Job Summary: Generally responsible for supervision and technical direction over a team of engineers and designers when functioning as a lead engineer. As lead engineer, responsibilities include total delivery of the civil/structural deliverables and services on time, within performance budget and meeting quality expectations. Job Summary
The Design Engineering Manager (DEM) performs a variety of management, design, and drafting activities including structural analysis and design, preparing fabrication and installation drawings for construction projects, material order and project management. The DEM will take a construction project from start to finish for all engineering-related activities. The DEM reports to the Executive Vice President and should have the potential of working into a senior manager role.

SUMMARY
The Senior Structural Engineer oversees the day-to-day operations of the design engineering and detailing department. This role reports to the General Manager and is a blend of technical design and team leadership, responsible for managing a team of CAD/Revit detailers. You will serve as the technical bridge between design, plant production, and quality control to ensure structural integrity, manufacturability, and project profitability.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Engineering Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of four CAD/Revit detailers; manage departmental workflows, project milestones, and deadlines.
