Job Description :

Under the general direction of the SVP Head of Infrastructure, the IT Operations Manager is responsible for providing leadership and hands-on support for company-wide production operation initiatives. This position emphasizes understanding of critical production and support operations, anticipating the future direction of the Information Technology industry and relating those changes to current IT Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee 24x7 production support teams for and affiliates, user technical support, and production job schedules
• Assist in the management of policy development and technology planning
• Evaluate user needs and system functionality to confirm that systems meet the needs of individuals and projects
• Develops, builds, and sustains a strong working relationship and partnership with IS Customers. Accountable for quality of services and solutions delivered
• Manages the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, objectives, short-and long-range planning; develops and implements projects and programs to assist in accomplishment of established goals
• Develops effective, efficient, and rigorous processes and methodologies which include monitoring and reporting
• Develops IS plans at tactical levels and then follows through on execution of plans. Develops system and organizational roadmaps that ensure business and service continuity
• Ensure smooth operations of all IT systems and data security
• Understand and track applicable regulatory and reporting requirements
• Conduct periodic audits (based on policies and procedures) to ensure compliance with regulatory, enterprise security requirements
• Assist in preparing the IT organization’s disaster recovery and business continuity plans, policies, and procedures
• Work with senior management to enhance monitoring of critical applications and develop operational run books
• Identify issues, trends, and opportunities to improve efficiency, cost effectiveness, and/or quality; develop recommendations and implement solutions to identified issues and opportunities
• Establish a stable performance environment by monitoring and analyzing problems
• Ensure problems are identified and solved as rapidly and efficiently as possible
• Provide and manage utilization and capacity monitoring of all networks, data storage, servers, and phones for management reporting and planning
• Provides estimates, forecasting and work planning assistance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, or related field
• 7+ years' experience working in an IT Operations production support role in an enterprise environment
• 2+ years' leadership experience
• Demonstrated experience as a hands-on technical manager, actively involved in designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions, with a proven ability to lead and mentor a team of technical professionals
• Familiarity working with enterprise project planning and resourcing
• Internal and external customer-facing production support experience
• Familiarity with various monitoring solutions like Solarwinds, Dynatrace, and DefenseStorm
• Knowledgeable with a variety of infrastructure technologies: Windows, VMware

Executive Assistant Position Summary

The Executive Assistant to the Global Technology Executive provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to enable the effectiveness of the global technology organization. This role goes beyond traditional executive assistance, serving as a trusted partner to the Executive with direct responsibility for project portfolio coordination, technology procurement leadership, and cross-functional communication.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, exercises exceptional judgment and confidentiality, and possesses advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, to support executive decision-making and enterprise-wide initiatives.

Executive Assistant Key Responsibilities

• Executive & Strategic Support

• Partner with project managers and technology leaders to ensure timely, accurate reporting and follow-through

Procurement Coordination Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of coordination for technology procurement activities on behalf of the organization
• Manage purchase requests, vendor onboarding, renewals, and contract documentation in collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams
• Track budgets, forecasts, and spend using Excel-based models and reporting tools
• Ensure procurement processes are followed efficiently while meeting business urgency

Communication & Collaboration

• Prepare clear, concise, and professional executive communications, presentations, and reports
• Facilitate effective communication across global, cross-functional teams
• Represent the Organization with professionalism, responsiveness, and credibility

Executive Assistant Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a technology or global corporate environment
• Demonstrated experience supporting project portfolios and/or procurement processes
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• High level of integrity with demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality

• Conducts audit reviews of the organization's financial and operational processes to ensure compliance and best practices.

We build schools, medical offices, data centers, and many other types of buildings. This role will work closely with the engineering group and will provide support to sales, estimating, and production teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in structural analysis and engineering design principles for both gravity and lateral systems with various building materials including wood and steel. The role provides structural engineering support and services to multiple modular manufacturing facilities around the United States. This position is remote with minimal travel required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the engineering team (or individually) to move a project through the structural design phase
• Provide a complete structural calculations package for the entire design of modular units both individually and as a multi-unit complex for the state submission of each project
• Structural calculations are to include a comprehensive design of the modular unit for both the gravity and lateral systems
• Gravity designs consist of roof framing members, bearing walls, continuous span multi-layer plywood beams, structural steel clean-span trusses, engineered posts, built-up posts, HSS structural steel posts, floor joists, and wide flange structural steel chassis members
• Lateral design consists of roof and floor diaphragm sheathing, exterior wall shearwalls, interior wall shearwalls, and structural steel portal frames
• Ability to complete ‘special interest’ projects from start to finish including multi-story modular unit complexes, shipping container conversion projects, and others
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an EAC/ABET accredited university
• Licensed professional civil/structural engineer – preference given to candidates actively licensed in Alaska, California, and Hawaii; ability to obtain additional state licensures quickly
• Complete and current NCEES record holder
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a practicing P.E. (civil/structural)
• Experience in load development and correct application to the structure
• Experience developing structural calculations for gravity and lateral systems
• Experience reviewing drawings and developing structural details
• Structural analysis/engineering design software proficiency in:

o  Excel (in-house database usage)
