What you will be doing:

• Interacts with customers by phone, email, or in person and receives orders or changes in service.
• Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
• Processes and inputs all customer orders and receipts. Runs stock reports to check for product availability.
• Generates all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders, checks all orders for special requests, and posts inventory records.
• Coordinates special, last minute shipping requests with the transportation departments, expediting orders, as necessary.
• Traces orders as required and notifies customers of any activity concerning their merchandise, including shipping and tracing information.
• Assures proper invoicing of accounts by verifying computer generated invoices.
• Maintains a good working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning receipts, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc., in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Reports customer feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction.
• Acts as liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of accounts and between the office and customer regarding invoicing and credit changes
• Performs paperwork associated with orders including the maintenance of customer files.
• Performs clerical work as required including answering phone calls, operating various office machines and computers, corresponding with customers, and greeting customers and visitors in the office.
• Maintains current and accurate procedure book which details the processing requirements for each account; prepares any report concerning customer services activities and performs other customer service and company related duties, as necessary.
• Notifies management of all requested changes from the customer regarding shipping, handling, or administrative characteristics
• Works with management regarding product routing for customers
• For food accounts, incumbent is responsible to report food safety problems to senior management to initiate action.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months related experience and/or training
• Experience with AS400 operating systems and warehouse management systems preferred.
• PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and co-workers.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Eleven Recruiting is searching for a Project Engineer to join one of our largest and most advanced aerospace and defense partners, sitting onsite in Corona, CA. This company plays a key role in designing, developing, and manufacturing critical flight and defense hardware supporting next-generation launch vehicles, spacecraft, and hypersonic systems.

The Project Engineer will serve as the technical and program execution lead, managing multiple engineering programs from concept through production. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally across engineering, operations, and quality teams to ensure products meet technical, schedule, and performance requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of technical depth, organizational leadership, and hands-on program management experience to drive excellence throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive project plans—including schedules, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Lead engineering design and development activities, ensuring compliance with all program, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain to align technical priorities and deliver results on time and within scope.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring technical integrity and schedule performance.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and customer engineering groups to ensure clear communication and alignment on technical deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Systems, or related discipline) required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3–7 years of progressive experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing leading engineering or cross-functional projects.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects from concept through production while ensuring compliance with technical, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes, including machining, composites, and assembly operations.
• Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
• Knowledge of configuration management, documentation control, and compliance frameworks (AS9100, ISO, ITAR).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interface effectively across engineering, operations, and leadership teams.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience leading new product development (NPD) or sustainment engineering programs within aerospace or defense.

Warranty Manager

Position Overview

The Warranty Manager leads the company’s end-to-end warranty strategy and execution, ensuring strong financial control, rapid issue resolution, and continuous product improvement. This role is responsible for managing warranty cost performance, reserves, and accruals while driving root cause investigations and corrective actions based on field data.

Partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Service, the Warranty Manager translates real-world product performance into actionable improvements that enhance reliability, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This position plays a critical role in protecting the brand, strengthening customer relationships, and improving lifecycle product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the company’s warranty program, including policies, processes, and performance metrics
• Monitor and control warranty budgets, accruals, and reserves to ensure financial accuracy and predictability
• Analyze field data, claims trends, and failure patterns to identify systemic issues
• Lead structured root cause investigations using proven corrective action methodologies (8D, RCA, FMEA, etc.)
• Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing to implement corrective and preventive actions
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and suppliers to address component-level failures
• Support customer-facing teams in resolving escalated warranty claims and field quality concerns
• Develop reporting dashboards and KPIs to provide executive visibility into warranty performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in warranty, service, quality, or product support within commercial vehicles, heavy equipment, or industrial manufacturing environments
• Proven experience managing warranty budgets, reserves, and accrual forecasting
• Strong understanding of failure analysis, root cause investigation, and corrective action methodologies
• Experience working cross-functionally in a production or manufacturing environment
