Your responsibilities include lead generation and customer acquisition, customer consultations and presentations, property inspections and estimating, sales closing and contract management, and managing customer relationships through our CRM. You will also develop strong product and industry knowledge, coordinate closely with internal teams to support smooth project execution, and participate in weekly personal and team meetings to continue sharpening your craft.

- Proficient with CRM systems and sales tools—or willing to learn and adapt quickly
PHYSICAL & TECH REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to climb ladders and perform exterior inspections
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured transportation
- Reliable smartphone capable of functioning as a mobile hotspot

- $50-150k yearly income (draw + commission) based on your initiative and work ethic
