuarial Leadership.
May make recommendations for model adjustments and improvements, when appropriate.
Shares knowledge with team members and serves as a resource to team on escalated issues and navigates obstacles to deliver work product.
Leads or participates as a key resource on moderately complex projects through concept, planning, execution, and implementation phases with minimal guidance, involving cross functional actuarial areas.
Develops exhibits and reports that help explain proposals/findings and provides information in an understandable and usable format for stakeholders.
Identifies and provides recommended solutions to business problems independently, often presenting recommendation to leadership.
Maintains proper price level, price structure, data availability and other requirements to achieve profitability and competitive goals.
Identifies critical assumptions to monitor and suggest timely remedies to correct or prevent unfavorable trends.
Tests impact of assumptions by identifying sources of gain and loss, the appropriate premiums, interest margins, reserves, and cash values for profitability and viability of new and existing products.
Advises management on issues and serves as a primary resource for their individual team members on escalated issues.
Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
What you have:
Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree. (Total of 8 years of experience without bachelor’s degree)

4 years relevant actuarial or analytical experience and attainment of Fellow within the Society of Actuaries (Bachelor’s degree + 4 years of experience + FSA)

OR 8 years relevant actuarial or analytical experience and attainment of Fellow within the Society of Actuaries (FSA)

Experience performing complex work assignments utilizing actuarial modeling software driven models for pricing, valuation, and/or risk management.
Demonstrated experience communicating complex actuarial analysis and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $127,310 - $236,250
